Everyone is more scared now than ever. Ever since my death threat was graffitied onto the wall of the ice rink, no one has let me out of their sight; especially Yuri. I can't go anywhere without Yuri, the Nishigori family, Minako, or Yurio trailing behind me. I'll admit, I'm now a little more concerned, but I still believe nothing bad will happen. All this man wants is for me and everyone else to be afraid...that's all. I can't really blame the others for being worried, they care so much about me; but, I don't want them to worry so much that their health is affected. I'm not a fool, I can tell Yuri hasn't been getting proper sleep. I can't stand the fact that this whole thing is causing the man I love so much distress; Yuri's well-being is what I'm worried about, not my own. Another thing I hate about this situation is that the triplets are now plagued with fear and worry, their young minds can't handle this level of a problem.

I took Yuri to the beach, in hopes of calming his fears. I hold his hand as we stroll along the shore, the tide soaks our feet. "Yuri?" I said. "Yeah?" replied Yuri. "You're not still mad at me, are you?" I asked him. "No, of course not. Why would I be mad?" he answered. "The other day...you shouted with such an angry tone; I never heard you use that tone with me." I explained. "Viktor, I'm sorry, I was just upset and worried. You know I love you. I would never be mad at you." Yuri apologized. He kisses me then hugs me. "I love you too, Yuri." I told him. We spent the rest of the afternoon at the beach.

Late at night, I felt an extra weight on my bed beside me. I turn over to see Yuri; he looked pale as a ghost, he was sweaty, and his eyes were red, puffy, and wet. "Yuri? What's wrong?" I asked concerned. "I....h-had a....nightmare; you died, Viktor, the man killed you." he replied, his voice shaking. Tears started to pour out of his eyes and he buried his face into my chest, sobbing hard. "....I-I...d-don't...
w-want to...l-lose you!" Yuri cried. I wrap my arms around him and rub the back of his head. "Shhh, hush my little Porosenok; I got you." I calmly whispered. I tried to soothe him as best I could. Soon, he calmed down and lifted his face off of my chest. "Yuri, is this the first time you've had this nightmare?" I asked him while wiping his tears. "N-no, it's been going on for a while." he answered. I pull him in close and hold him. He started to drift off to sleep. "Viktor, I'll protect you at any cost." Yuri said sleepily. "Okay, my little Porosenok; but for now I'll protect you from the nightmares." I replied clinging to him tighter. The two of us sleep through the night in each other's embrace.

The morning sun shines through the window, waking me up. I take a few moments to look at a sleeping Yuri. I gently nudge him awake, he rubs his eyes yawning. "Good morning." I said leaning over him. I dipped my head down and press my lips firmly against his. I laid face down on top of Yuri. "Viktor, what are you---" Yuri asked when I interrupted him by kissing him. "Just trying to relieve the stress you have been having lately." I answered once our lips separated. I wrap my arms tightly around his body and began to give Yuri light, small kisses on the side of his neck.
"C-cut that out! That...t-tickles!" he said trying to hold back laughter. I continued to do this action until Yuri busted into laughter. "Yay! My little Porosenok smiles!" I cheered. "Is that what you were trying to accomplish?" Yuri asked. I nodded, then kissed his lips one more time. Bursting into the room was Minako, going on about something but stopped mid-sentence seeing our positions. "I wasn't interrupting anything, was I?" she asked smirking. "N-no....uh, uh, uh!" Yuri stammered blushing bright red. Yuri then grabs a pillow and covers his face with embarrassment.

At the ice rink, it was just me and Yuri. We were in the locker room getting our skates on. "I forgot my phone at the front desk, I'm gonna go get it." said Yuri. "Okay, I'll wait here." I said. Moments after Yuri left the room, a man emerges from behind some of the lockers. "Who are you?" I asked facing him. He didn't say a word. This man was a little intimidating; he was tall, broad shouldered, had dark hair and a beard, and smelled like alcohol and smoke. "What do you want, sitting?" I asked him, trying not to seem afraid. The man suddenly pulls out a pistol and points it in my direction. I gasped taking a step back, I started to tremble with fear. "Viktor!" I heard Yuri scream. Yuri quickly gets in front of me with his arms out to his side, facing the man. "Please! Don't shoot Viktor!" he yelled. The corner of the man's mouth curls upwards sinisterly. "Okay." he said.
BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG!
The man runs off after having shot Yuri four times. I was on my knees holding Yuri in my arms. "Oh my God! N-n-o! No, no, no, no!" I screamed, not wanting to believe what just happened. Yuri tried to say something. "No, d-don't speak!" I told him. I put my jacket over his wounds to try and stop the bleeding. "Help!! Help, somebody! Somebody please help!" I screamed hysterically, tears pouring out of my eyes. I hold onto Yuri closer and tighter, rocking back and forth, sobbing.
"D-don't leave me. Please, don't leave me, my little Porosenok." I cried. I noticed Yuri's phone on the floor and grab it; I quickly called an ambulance. I looked down at Yuri and saw his eyes closed and blood coming out the corner of his mouth. "Yuri?" I said shaking him a little. He didn't respond, he didn't open his eyes. "Yuri!...Yuri!....YUURRRIIII!!" I screamed repeatedly. I know he said he would protect me at any cost, but I'd never thought this would be the cost.
