Lia and Chris went downstairs and found Skellington trying to get the internet on.

"I need internet! I can't stand it anymore! How can I contact the cable company if I don't have a signal!? Gaaah! This is bogus!" Skellington yelled.

"Skellington. Skellington! Something's happened! We need to-" "You're right something's happened! You haven't realized we'd been without internet for a long time! Everyone probably thinks we're dead!" Skellington said, interrupting Chris.

"Y-You're right... How long has it been anyway? *shakes head* No! Now isn't the time for that! Garroth, something has happened to Jianna." Chris said.

"Huh? What do you mean?"

"Jianna's been taken captive by someone or something." Lia answered.

"We need to go back to the secret passage and get her out of there! But we're gonna need everyone's help." Chris added.

"Wait, wait, wait. Jianna... Our Jianna? Do you realize how powerful Jianna is as a witch!?! I mean she can take care of herself, and-"

"That's only when she has her wand and spells... And she doesn't have either of those!" Chris yelled.

"Is this some kind of prank..?"

"No! We're dead serious." Lia answered.

"Skellington, please believe us."

"You guys are serious... Alright, what can I do to help?" Skellington asked.

"We're going to need everyone. Especially Pixle." Chris answered.

"Pixle? Why?"

"Jianna believes whoever took her did something to Pixle's memory. We think she knows something." Lia answered.

"Where is Pixle?" Chris asked.

"Ah, she went upstairs to take a nap." Skellington answered.

"Is she alright?" Chris asked.

"Yeah, she's perfectly fine. You know how hard it is for since she has only one arm for now and a peg leg. Belle went up to check on her." Skellington answered.

Upstairs, Belle was going into the room where Pixle was, but someone beat her to it. When she got to Pixle, she saw some type of creature sneaking up to her.

"She's perfect! Absolutely perfect!" said the strange creature.

"That- that's Keon. But I thought he died. Keon always thought that he and Pixle were meant to be with each other." Belle whispered.

And just when Pixle woke, and Keon kissed her.

Belle tried to get Keon away from Pixle, but he knocked her out. And Pixle screams for like nine seconds.

"Pixle!"

"She's in trouble." Lia said.

"We need to get to her. Hurry!"

Back with Jianna, she was trying to get out of the cage that she was in.

"Ah, it's no use. This isn't going to work." she said.

Then, two wolves came into the cavern.

"*Gasp* Wolves... Hey!... Please, i-if you are werewolves, please hear me out..." The wolves seemed confused, but they started to leave the cave until...

"No! Ugh! Stupid dogs!" This frustrated the wolves. "Uhhh, I mean, uh... g-good boys... And... girl? Look. Just please get me out of here."

The wolves didn't respond.

"*Sigh* They must be wild wolves. If they were werewolves, I might've been able to persuade them. Ugh!"

Then, the wolves dropped a bag near the exit, it was a bag of emeralds. Then the cloaked werewolf came in.

"Ha, good job both of you. These are just what we need. *Sigh* One of these emeralds should have power to work. I'll shift through them until we find one. If not, we'll have to keep looking. This one will make a good addition to our pack."

"I can hear you, you know! And I'll never join you! Just tell me what you want with me!" the werewolf didn't answer. "Answer me!"

"You'll be able to answer your own question soon enough. Ah, yes. Found one! Master would be pleased to know that this will work."

The werewolf pulled out a potion and put the emerald inside it, while doing an evil laugh.

Back at the lodge, Skellington broke down the door to the room where Pixle was.

"Commander Pixel, are you okay?!" Skellington asked.

"No! I'm not okay at all! A weird creature kissed me and knocked Belle out!" Pixle answered.

Skellington laughed. "W-what?!"

"Do not laugh at me Skullington!''

"It's Skellington! And I'm your battle partner!"

"Stop telling me that!"

"Both of you stop fighting! Pixle, what happened?" Chris asked, after yelling.

"I told you! A weird creature came at me and kissed me."

"That seems highly impossible."

"Well, I'm telling you the truth. A weird wolf-like creature came in here and it just put its lips on mine!"

"Uhhh. Pixle, there are only six of us here, and none of us have wolf ears or a tail." Skellington said.

"I hate to say it, but I don't believe you Pixle. Skellington has a point." Lia said.

"Maybe you dreamed it." Chris said.

"I did not! Something! Kissed! Me! And knocked Belle out!"

"Umm, I think she's asleep." Lia said, after a pause of silence.

"Alright. Pixle, I think you need to come with me." Chris said.

"Why?! Why don't you guys believe me?!"

"Pixle, outside. Now!"

"But I-"

"Now!"

As Pixle left the room, she groaned and complained.

"What was that all about?" Lia asked.

"I don't know, but I think-"

"What happened?" Belle asked.

"Belle! Oh, you're awake."

"I didn't even hear her come over." Lia assumes that she somehow teleported.

"Where's Pixle?" Belle asked.

"Oh, she, she went off with Christian just now." answered Skellington.

"Say what now?"

"Yeah, she said that a wolf-like creature kissed her while she was sleeping and it knocked you out. Ha."

"A what?! Is Pixle okay?"

"I'm not sure honestly. There's a lot going on, Belle, but if you and Pixle are having issues. Then maybe it's best that you both stay here." Lia answered.

"I think we're all fine. It was probably a dream Pixle had. Once everyone is calmed down, we can go get Jianna." Skellington said.

"We need to go sooner rather than later. I'm gonna check on the passage to make sure no one followed us." Lia said. Then she left the room.

"Good luck, Lia!"

