Laurel and Co. watch how Magnolia Stevens walk down the aisle way to the stand. Her white dress sways like it's in a non-existent wind as her heels click clack to the stand. Some say white means many things: pure, innocent, untainted, others with knowledge and learning. Annalise smiled softly, wearing white was making a statement to the judge and to the jurors. The door creaked again, this time her parents came in with her twin children, one boy and one girl, Aliayah and Wesley Jr., they sat down in the back.

"What is she doing here?" Micheala said as Magnolia repeated words with the bailiff. 

"Annalise probably called in for that favor." Connor said.

"How could she call her? Her and Wes was never close. She wasn't even close with her." Micheala said making Connor shrugged.

"I don't think she cares." Connor said.

"Her and Wes was in a secret relationship since Rebecca. They cared for each other. They even loved each other. The case is very much doom. Wes told Magnolia a lot about that night. He always spoke with her." Laurel said with a hurt expression on her face.

Frank now remembered who she was.

Frank looks at Bonnie, who smiled as Magnolia finally sat down. When Keating 4 and Co. found out about her. The D.A saw her number appear on his last day, there was calls sent back and forth. When they trace the call, it was on campus. She was seven months pregnant at the time. When she was brought in, Bonnie jump on being her lawyer. Magnolia didn't know why but she said she would help her. But when she asks her about how she met Wes and how they been seeing each other. How she took it hard when she found out he died in a house fire. But when Bonnie told Annalise when she visited her in jail. Bonnie told Keating 4, who had different feelings. They were mostly mad at Wes for putting her and Laurel in that predicament. Micheala didn't like her, calling her a homewrecker. They all nevered really confront her. Until Annalise sat all of them down to talk. She told her side of the story. She was there before there was a Laurel and Wes. But when they asked her, why Wes kept them a secret, she didn't know the answer. 

Annalise stood up.

"Hello Ms. Stevens, Can you say your name and what is it that you do?" Annalise said waking up to stand in front of her.

"My name is Magnolia Stevens. I own a restaurant name Gibbins's Palace in Florida." Magnolia said with a soft emotion on her face.

"Gibbins's Palace? As in Wes Gibbins." Annalise questioned with a sweet smile.

Annalise knew how much Magnolia love Wes despite being in a secret relationship with him.

"Yes. Wes Gibbins was a dear person to me not a "Killer" or "Psychopath" people like to assume he was." Magnolia said. 

"Please tell us about him." Annalise said making the prosecutor jump up.

"Objection! What does us hearing about Wes Gibbins have to do with this trail?" The prosecutor said.

" Your Honor! We are willing to mention him but blame that I was the one to push him to where he is now. And we have the key source that have stay away as the background of Wes Gibbins." Annalise debated.

"Sustain. Get to the point Mrs. Keating." The judge said turning to Magnolia.

"Go on, Ms. Stevens." 

"Wes was a smart guy. He wanted to be a Lawyer that's why he came to Middleton and how we met. I was on my way to class when we bump into each other. We met each other again at the library where I work part time.  We slowly became friends; he would tell me things that was distracting him. My parents always taught me to be forgiving and be understanding. I had learned things about him that would crush hearts just saying out loud. Wes asked me the night of the bonfire to be his secret girlfriend. I was happy, he was kind and he cared about others. He did not have a mental illness. The things he told me- Magnolia burst into a small 'cry' she was very believable.

"Do you need a minute Ms. Stevens?" The judge said.

"N-No I can continue." Magnolia whimpered.

"What did he tell you Ms. Stevens?" Annalise said in a calm voice.

"He told me the reason he killed Sam Keating?"  Magnolia said causing uproar.

"And why did he kill him?" Annalise said walking closer.

"He was protecting Rebecca Sutter." Magnolia said this revelation shocked everyone.

"Protecting Rebecca? Why?" Annalise said feigned questioning.

"He said that Rebecca went to get info saying that he killed her friend Lila. He was just trying to protect her." Magnolia said causing the Keating 3 to look at each other. Oliver watch with weariness. He really did tell her everything, but they wanted to see if she would name them.

"Did he have anyone else with him?" Annalise said knowing she was scaring the Keating 3.

"No. He went by himself. He was devastated that it had to come down to that. Sam was drunk and he was choking Rebecca. He just wanted to make him to stop." Magnolia said. Keating 3 wondered if she was there watching.

"So, it was self-defense?" Annalise said still playing that she didn't help cover it up.

"Wes wasn't that type of person to kill anyone but to protect the one loves. He would rain fire on them. In this case, he killed Sam. He didn't kill Rebecca. He loved her. let me ask you a question: Why would he kill her when he had protected her when she needed him most?" Magnolia ended it right there. Annalise could tell everyone was contemplating the question. 

"So, who do you think killed Rebecca if it wasn't Wes?" Annalise questioned.

"Someone close to her maybe but Wes didn't do it." Magnolia said in an obvious voice.

"Thank you." Annalise said as she walks back to her table saying to the prosecutor "your witness" before sitting down. The prosecutor stood up, walking to stand in front of Magnolia.

"Did Wes tell you if Annalise told him to kill Mr. Keating?" The prosecutor said.

"No, she didn't have anything to do with it. She protected him from- No she protected all of Keating 5 from any problems. Not that they give her enough credit. Wes said that every time something bad happen, they always play the blame game. If it wasn't Annalise, it was him. Instead, them being an adult and owning up to their own b.s" Magnolia said.

Hearing that, Keating 3 looks down when she said that. Maybe she was right. 

"Annalise protected Wes. The guy that killed her husband." The prosecutor questioned.

