I was leaving behind my only family for a quest I probably wouldn't return from. What a way to live. It was to protect Frodo and my family, I know. Frodo looked so much like my best friend.
I stood and was met by the Gondor man.
"My lady, I apologize for my behavior early. I did not recognize you."
I smirked, "Do not judge by appearances, man of Gondor. By the way what is you name?"
He bowed, "Boromir of Gondor."
Ah, that was his name.
"I take my leave." I said curtly and stalked off to pack.
I packed 6 pairs of pants and shirts, a first aid kit, lembas bread, and water.
Arwen entered my room with a sword, 2 knives and a bow and a quiver of arrows.
"Thank you, Arwen." It was kind of weird she was my aunt. She smiled. I smirked.
"Boromir 'realized his mistake' after the council meeting."
Arwen laughed, "He believes that he is above everyone, until he is proved wrong. He thought I was a maid at first."
I sniggered. "He is a pompous fool. Night Arwen."
"Night."
I was at peace as sleep crashed over me.

The next morning all of us gathered at the gate. Lord Elrond made a speech, and bid us farewell.
Gandalf called,"The Fellowship awaits the ring bearer."
Frodo turned and walked out the gate and whispered, "Mordor, Gandalf, is it left or right?"
"Left." Gandalf replied. I raced ahead and took the lead.
We walked a long way and I was still one of the leaders. We sat upon rocks and the next morning relaxed.
Boromir and the hobbits, Merry and Pippen were training. Not to be mean, but the hobbits were bad with swords.
"Move your feet!" Aragorn and I called at the same time. Suddenly Boromir's sword bit into Pippen's finger.
"For the Shire!" Both hobbits leaped on Boromir and pinned him. Aragorn intervened and was flipped over. I giggled and joined them.
"Pip!" I called. "You'll never beat me!" I teased. Merry and Pippen launched themselves at me and I was brought down.
Gimli was complaining about us taking the long way around."Let us go through the mines of Moria."
I winced. In Moria a great beast lurked. We would be killed! Suddenly Legolas called, "Creatures from the Southeast!"
"Hide!" Gandalf bellowed, and we all ran and hid.
