After the emotional speech my mother said I knew that she just wanted me to be happy and safe. She didn't want me to repeat history like Tom and really I didn't either, Marco made me feel good and safe and he was understanding but this marriage thing is just messing with him and I really don't want to force him.

When we went home, I told my parents I'll see them in a few, they nodded and I looked at Marco as he looked concerned "What's wrong?" "I don't want to force you into this" "Star?" "Marco, I know you have your family here and I don't want to take you away from that, it's fine if we stay friends and just end things"

he lifted my face as I looked at him "You don't mean that, you love me and I love you and I told you I'll stay by your side, your mother was happy that she sees you happy with me" I sigh "I know but this makes you feel uncomfortable and I can tell the look in your eyes and the way my parents talked about the marriage and ruling a kingdom" he chuckles

"Of course that's normal for anyone who isn't royalty should feel. That doesn't mean I wouldn't want to be with you? Star I didn't like you for your status I liked you because of you. Your personality and the way you are and the trust you found in me when we first met. I'm all for marrying you, but not so quickly"

I cried a bit before I felt his soft lips on my own "So before telling me to leave you, think before you try and get rid of me" I giggled a bit "Okay, so you're going to leave with me?" He nods as he held my face "Yes, I'll leave with you Star I don't think I could find anyone who is just like you"

I blushed "Why is it you're the only one who makes my heart beat faster?" He smirks "I don't know, my heart is beating quick right now" "really?" He nods and puts my hand on his chest and I could feel it beating "Wow, I feel it" "Yeah it only happens when I'm with you"
I smiled and kissed him "Silly" he kissed my nose and stuck his tongue out "I know I am"

I know long time with no update and it's short 😢 I'm really sorry that I haven't updated this book. Also I want to say A few things. First I want to explain to some of my readers that threatening me to write will not make me write any faster and if you say cause I need more then you have to wait just like others. Second I want to thank some of you for waiting for me to update. I know I always have an excuse but my life is so busy that I barely have time now. Third I will try my best and update books that haven't been updated in months because I'm lacking on these skills and need to work on it.
