I'm not exactly sure of the order in which I signed up for the remaining four awards, but I know I was already knee-deep into the Elganza, Inc. Awards when I joined the -Chrysalis_Realm as an editor, judge, and reviewer. That was horrible timing. I was busy enough without adding more to my plate, and they'd reached the stage in the Zelicaon Awards where they were scrambling for judges to cover for all the people who flaked out. I pitched in to help put together a list of all the books and genres that needed coverage and organize the group of people who volunteered on Discord, and we figured it out. Fortunately, an MIA judge reappeared with results right before I started on their category, so I didn't end up having to judge an additional 10-15 books.

We had to read five chapters of each book.
