3 months later,
My marriage has been the same nothing has changed, Dave is still the same, my mother in law and mother also. I don't think Dave remembers the forceful sex we shared or maybe he was just too disgusted about it.

I finished the pills 2 months ago but there is no sign or symptoms of pregnancy, today is the last day of the 3 months deadline my mother in law gave me in order for a baby miracle to happen.

I'm going to Molara's Gynecologist Centre to give her a piece of my mind on the so-called drugs she prescribed to me and I also need to be back at home before Stacy arrives.

How do I know Stacy is coming...I overheard a conversation of my husband and his mother on a call.

Flashback:
I was preparing dinner in the kitchen when I heard Dave yelling. I walked to where the noise was coming from.

The yelling led me into the living, I saw Dave seated on the couch with his hand tightly clutching the phone to his ear.

I move closer but not close enough for him to notice me if he does notice me I would be in tonight for a bucket of yelling and insults.
"Mother you don't need to be worried my stuff is okay if anything is wrong with my stuff I will make sure not to spare her, even a strand of her hair would not be spared"he spoke to the person on the phone which was obviously his mother...my mother in law.
"Yes mother I know you are free to come here, she is bringing it tomorrow. I know you will be very happy" he said while grinning.
"I know you have been wishing for this for a very long time and me your son...Dave will not be foolish not to fulfil your wishes"
"Yes, mother," he said while laughing loudly.
"Why is he laughing, "I thought.
"Bye mum, I will be expecting you ...love you"

Immediately he tapped the red button of his phone I hurriedly ran back to the kitchen to continue with the preparation of dinner.

Present:
I got up from where I was seated in the living room and ascended upstairs to take a long relaxing shower to cleanse my body.

I wore a Palazzo trouser with a blue shirt which had white polka dots on it and before I forget I matched my outfit with my favourite cover sandals. I packed my hair up and braided the tip a little bit.

I grabbed my house keys and phone from the dressing table and stuffed everything into my bag.

I closed the door of my room went straight to the kitchen to take care of my dirty dishes and Dave's untouched food.

As soon as I was done with that, I walked towards the front door, shut the door behind me and locked the door using my house keys. I hid the key of the house at my usual hiding place...the porch.

I entered my car, switched on the radio, inserted my keys and started driving towards the centre.

I arrived at the centre and walked straight to the receptionist table, I don't think she will remember me.
"Good day madam Harriet"the receptionist greeted while smiling at me, I guess she remembers me.
"Good day please I'm here to see Mrs Molara is she by any chance available?"I asked her politely.
"I'm coming, let me go through her schedule to see if she is available" she looked back down at her computer and started typing in some words.

5 seconds later, I heard her voice...
"Mrs Harriet, she is free for now, you remember the way to her office right" she questioned.
"Yes, I remember the way thank you so much"I left the receptionist cabin and went straight to the elevator of the building, I got inside and pressed 2nd floor.
  Two seconds later, the door opened and I came out and walked to the first office in the room.

I opened the door, Molara was busy on her computer so, she did not take notice of me.
"Good afternoon Mrs Molara" I greeted her which made her snap out of her concentration from the computer.
"Harriet what a pleasant surprise," she said while looking at me and smiling.
"Mrs Molara can I have my seat," I asked politely.
"What nonsense!have your seat Harriet" she stated while pointing her index finger to the seat in front of me.

I sat down on the seat, dropped my mini purse which had my phone and cash on the black desk in front of me.
"Molara the pill you prescribed 3 months ago, I have not noticed anything, I'm still the same and today is the last day of the deadline my mother in law gave to have a baby"
"Harriet" Molara said while placing her hands on mine which was resting on the desk and said "You just need to be patient, the pill can just work suddenly, it will take time for the cells in your body to work on it, I'm pretty sure you are going to have a junior you soon, just ignore your mother in law's threats"
"Molara since there is nothing I can do, I will just have to wait to see what happens going to happen ...but about my mother in law, I'm not really sure about ignoring because if I do her insults and taunts will just be the death of me"

"Harriet I need to perform some test and scans on you uhm...before I forget how many time did you do the deed with your husband while taking the pills," she asked bluntly.

The deed...what does she means by the 'deed'

Ooooh now, I get, she means sex.

"Once ma'am"
"Okay, Harriet go and lay down on the bed so I can begin with the scans," she said while pointing to the hospital bed which had some machines connected to it.

Shortly after the test and scans were done, she prescribed some pills and some precautions to take.
"Thank you very much, Lara, next time I'm coming I will be here with a piece of good news "I stood up to leave not before hugging and thanking her.