"So, Skellington is your name? I wanted to ask you a question. About this Christian boy. Who is he to Pixle exactly? I've noticed they spend a lot of time together. Why when Pixle came back, they were practically hugging like they were dating." Belle said.

"Oh, yeah, that."

"And if he's out there, flirting with her right now. I'll-" "Well they've been friends for a while now. They weren't really friends before. In fact, in high school you'd probably see them get into it a few times. But basically how they act now, you'd never think that. They've really have developed a bond that is unbreakable." Skellington said.

"Ooh..?"

"Yeah! In fact, I think Pixle is kind of witting him out in case something happens." Skellington said.

"What does that mean exactly?"

"I.. I don't know. I guess sometimes I'm jealous of their relationship of how close Pixle is to Christian. Sometimes I think she has ulterior motives, and I-" Skellington got so into talking about Pixle that he didn't notice that Belle had left the room.

With Pixle and Chris they talked in the hall near the stairs.

"Pixle, I need to ask you a question." Chris said.

"I did not dream that something kissed me! I know it did!" Pixle yelled.

"It's not that. There's something more serious at hand." Chris replied.

"What is more serious than getting kisses stolen from me?! What am I, some kind of guys magnet?!" Pixle asked.

"Well, I have no idea where that came from, but in all seriousness, Pixle, something happened to Jianna." Chris said.

"You're not laughing. Usually that would make you laugh." Pixle said.

"Pixle, I'm serious. She's in trouble."

"What happened?" Pixle asked.

"She was kidnapped. We know where she is and we're going back there right now. But she said that your mind might've been distorted. Is that true Pixle?" Chris asked.

"What? No, that's not true. Besides me losing memory of my parents and siblings, I didn't forget anything." Pixle answered.

"Pixle, you've been acting differently toward us since you've gotten back here. I didn't want to say anything because I thought that something really bad happened. But if this is happening to Jianna, then I need to ask you about it. Pixle, what happened when you went missing?" Chris asked.

"I told you, I got lost in the woods with my sister. The storm started to pick up and we got separated. Thankfully, there was a low in the storm and it died down for a moment so I was able to get back." Pixle answered.

"But Pixle, Emerald is your sister, and she's been missing ever since Renaldo found you in the cave when you were little! Who was your sister?"  Chris asked.

"It was *****."

"Who?"

"*****"

"Uhhh, I don't think you're saying anything Pixle."

"Yes I am. Are you okay Christian?" Pixle asked.

"I, uh, I don't know."

"Maybe you should sit down. I'll get you some water." Pixle said.

"No Pixle, please. I'm just worried about Jianna."

"Rightfully so, but let's get you some water. You've been gone for a long time." Pixle said.

"Right... I forget how tired I am... Ugh, maybe my hearing is off." Chris whispered.

They went down stairs and Chris sat on one of the nearby couches.

Back with Lia, somehow the door to the passage was closed when she had left it open. She knocked on the door and it opened, but there was a problem.

"A wall? H-How did this happen? *Knocks on the wall* It's concrete, and there's no sign of it being hollowed out. How did this even happen?" Lia asked.

"Hehe! Maybe you shouldn't try to leave." The strange wolf creature, Keon, was somehow controlling Belle.

"Ugh! Belle! Geez what in Pixlon!"

"It's too dangerous for you to leave. Plus, you're going to take Pixle with you, aren't you?" Belle asked.

"We're going to take everyone. Jianna needs our help and we're going to go get to her fast! But I don't know how to get to her without using this tunnel." Lia said.

"Tell me Lia, where are Christian and Pixle?" Belle asked.

"Uh, I saw them in the hallway when I came here. But if they're not outside then they might've gone into the main room." Lia answered.

"I see. Thank you Lia."

"No problem. We need to get past this wall, so I'm gonna stay here and figure things out." Lia said.

"If she's gone then maybe it's for the better. Less competition for my twin sister." Belle said.

"Did you say something?"

"Hehe, not. At. all."

"Is she alright? No! I have to focus on this." Lia's stomach growled. "*Sigh* Even though I'm starving."

Downstairs, Christian sat on the couch feeling a little woozy.

"I'll go get you something to eat sweetheart." Pixle said.

"Did you just call me sweetheart?" Chris asked.

"I did. Now just relax and I'll get something." Pixle said, leaving the room.

Chris was getting worried.

"She's acting strange. I should've said something earlier." Chris whispered.

Then, the fire mysteriously turned off.

"Ugh! What now?"

"Hehe, you love her don't you?" Keon asked. He was no longer controlling Belle.

"Huh? Who said that?" Chris asked.

"Hehehehe! I won't let you take her from me. Not after all this time." Keon said.

"What's going on? If this is a joke it isn't funny!" Chris yelled.

"You-"

Then, someone came through the door.

"Burr. It's freezing outside."

"Jianna! It's you!" Chris ran over and hugged Jianna. "I can't believe you're back! What happened?! How did you get out of there?!" Chris asked.

"Ah, well the storm calmed down a bit, and I managed to make my way through the forest." Jianna answered.

"I mean how did you get out of the cage? Were you let go?" Chris asked.

"Hehehehe, Christian what do you mean?" Jianna asked.

"Huh? Weren't you struggling in a cage? You were captured, and you told us-" "Hehehehe! Oh wow that sounds like some crazy dream. Hehe! I had gotten separated from my sister in the forest, but I managed to find my way back here. So, here I am." Jianna said.

That's when Chris noticed that Jianna's eyes were no longer brown. They were green.