"She loves the Keating five so if she would have the chance to protect her loved ones she did. Wouldn't you?" She responded with a soft smile.  

Magnolia saw how everyone was eating up her words.

"Was Wes Gibbins seeing Annalise Keating sleeping each other?" The prosecutor asked her.

"No way! He loved her as a mother and a mentor. He told me that even though he felt like she told him lies, she still protects each and every one of them. She cared about them. Where did you hear that from? Magnolia said with a sudden emotion on her face before it quickly went away.

Martin looks at his wife, who held his grandson, Wesley.

"She's getting angry". Martin whispers to Marjorie, who nodded holding her grandson close to her.  They watch as the twins cooed playing with their grandparents' hand.

"She loved him. Still loves him. He was taken away from her. He wanted to date that Castillo girl causing him to break it off with her. Look what happen. He's dead" Marjorie said with a scoff.

"That is confidential." The prosecutor said.

"Yeah sure." Magnolia scoffs.

"How long did you and Wes see each other?" the prosecutor said.

"We were in a relationship after Rebecca." Magnolia said making Keating 3 look at each other.

"Is it true that this companionship resulted in twin children?" The prosecutor said.

Magnolia looked at him with disgust, who would bring up children in a trail especially when it's not her trial.

"Objection! What does this have to do with the trial?" Annalise yelled from her seat.

"I just want her to answer the question, Your Honor. I'm getting to my point." The prosecutor debated at the judge.

" Answer what question. So, you can debate about the wellbeing of her children." Annalise debated.

"Move on to another question please." The judge said.

"Fine, I'll rephrase the question: Did you did you not have children from Wes Gibbins?" The prosecutor stated.

" .... Yes." Magnolia finally said.

" And what did you name these children?" The prosecutor said stopping by the jurors stand.

"Alaiyah and Wesley Stevens. They're my pride and joy." Magnolia said with a smile making some of the Jurors try and hide their smiles.

Connor whispered to Laurel " We knew she was having a baby by him not two. twins at that. " 

"I knew. I had a P.I keep an eye on her." Laurel said making Connor and Micheala look at each other.

"Why? to kill her?" Oliver said finally speaking up.

"No. Just for when Christopher wants to meet his siblings." Laurel said.

"That's enough questions Your Honor." The prosecutor said. She had look at the judge who had given her permission to step down the stand. She had got up, walking to sit next to Teagan.   Teagan touch her hand softly to comfort her. Magnolia smiled at her before facing forward. 

"That's enough for today, Trial would pick up tomorrow. Jurors think over your decisions, see you tomorrow." The judge said. 

Everyone was walking out, before Magnolia could get to her parents, Frank stops in front of her.

"Magnolia Stevens Nice to see you again." Frank said with a smirk.

"Frank." Magnolia said her parents taking the way her body went stiff. Martin gave Alaiyah to his wife going over to Magnolia.

"I see you finally came back to the woods. You look good." Frank said as he looks at her up and down.

"What can I say someone needed help." Magnolia said.

"Oh yeah, that was quite the show. You just showing up here, leaving after what we did that night." Frank said leaning down to get close to her face.

"It was a mistake." Magnolia said just before her dad touch her arm.

"Honey you, ok?" Martin said making Frank look at him.

"Yeah.... dad I'm fine." Magnolia said as her father stared down Frank scoffs.

"Yeah, everything is good." Frank said before walking off.

They didn't know that Keating 3 and Oliver had watch the altercation. 

"What was that about?" Micheala said.

"Do you remember when Annalise had Frank look for her?" Laurel said making them nod.

"Yeah." They spoke.

"Her and Frank were a fling." Laurel said shocking them.

"Why do it seem like she trying to get all of your men?" Micheala said not knowing Marjorie, who carried Alaiyah and Wesley. Jr heard what she had said.

"The point of a secret relationship is to be a secret. Women like you wouldn't understand the logic of that. And Frank however is a grown man she doesn't own him. He seems like the type to sleep with anyone Ms. Castillo I'm sure you understand. Laurel Castillo, lovely seeing you. sorry about your brother and Wesley who may he rest in piece was killed so tragically. I'm sure your father understands the reap what you sow karma now." Marjorie said putting Micheala in her place and letting Laurel she knew everything.

"How did you know that?" Laurel said hurt.

"What can I say? Words gets around." Marjorie said before she walks off.

Keating 3 watch the Stevens family, Magnolia kisses both her children on her head before the happy family was joined by Annalise, Teagan and Bonnie. Annalise and her hugged, she met Teagan and nodded at Bonnie. They fonds over her children. Since Annalise became like an aunt to her.

"Thank you for coming through!" Annalise said.

"Auntie I got you! I wanted to thank you for helping me out with everything." Magnolia said holding Wesley.

"But thank you." Annalise said.

"You're welcome. I'm going to be there for you. Every step of the way. And I also wanted to say thank you for being there for Wes when he needed someone." Magnolia replied sincerely.

Annalise nodded.

"When did he break off the relationship?" Teagan said.

"When he started dating Laurel, he wanted to be with her so what can I say something good came out of it." Magnolia stated with a shrug.

And Frank?" Bonnie said causing everyone to go silent.

"Just a fling, I had postpartum depression after having the twins when Annalise wanted him to find me." Magnolia said. Marjorie nodded agreeing with her daughter. It was bad and on top of that she got body dysmorphia.

"He was just there." Magnolia stated.

Martin had looked at his wife. 

"Alright, darlings time to go. We will see you tomorrow." He spoke before the Stevens family left.

"They seem nice." Teagan said making Bonnie and Annalise look at her with a straight face making her go quiet.

"What?" Teagan questioned as they started walking away.
