CHAPTER 2

Advith

I entered the hotel.

"long time no see, Mr.advith Vidal. Making us to think that you actually got settled." Ted, Oldman's right hand asked me jovially. See even the Oldman's people knows my fate about my monthly once or more date my evil mom and grand mom fixes me with for the past year. Which happens in many hotels even when I was being outdoor.

"You too Ted?" I asked glaring at him. He raised his hands up in truce.

"So, how are you? Heard you tried something different to escape these dates!" He asked me with smile. " as sound as I can be. yeah! I did, but it backfired me a little and only made me to postpone the date and not escape it." I sadly said making him to smile.

"Your date is waiting, I don't want to make her wait anymore. Even though I love to catchup with you young man." Ted said going back to professional style.
I nodded. He escorted me to the same corner cabin where no one disturbs us and get to hear or see us. And with a thumbs up towards me, he left.

I opened the door to see a girl already sitting down and playing with her phone. I cleared my throat, she looked up and she got up as she saw me.

She looked really beautiful in simple and comfortable pink shalwar, leaving her hair in single strand braid. Not really like other girls I have met, who is coming for a date with me. Or even out of style to be a customer for here. Simple and classy! Hope this goes well.

"Advith Vidal" I said as usual shoving my hands front for shake. She looked at me little confused and shocked. I waved my hands before her as I didn't get any response from her.

She gave me an handshake still confused like hell. " may I know, why I am graced with your presence Mr.Advith Vidal?" She asked nervously and boldly making me confuse.

" aren't you the girl my mother fixed me for date?" I asked little unsure of me. She seems to have some realisation. " you are her date? She waited for you until now, just now she went to restroom. If you arrive in meantime, She asked me to pass the information to her date, that is you to wait in the next cabin and she will be in two minutes." She said.

"Oh! Thanks. And sorry for disturbing you, Ms." I asked politely for her name. She smiled and added "no problem Mr.advith Vidal."

"You are look familiar and may I know why you are here?" I asked with bit of curiosity as what she is doing in this cabin. She looked taken back a little scared or nervous and then laughed.

"Heard young business billionaire, Mr.prince charming of business world is player. But, never thought he is such a big player that would use pick up lines with other girl while he is for a date with some other girl." She said smirking at me. And making me raise my brows.

"Who said I am flittering? I am not. And it was just a polite way of asking what the hell are you doing in the cabin I booked?" I said smirking at her. She seems to not find this coming, even I. Her face fall down.

" The hell I am doing in this cabin got to do something with your date. She persuaded me saying that the cooling effect of this room is not up for her level and she don't want to sweat like hell before her date and give a bad first impression. And all cabins were filled and asked me if I can exchange with her. If you want this cabin take it and I will be more than happy to see you suffer in this room in your suit." She shouted at me back making me shock and before I can't return, she fired bullet at me.

"By the way, I never said flittering. Mr. Player were you?" Shooting the words directly aiming at me, with I caught you eyes, she the left the place with thud and evil smile.

Great way to go by showing your irritation at innocent Girl. I sighed and went tback of her to cool her or keep seeing that evil smile more. But, I saw her leaving the hotel in anger and Ted having a shocked face and gave me a questioning look.

" I am going to kill you Ted" I said he was about to say something.  And exact time some girl came beside my side.

"Sorry to keep you waited Mr.Advith Vidal. I just went to restroom." She said apologetically. At least don't take it over this innocent girl, I reminded myself.

"No problem, I just came and she informed me. Can we have our lunch?" She nodded and we went inside.

"I think we need an proper introduction" I said to break the awkward silence between us. Which one of the big reason I hate blind dates. Still my evil mother set me up.

"Yeah ofcourse! I don't know anything about you other than you are Mr.Advith Vidal. Hope that goes same with you, nothing except I am Ms.Narmadha Gupta?" She asked. I nodded voicing inside that I even just know your name now.

Ms.Narmada Gupta was good to speak with. She didn't showed off that she is Gupta industries heiress neither with her way of communication nor attitude. Even her dresses were simple not grande as other girl. but, still it was branded one. She was not tall nor short, medium height about five feet seven, white toned skin with perfect Victoria secret model figure. Her makeup was polite and classy not like sexy and caked. And to all she didn't purred on me, maintained a distance and held her respect, which I respect.

I sneakily checked about her in the net and nothing scandalous was there about her. Every page praised her speaking out mind policy and her way of leading her business. And her love to charity ways. And called her as Ms. Daphne Magic meaning she has magic that makes every guy want her and every girl want to he her. I internally laughed.

The waiter came and placed the bill. I looked one second whether she would pay the bill or not. She looked at me in questioning look. And about to take the bill. I casually seated back and checked the mobile acting like I haven't noted the bill.  With nothing of bad impression or laugh, she casually took the bill, good. And she checked the price I hope, on seeing the bill she didn't scowled nor cursed at me. Even for a billionaire, cabin service of this hotel is expensive and also difficult to book in this five star hotel. She took her handbag out and took out her card and about to place.

I placed my card for the bill, even though I want to check her. I am a gentleman with pride. She raised her brows. " I will pay Mr.Advith Vidal." She said. I smiled. " my treat for your lovely time." I said with real smile. As I really had a lovely time with her. She smiled and kept her card inside. The waiter came and took the bill.

"Hope we meet again?" I asked her.  She looked at me before she can answer yes or no, I added " as friends?" I smiled at her.

"With pleasure my friend!" She said happily.

