I had the quickest bath ever in my life and wore the very first dress I got in my hand not even looking it and which happened to be a  long sandal skirt and red sleeveless tops. Though looked not like professional, I left to deal with it as it's looking modest and it's already eight twenty.
I grabbed my bag and phone before going down.

"I am ready!" I said as I ran the comb over my hair to untangle it. Everyone laughed as the scene before them says clearly I am not ready. Viji ma placed the breakfast box in my bag.

"Sorry! Gowri ma and sudha grandma gave you guys gifts. please Do take it yourself as I am getting late here!" I asked.

"Viji ma already loaded in our cars!" Madan replied as he got up from the table finishing his breakfast.

"Thanks viji ma!" I said and she nodded at me.

I and madan said our byes and left to office. On the way I clipped my hair and hand the breakfast as madan kept teasing me. As We reached the office, I didn't waste anytime as it's already eight fifty. I greeted security guard quickly and left to our floor and asked hema where is he. All the way madan kept laughing at me. I glared at him as I straightened my dress as he knocked his door. I looked at the time and smiled satisfied as I am three minutes earlier.

"Come in!" We heard a voice and we went inside to see him looking at some papers.

"Good morning!" Madan said to gain his attention.
"Good morning!"he looked up as he greeted him. As he saw my presence beside him, he looked at his watch and smiled little. 

"Good morning Mr.advith Vidal!" I said as sweetly as I can.

"It's fancy to have you here this early, Ms. Sarah!" He said as he placed his pen on the table, looking me up and down. I so wanted to comment on it as I can sense him his word saying fancy is to mock my dressing sense.

"You are welcome, Mr.advith Vidal!" I said and before he can say anything, we heard another knock.

Umar and kritcik came inside and they greeted us three and we greeted them back. Umar shown a pendrive up in his a hand as if a kid has chocolate. All guys looked at him as if is this the chocolate we think. He nodded at them yes it's it. Advith put his hand front making me laugh out loud at my own dubbing. Which gained their attention at me.

"Can we know the joke?" Advith asked and I shrugged nothing.

"Nothing" I said and he nodded at me.

"Why don't you take your seat too?" He said and I nodded at him. I went and took a seat in the sofa. I looked up to see him smile at me, I raised my brows at him to which he only shook head shrugging his shoulder. And they four kept talking and moved the laptop around.

I was trying to concentrate on what they are speaking just to mess around, my eyelids aren't supporting me at all. This is the worst than I expected, I shouldn't have did the opposite of what I planned. I should have slept the day and came by five in the evening just like I planned.

I shook my face left and right and looked at the guys to concentrate at them. Advith gave me a look of amusement as he is the only only facing me as others back are at me. I nodded nothing.
He left to answer something madan ask. I rolled my eyeballs.

"I don't really able to digest the fact you are still sleeping in the work place? Sarah! Haven't you still thought from the position of how the people who are working here feel?" Nabib uncle asked me.

"No! I am not sleeping anymore uncle!" I said in fright to look all three pairs of eyes at me.

"Sarah?" Madan asked concernedly! I nodded nothing as I just realised I slept.

"I need a coffee!" I mumbled and madan chuckled as if he gets me.

"Sure! Want me to order?" Advith asked concernedly looking warily at the chuckling madan.

"Let me make myself, I really need some distraction." I said and moved towards the mini kitchen he have in room as he knows I know where things are, he nodded at me. They left to speak again.

I made one cup for all of us as I felt it will be like teasing.  Since, I let them smell the coffee and not providing one could me pitiful. Also I need too much work too keep my sleep distracted.

"Is this your strong and hot filter coffee?" Umar asked as I placed before one before each.

"No! This is just Sarah's special coffee. If you want that, I can buy it for you anytime!" I said and took mine in the hand.

"This is good!" Advith said as he was first to sip and everyone gave him a look as is he serious.

"She makes good coffee, she is even a part time barista." Madan said as he had his coffee. Everyone gave me a look as if is he saying truth. I smiled and took my seat in the sofa.

"How long were you working as barista? You coffee is really amazing!" Umar asked as he had a sip.

"Three and half years!" I said

"What other coffee you are speciaIized in?" Kritick asked making me and madan laugh a little.

