Next morning:

It was breakfast time.. Everyone were present there except Arnav...Payal and Khushi are arranging dishes..

Shyam reading the newspaper said" RS. See the news here. The winter temperature decreased rapidly.. It was written here that the Delhi temperature is falling below 5 celsius.. Last night, it was 4 degree Celsius in Delhi.."

"Ha Shyamji.. It is still October but see the temperature is very low.. We have to take care of ourselves. I will ask HPji to fix thick curtains to all rooms and if we decrease ac, then it will be ok...Akash!! Make sure that you and chote keep some warm clothes in your vehicle.. " said Anjali..

Khushi's thoughts drifted to Arnav who is sleeping at the poolside.

"Ha Di. We will" said Akash.

"But where is chote ??"asked Anjali.

"He must be coming Di" said Akash.

Anjali just nodded her head and looked at Shyam who is thinking deeply..

"Shyamji. What are you thinking ??"asked Anjali..

"Nothing RS. Just thinking about those people who din't have proper shelter and sleeping on the footpaths in this much cold.. How they must be ?? They will be attacked by cold and many other diseases" said Shyam..

"Ha Shyamji. It is very pity thing" said Anjali.

Just then Arnav came there sneezing continuously... All looked at him shocked.

"Chote. what happened ??"asked Anjali rushing to him.

"Di. woo.....a...a...ch...c..h... I....have............ac...h....c..h...cold" said Arnav.

"Oh my god.. But this much severe" said Anjali..

Arnav's nose and eyes became red due to continuous sneezing..

"Arnav Bitwa .. But how did this all happen ?? " said Mami worrying.

"Mano. Plz don't ask anything. Can't u see his condition ??"asked Mamaji..

"I am fine mama....a..ch..ch.. If I will take medicine .....ac..ch...ch I will be fine" said Arnav...

"Ok chote you got to your room.. I will bring medicine and some Eucalyptus oil to massage you" said Anjali.

"No Di...achc...ch. I am fine.. I need to go ...ach...ch office" said Arnav.

"NO" said Anjali, Nani and Mami at the same time...

"Arnav. in this condition, you want to go for office.. you are unbelievable" said Shyam.

"Ha chote. you are not going for office. Akash will manage for today " said Anjali.

"Haan Bhai. I will manage. You don't worry" said Akash.

"But Akash..."Arnav is going to say something but Nani said sternly" Chote. you are not going for office. That's final"

"Ok fine. I won't go" said Arnav..

"Now you go to ur room ... I will bring ur breakfast" said Anjali.. Arnav went from there while Anjali said" You all have your breakfast. I will have mine as soon I will feed chote and give him medicines."

"It's ok Anjali bitiya. You first go and see chote. Later, we all can have together..."said Nani then turning" Akash beta. You have yours and leave for office"

All this while Shyam and Payal are observing Khushi keenly.. They were surprised to see her. when everyone rushed to Arnav seeing his condition, She stood still.. she din't even went near him. It should be she who should be to rush to him first but to their surprise she is just standing still not knowing how to react.. They can't see care and concern but only shocked reaction which turned soon into unbelievable reaction..

Everyone went to hall.. HP soon brought what all Anjali asked him.. Anjali started towards Arnav's room.

"Anjali bitiya. Wait.. Now your chote is married.. Khushi bitiya will take care of him.." said Nani.

Anjali's face fell hearing it which din't go unnoticed by all.... Khushi gulped her throat then said" No No Nani.. Di is another mother for him.. We can't ask a mother to stay from son. It is not wise..Di you only take care of him"

"Thank you Khushiji" said Anjali..

Everyone gave an appreciated look to Khushi but only she knows that it is to escape from doing service to him...

"Khushi bitiya..You too go and see how chote is" said Nani..

"Ji Naniji" said Khushi and went upstairs..

When Khushi and Anjali reached there, Arnav is sitting on the bed sneezing.. Anjali rushed to him..

"Di..aap" said Arnav and looked at Khushi surprised..

"How are you feeling chote ??"asked Anjali..

"Di. My nose is blocked" said Arnav.

"Don't worry Chote... See I brought this boiled water.. I will put this Eucalyptus leaves in it.. then I will cover a blanket on you.." said Anjali.

"Di... Why ach...ch.. all these ??"said Arnav..

"Shut up chote. Now do what I say ??"said Anjali and covered him with a blanket putting Eucalyptus leaves in the container..

After few minutes.. Anjali removed blanket from him..

"How are you feeling now chote ??"asked Anjali.

"Much better Di" said Arnav.

"See I have said..Now common have you breakfast" said Anjali feeding him.. Khushi is a silent spectator of the whole scene.

After completing feeding Arnav, Anjali gave him meds, covered a blanket on him fully stroking his head lovingly.

Khushi rolled off her eyes seeing it" How much Di is showering him love ??? But this person is not worth of it"

Then Anjali turned to Khushi.."Khushiji. Shall we leave ?? Chote is sleeping"

Khushi faking a smile nodded her head.. Both of them went downstairs..

"Anjali bitiya. How is chote ??"asked Nani.

"Somewhat better nani. He is resting. Let's all of us have breakfast" said Anjali and everyone moved to dining table..

While all are having their food, breaking the silence Shyam said" RS. I can't understand how Arnav catched with cold "

"Shyamji. It is normal for a human being" said Anjali..

"But this much severe.. Have you seen he is sneezing continuously.. Did you remember he once slept like this at the poolside as the ac of the room not working.. Then he too caught with cold in this way.. Now How can he catch cold when he is sleeping in the room ?? " said Shyam.

Khushi choked her food hearing this.. Shyam looked at her suspiciously..Payal gave her water to drink..

"But Shyamji.. Why will chote sleep at poolside ??'asked Anjali..

Shyam shrugged off his shoulders..

"Ha Damadji. Why will chote sleep there ?? hai naa Khushi bitiya" asked Nani.

"Haan Nani. We slept in the room only.. May be we should decrease the ac" said Khushi..

Anjali and Nani nodded while Shyam was not satisfied by her answer and behaviour..

Soon Shyam got a call, he went aside to talk..

"RS. I need to go immediately.. An urgent case came up" said shyam..

"Ji. Take care" said Anjali and shyam left from there.. Khushi sighed in relief for escaping from his scrutinizing gaze..

"Anjali bitiya.. I am also going to my room" said Nani and went from there.

Slowly everyone completed theirs and went from there for respective works.