" don't take me wrong! I know we forced to have lunch to get us know each other for being life partners. But, I am nowhere for settling down in near future and especially not for another five years till I am thirty. And I don't want to lie to a beautiful lady with great personality that to Ms.daphne magic. Rather, I think you won't mind us being friends with truth." I said nervously at her not wanting to hurt her. I was expecting a curt nod or scowl or glare anything in that line like pervious date did.

But didn't expected an real smile or laugh. " I am so happy to be your friend Mr.Advith Vidal. I was so worried how to say you the same thing. but, I don't want to get settled until I enter late twenties. See I am just twenty two and I'm am in no rush. Thank you for saving me by sailing in same river." She said and I released a happy breath.

"Friend?" I asked as I took back my card and signed the check. Showing my hands as I got up. She smiles and said "friends" as she took my hands and stood up.

We left the hotel and I dropped her in her house. And I returned to my house with smile, as once the date went well. But it went to confusion as I saw my family and friends giving me a questioning look and reddy giving me glare, no death glare.

"Should I take the smile, as you found your wife?" My mom asked me excited with dreamy eyes. I don't really want to blast her bubble and same time not want her to have false hopes.

" you could take it, as I found another friend" I said with smile, she glared at me and everyone frowned at me. "Spoilsport" grandma shouted at me. I shrugged it.

"Everything beings with friendship." My mom said cheering my grandma.

"Too much dreaming could be hazardous." I said flatly. As I know this friendship is nowhere going to be advancing. Everyone glared at me. And avoiding me, went to their dream land. Stupids. Weren't you too Advith? I sighed.

"What did I do Oldman, you are glaring at me from the time I entered?" I asked as he would always laugh at this interrogation time. " nothing, I am just in foul mood as something went out of my plan. Because of some idiot." He said and my grandpa squeeze his friends hand. Weird.

"Would I help?" I asked. " thanks for the thought young man." He said and smiled weakly at me. I left to my room to get changed. I was about to keep my wallet back, I saw a paper there. Paper? I don't remember keeping a paper here. Right! Something fallen during I took my wallet in the morning.

I took the paper and opened it to see it is legibly written by someone for somebody. It's in your wallet idiot. Written for you.

Dear husband,
Or I can say sixteen hours fake husband. Hope you are well now. I am sorry, I know I shouldn't have said them I am your wife. As it may backstabbing your fame and image. But, when they asked me who I am and you were unconscious and bleeding for your life. Nothing came to my mind. I Said some lie that came to my mouth first to let them treat you. Don't worry, I have made sure not to give my identity to somewhat correct my mistake. And absolutely as a wife I want you to be happy and healthy. So, husband I won't come before you and torture you. Enjoy your life ( fake dramatic tears ;) ) and I am going out of your life, your family is on the way. Marry some girl and be happy in your life. Don't search for me fake husband, I am going away from you. Meet you when time comes by my own.

I get it, I am irritating you more with husband words. Just for fun. Take care and goodbye Mr. Advith Vidal. My last wish as a person that helped you, take care of your health and please don't be drunken while you drive, use chauffeur.

I started laughing, husband! fake husband!. She does have a way to write letters. So, she is going to be mystery one.

I went and started opening personal memory preserving drawer and was about to keep the paper. The most happy paper came before my eyes. I took it out. Memories of The nite I persevere or treasure for the past three years, from the time I got the gift in my introduction party.

The only gift I wanted, which I would able to get. But, still getting it as gift was cool. only think I loved and treasured in that party helping me to smile all the way, when I hated everything in the most successful party of the year thrown by my mother and grandmother. Of Course, all the party they have thrown are super hit.

It's just I was sad, for my own personal reasons. Nothing cheered me up that day, even after my friends tried the lot. I just had the fake smile around to make my family and guest happy.

Untill, a waiter girl came and placed a gift box in my hand and left. And I couldn't even find the waiter girl after that second. I opened the gift to see a sweet small rectangle well craved wooden box. I open it to see

A temptation chocolate, I smiled as someone really does know my preference to chocolate. I took it out to have it when I saw a letter under a key. The key seems to be something familiar like I wanted it. I took out the letter.

            Tempted to have my gift? Hope you already love my temptation as I can see it from your smile. Take a bite and Keep the smile always with you, it suits you well. Now, the tempting part you must have already figured. Still to have your tempting gift, go outside. Wish you have a happy ride in your life and with your colleagues as great leader. Hope you will smile and make others smile with you in your life journey with fresh breath.

P.s: your driver seat is only for you. And passenger seat is only for me, Kidding it's for your special persons in your life too Mr.prince charming.

I smiled like a kid got chocolates as I went out and saw the whole men's population eyeing my gift with jealous. I clicked the open button of the key to show off others, it's mine and they can't have it. It's my baby.

My baby standing in all its glory is Black and Blue Bugatti Veyron super sport. I got inside and took a great ride. As per the presenter wish, I didn't gave my friends a chance to even sit inside the car, making them sulk. I tried to give the presenter the first ride. But, I couldn't find her/him at all.

I looked at both the letters in my hand. Both the letters were written exclusively for me in way to bring smile in me, whole heartedly in my pain physically or mentally. Who wrote both is not known to me. He or she is some two peoples I want to find to say thank you. Though they both have same way of writing comically. Wait?

I looked again in the letter moving my eyes from one to the other.  Why didn't I saw it before.  Both letters handwriting is perfectly similar.  Am I being stalked? now I got a clue, its a girl.  Improvement? And the smile she let me had didn't even left me even a second for about a month that time. And know, I find new energy knowing I am having crazy fan.