I walked out of the building, took the car keys of the car, unlocked it and drove home. When I arrived home, I noticed that there was up to 4 cars in the driveway but why ...I got out of the car and make my way to the front door.

Entering into the living room the sight I  came in view with really amazed me. My mother in law was seated beside my mum and they were both talking cheerfully.
"Who would have thought my mum could converse with the best mother in law in the world," I thought sarcastically.
"If it isn't our barren daughter in law Harriet, a round of applause people," Stacy said mocking me, seriously I feel like strangling this woman.
"Hey mother" I greeted her while smiling at her.
"How many time have I warned you to stop referring me as your mother, no mother could ever wish for an unlucky daughter like your, isn't that right Mrs Alice," she said while facing mother to hear her reply on her silly question.
"Certainly, Stacy no mother could ever wish for a daughter like her," she said while glaring at me.
"Why are you even in the living room, please go to your room you are not really needed here"before I could give her a piece of my mind.

I heard the sound of heels I turned around and saw my step sister Cassandra walking graciously down the stairs looking like an angel...what did I just see a baby bump.
"Hey Harriet "she greeted with a fake smile.

My sister and I are not really close but I love her so much that she could ever imagine, I could sacrifice everything for her except...my husband. Cassandra is a bitch she is just so...I rest my case.
"Cassandra hey, how are you doing, sorry to ask but who is the lucky guy that gave you that, "I asked pointing my index finger to the direction of her baby bump.
"Harriet, he will be arriving soon in the next few minutes "she replied.
"Good day everyone, hope I am not late," Dave said while walking to where everybody was in the living room.
"No you are not late but you are early, I think it is time for the introduction "Cassandra said happily.
"Sorry to interrupt but are we not waiting for the father of your unborn child? "I asked totally confused with the whole situation.
"Harriet I am really sorry, guys meet the father of my unborn child" Dave" Cassandra said walking past me to go hug Dave and also giving him a peck on the lip.
"Cassandra what is going on and why are you pecking my husband?"
"I'm pregnant it brother in law's " hearing this I was shocked while Cassandra was grinning happily.
"Cass you are lying, Dave is this true?"
"It is true Harriet I am three months pregnant for Dave," she said while walking to the direction of the living to go get something which I guess was the report.

Cass handed me the report I went through it after I was done, at this moment my world was turned upside down.

I suddenly lost control, rushed over, slapped Cassandra and shouted"how dare you to sleep with my husband, I am not even surprised with your slutty attitude because you basically open your leg to anything that has a peanut"
"What are you doing? an angry voice sounded and behold Stacy appeared in front of me"
"Really! What am I doing is this the best question you could ask me? your son has a child with another lady but to worsen it not with any other woman but my sister behind my back" I shouted"Are you satisfied now? you finally got the heir you have been dreaming about"
"How dare you shout at me woman! mind your behaviour "Stacy widened her eyes in disbelief.

"And you Dave is this what I get for loving you immensely, is this what I get for loving you blindly like a fool, is this what I get really?
Dave all the memories, all the good time we spent together is this how you repay me by going behind my back to go fuck my sister".

"Harriet!"I heard my mum shouting my name angrily and said "she is your sister for crying out loud, you guys can live happily ever after in this house together"
Is this woman serious, she expects me to still stay here after all the humiliation I received.

"Dave do you know I was the stupid one for giving you my all, my love, my heart, my dignity and my most prized possession my virginity".

Now I get why all this is happening it is I because I can't bear you a child isn't? I shouted while crying uncontrollably.

"Is it really my fault I can't bear you a child, then why am I being tossed around like a piece of garbage...answer me Dave"I screamed.

I made my way to where Dave was, the stupid fool had the nerve to smirk at me. I got to where he was, Cassandra was tightly wrapping her hands all over his body.

"Dave this is what you get for all the pain you have ever caused me"I stood face to face and slapped him with all my might.
"How dare you !!" he raised his hands to slap him but I stopped it midway.
"Don't you even dare it" I said while throwing his hands harshly away.

Claps were echoing all over the house which obviously came from me.
"Bravo everyone I'm really amazed how you guys hurt me so much, I could never have believed my family especially the person I'm related to could betray me and do such a disgraceful thing, "I said while glaring at my mother and sister.

I am still surprised Dave even though we had some hills in our marriage I could never imagine you could do such a thing. Everyday like the idiot I was I would sit in the living room waiting for you to come so we could have dinner, I would wait and wait for you until I fell asleep on the couch.

I would wake up to a dark house in the middle of the night. I would go up to my room and cry myself to sleep, I tolerated all your abuses, insults, slaps just because I love you but now I realise I was literally wasting my time.
