Zero was sitting in his limousine, dressed in his black leather jacket with the white infinity symbol on the back, a ripped up white t-shirt underneath, and his black pants with the black boots, in his hand is his mask.

He didn't look rather thrilled with cancelling his plans with his girlfriend just to go to some interview.

When the limousine stopped he can already hear his fans screaming for him, he only puts the mask on over his face before stepping out of the car.

"Infinite!?! We love you!?!"

He only rolled his eyes as he started to make his way to the interest of the building, just having to put on this act by waving at his fans and the flashing lights of the cameras, a long with the news crew.

"So nice of you to finally make it...Infinite" Robotnik said, as he was standing next another manager, a welling dressed female brown chipmunk, who rather disappoint in the jackal since he showed up at least three minutes late.

"Tsk...just be glad that I made it" Zero said as he started walking to the stage, where the interview was going on.

The female white bat who is wearing a rather dark purple sparkly dress, and black elbow-length gloves the dress showing off some of her cleavage, some light black makeup.

Sitting in another chair, is another famous singer...one that is rather famous in likes of Japanese speaking islands, and English speaking islands on Mobius. She is a pink hedgehog, with long straight quills and bangs, a light peach muzzle, underbelly and arms, wearing a pink granite dress, with a black ribbon tied to her waist, a yellow scarf with pink heart embroidered on the fabric with angel wings behind it, dark pink gloves, a dark bow on her left ear and dark pink boots.

"Now please welcome...pop-sensation, Infinite The Jackal" the female bat said. As the crowd started clapping and cheering, as the cameras started to zoom in on the jackal as he walked over giving some waves to the live audience and the cameras, before he sat down on in his seat after shaking the bat's hand and the hedgehog's hand.

"It's nice of you to clear your schedule just come to tonight's showing?"

"Thanks for having me...Miss Rouge" Zero said, he had put on this fake at...his more popular identity didn't have a girlfriend, something that Robotnik, forced onto him, when he fully started his career.

Rouge only smiled before turning her attention to the pink hedgehog. "And I guess you already heard about our lovely other guest, Shooting Star Rose"

"Yes I have...never listen to her songs since they aren't my style but can't forget a face like that" Zero said.

Rose only smiled, she can understand that her music isn't for everyone, her on the hand kind of liked Infinite's all around time of music. So seeing him in person was rather a shocking experience.

"So word got around about a potential collaboration, with both kind of style of music, two off which gonna be song in Japanese?"

Zero only froze...he didn't know much of Japanese, he understood the language mostly because his girlfriend knew of the language though she never spoke it unless she was around her parents or rather really upset about something, so she was rather fluent in the language.

"Actually...that's not gonna be a thing, the Japanese speaking part, but I can settle for English" Rose corrected.

"Yes...my bad, I bet the fans are rather excited to hear the album when it comes out" Rouge smiled, the audience only clap and cheer as response.

The rest of the interview went on like normal, Rouge asking more common asked questions to the two, as well as future plans for upcoming albums, the news with Rose, about her actually being on tour hints why she was in Empire City, in the first place.

"Well looks like that's all the time we have for tonight, folks thank you for coming or if you at home thank you watching, The Bat with a Scoop, I'm Rouge"

"I'm Infinite"

"And I'm Shooting Star Rose"

"Goodbye my Beautiful Gems"

The cameras cut off and Rouge lets out a sigh of relief, "Thank you for coming you two...I know it mush have been hard with such a busy schedule"

"You don't know the half of it" Zero thought as he adjusted his mask back onto his face, and started to walk.

"Oh not at all, I was already in the area" Rose admits.

Rouge only smiled, before she walked off to have chat with her own crew.

"So Infinite, how do you feel about doing a duet with me for the first two songs of your album" Rose said to Zero.

Zero only lets out a quiet sigh, he didn't really have much of a choice...he can only hope that Sonic could forgive him for this, since it was gonna forced onto him, the only problem is that he wouldn't get know the songs, cause those writers. He can only hope that it wasn't gonna be anything lovey-dovey, he would hate for Sonic to listen that and think that he was cheating.

"I look forward to it"

Rose only smiled, she gave Zero a small wave before running over to her manager so that they can get out of building safely.

"Tsk if you ask me...if you had her as a girlfriend maybe then you wouldn't be late" Robotnik commented.

Zero growls underneath the mask, and started to walk to exit of the building.

"So You are coming to the studio, right?" Robotnik coldly asked.

Zero only gave him a small nod, he knew he was gonna have to tell Sonic the news, so much for him trying to make it to her.

Once he opened the door to the outside, he was already getting screamed at by his fans, as well as flashes from cameras. When he was in the safety of his limousine he looked down at the time...only see that it was only two in the morning. He lets out a small sigh. He can only hope that Sonic had fallen asleep instead of waiting for him.

When the limousine pulled up to the driveway of the large home, he got out of the car holding his mask, and walking inside after unlocking the door.

"Sonic?" He called out as he started to walk into the kitchen, he looked down at his still opened notebook, to see that the lyrics to his personal song had been completed to something that he was actually imagined what his song would be like, just still no title, something he can worry about tomorrow. He made his way to the living room.

"Thank Chaos..." he whispered.

Sonic had fallen asleep hugging the pillow, her ears were pinned to her skull, which kind of concerns the jackal, he only wiggled the pillow out of her grip, to notice the tear stains on her cheeks, which made him feel even more guilty than he already was. He scoops her up onto his arms and started to make his way to the bedroom.

Laying Sonic down on the comfy bed, Zero started to take off his clothes to put something more comfortable on...he didn't know how much sleep he was gonna get before he had to go and record, but he hopes it wasn't gonna be the first thing in the morning.

"Mmm...Zero..."

Zero turned his attention to Sonic, who was starting to wake up slightly...she was still little sleepy. He rest his hand on her cheek. "I'm sorry if I waked you..."

"N-No...I..." Sonic wipes the drool away from her lip, "Cuddles..." she whimpered, she was to tired to make fluent sentences.

Zero got into bed and under the covers, "Sure thing Songbird"

Sonic wraps her arms around the jackal, and nuzzles into his chest purring softly. Zero wraps his arms around Sonic, he can already hear her softly snoring. He plants a kiss on her forehead.
