This is going to be a sad chapter just to let you know

Levi and Eren were staying in their human forms more often than before Eren had his head on Levi's lap while laying on the couch

Levi smiled and strokes his hair rubbing his stomach softly as the kicking bee more frantic Eren started to whimper softly

Levi's instinct took over he became extremely worried it was too soon for him to give birth it was only the 7th month

Eren whimpered and clutched Levi's shirt cutting up tightly Levi pulled him in his lap

Eren let out a sharp cry as his white shorts started to stain red as blood dried down his thighs clutching his stomach

Levi gasped and rubbed his stomach Eren whimpered holding on to his mate tightly "please....No.." levi whispered under his breath

Eren broke down in tears "h-help!" he choked out tears streaming down his face Armin gasped and wrapped Eren in a towel

Eren curled up tightly whimpering Levi picked him up Armin got them in the car driving them to the hospital frantically

Levi called Erwin while he was at his job "get to the hospital!" he shouted at him and hang up comforting his mate

Eren whimpered as they got their and was rushed to the emergency care center

Levi was forced to stay with Armin in the waiting room pacing back and forth around the area in his cat form

Erwin soon got there and sat next to Armin as he sadly explained what had happened