"It took me three and half years to learn this coffee alone!" I said and I heard gasping sounds from them.

"And she succeeded in it just two months back!" I glared at madan for the unasked information he given.

"What took you that long to learn this simple work?" Umar asked and he himself started answering.

"I guess, cause you were not interested in doing work? Or then it isn't your friend? Or so on and so forth?" He asked looking at me.

"Partially right! But, I really tried to learn it, it just I couldn't handle the heat! Before I can complete the work, the coffee will loose its hotness. Which is so important to feel the aroma and freshness." I said and stopped going on and on about it as I saw everyone have finished their cups and having one ear at me and their eyes at the paper they have in hand.

"Advith! Did you see this?" Kritcik asked and I know work is important too. So, I moved to take the cups from them as they started discussing again.

I went back to my seat and started listening their conversation, at times Sheela will come and give something they asked her to bring.

"don't really able to digest the fact you sleep in the work place? Sarah! Have you ever thought from the position of how the people who work there feel when you are asking them to switch of the light so you can sleep?" Nabib uncle said looking at me.

"I am not sleeping uncle, I am just sitting here as Advith said me to take a seat uncle." I said as I felt the presence of him standing before me and

"Sarah!" I smiled at him.

"Say Nabib uncle, I am not sleeping here now, Advith."

"You sure are not sleeping Sarah!" He said smiling at me as he fold his hands with madan, Umar, kritck behind him.

"Believe me uncle, see even lights are on! I am not sleeping as I now understand how people who could work feel! I am really sorry I slept those days uncle without releasing.." I said and I saw nabib uncle looking at me with narrowed eyes.

"What is she saying?" Advith asked madan, who came near me.

"Long story short! She got a ear full from our parents for sleeping at the work place and treating it as resort than office!" Madan said him and he was about to say me something.

"Leave her madan! Let her sleep!" Advith said making madan look at me confused.

"I am not sleeping! I am not sleeping! I am not sleeping! I am not sleeping!"

"Yes! You are not sleeping, Sarah! How can you sleep when you slept the whole night!" He said sarcastically making me smile.

"I was busy complaining about you to your mother, father, grandma, grandpa, viji ma, Viren uncle, shruti, Imran, Ranvir, zayan. I lost time track because of you idiot!" I said looking at him.

"You lost it!" Madan said laughing a little.

"I didn't lost your name! I didn't say because you were supporting this idiot even though he is bossing me around!" I heard everyone laugh at me.

"She is lost completely!" Kritick said laughing a little.

"Remember we are the partners? Even viji ma said we make good pair, We had Hifi moments.  You can't change team My partner?" I asked him. He stopped laughing looking at me as what did you said.

"Fine! I am going be a so...le per..fo..rm..er ...." I heard everyone chuckle.

"Oh god! I can't really think anything properly as I'm really feeling sleepy!" I said and tried to get up from the couch.

"You sure need rest!" I heard Advith say. I looked up at him as I saw him hold me to sit back.

"Yes! You are so right!" I said and rested my head on the headrest.

"But, I am not sleeping!" I said and I heard everyone chuckle and as I saw everyone nodded at me. I smiled at them.

"Can you do me a favour, Sarah?"

"Is that almighty Advith asking me favour? Of course I will Do just to tease you lifetime and tunt that you asked me favour" I heard Umar and madan snicker gaining a glare from him.

"Whatever! I want you to come with me to that room!" He said pointing me the

"Sure! But, I feel weak to walk!" I said as I tried getting up but I couldn't help me up myself. He sighed and took me in arms and started walking.

"Hey! You can't lift me up! You have plates in your arms!" I said and lifted my weight from his right hand as I circled my hands around his neck to stable myself.  He passed through a door as kritck opened the door,  I saw look of surprise in him

He placed me in a very soft place. I tried to look at him, but it was dark as if he disappeared.

"Advith!" I tried to look around! I felt a cloth above me.

"I am here, Sarah!" I heard him say as I felt a hand run over my hair.

"I missed you so much!" I said said as I took his hand and kept it close to my face.

"Good night! Sarah!" I heard him say as he pulled his hand from mine. And he adjusted my blanket.

"Good night, Advi!"I said and heard chuckling sound. And the darkness of black clouded over me.
