Part 22

After nearly an hour, someone knocked the door of her room. Wondering who must be it, Khushi went and opened the door as Anjali said they will return in the evening. She saw Arnav in front of her. Arnav looked at Khushi who face is teary and red due to crying. He is confused as well as felt sad seeing her tear stricken face. Khushi immediately turned away to other side not able to face him. Arnav too din't ask her anything as she won't like him poking his nose in her matters. Probably she must be missing Dhruv thought Arnav. He marched to his wardrobe , took out a file and went from there. Khushi went into washroom to clean her face.

She sat in the room all gloomy until evening. She din't dared to face Payal. Evening HP informed her that Naniji is calling her. So she went down.

"How are you feeling Bitiya ??'asked Nani.

"Fine Nani" said Khushi. She sat with them hearing their satsang talks.

After sometime, she went into kitchen along with Anjali for preparing dinner. The trio prepared dinner. Khushi and Payal made sure Anjali din't suspect them.

After dinner, Khushi came into the room lately. She din't want to face Arnav. when she returned Arnav is sleeping on the recliner. She changed her dress and went towards poolside.

Her thoughts went to Arnav and all the words she said to him.

Mr. Raizada. I don't even want to take breathe in the same room where you are.

Because you means nothing to me, this marriage means nothing to me.

For the family and outside of the world, may be I am your wife but I still feel myself as Dhruv's wife.. I will live as his wife and die as his wife.

Why I am explaining about Love to a monster like you ?? You Know only to play with other's life..

Seriously if you would have died instead of Dhurv then many girls life's would have been saved.

All these words which she said to Arnav once ringing in her ears. She felt disgust of herself for saying those things to Arnav.

Because of Dhruv, how much she hated Arnavji. What all the hatred she showed on him but he simply accepted it ? Why din't he once oppose ?? She said to him all the harsh words in this world. Love is the far word she din't even respected him. How is she going to rectify her mistakes now ?? As Payal said doesn't she really deserve Arnavji's love... Yes, She doesn't but she is also selfish to accept it... She remembered a saying where it is not great to love someone but it is really a blessing to be loved by someone.. But she thrashed that blessing with her own hands.. She insulted Arnav's pure love for her believing Dhruv's words.. Now not anymore, she want her Arnavji and this marriage.. It is true at first she felt an unknown pull towards Arnav when she joined AR but suppressed her feelings when Dhruv alerted her about him... After marriage, She feared that the feelings for him in deep of her heart might evoke if she goes close to him that is why she always says him she loves only Dhruv not to make Arnav believe but she herself need to believe it, console her heart.. Now, she is ready to be Mrs. Arnav Singh Raizada.. She don't know what Arnav must be thinking about her now.. She behaved soo inhumanly with him..She din't even cared when he fell ill and asking her to stop in Shimla.. Will he be hating her for insulting his love ?? Whatever it may be, she will and have to win back Arnav.. She will go to any extent to win back her love.. She has seen how this family uses him and she won't allow them to do it anymore.. She will always be there with him from now on even though he doesn't want.. With a determination to reconcile her relation with Arnav, she went to sleep..

Next morning:

Arnav woke up from his sleep. He got ready and went to his usual morning jogging. Khushi had already woke up by then.

When he returned from his jog, Khushi brought him coffee in the hall. He silently took it thinking she is giving as Nani and Di are present.

The door bell rang.. Khushi went and opened the door.. She saw a girl in mid twenties standing in front of her..

"Excuse me.. Who are you ??"asked Khushi.

"You are not excused.. Bring my luggage "said the girl and entered inside the house making Khushi opened her mouth into a big O.

" Arnie" shouted the girl seeing Arnav, ran and hugged him..

"Saachi" Arnav smiled and hugged the girl.

Khushi looked at them confused.. Nani and Anjali came to them smiling even Payal who was in the kitchen too came smiling..

" How are you Arnie ??"asked the girl coming out of the hug.

" I am fine Saachi.. " said Arnav.

" Chote.. You didn't inform us Saachi Bitiya is coming" said Nani.

" Even he too doesn't know Nani.. I wanted to surprise him." said Saachi went near Nani and took her blessings.

Saachi, then went near Payal and hugged her tightly.

" How are you Payal ?? " asked Saachi.

" I am fine Saachi.. " said Payal smiling..

" Well, Where is your Shy husband ?? Didn't wake up or still dreaming about you ??"asked Saachi.

" Shut up" Payal hit on Saachi's shoulder lightly..

" HHBB.. Saachi Bitiya.. What a surprise "came Mami into the hall..

Saachi went and tried to take Mami blessings but Mami stopped her..

" How many times I have to say you ?? Do I look old to you that you are taking blessings ?? Give me a hug" said Mami.

Saachi chuckled and hugged Mami.

Saachi then gave a look to Anjali..

" How are you Mrs. Jha ??"asked Saachi.

" I am fine Saachi" said Anjali with displeasure, " Why do you always call me Mrs. Jha ?? You can call me as Di just like Chote and Akash.. You are also like a sister to me"

" Oh Come on Mrs. Jha.. You can't be sister to anyone other than your beloved Dhruv.. Being a sister will have some responsibilities which you will fulfil only with Dhruv" said Saachi..

Anjali felt an invisible slap but this is not new for her.. Saachi always taunts her for her love towards Dhruv and negligence towards Arnav..

" Ok Saachi..Now go and freshen up in Nani's room.. I will ask HP to clean guest room" said Arnav.

"Ok Arnie. By the way where is my luggage ??"said Saachi and looked at Khushi who stood behind everyone..

"Hey you.. I have asked you to bring my luggage..Why are you standing like a statue hearing our talks " said Saachi then turning to Arnav, " Arnie, What type of lazy people you kept in work ?? Fire her.."

Everyone gasped hearing it while Khushi felt insulted..

" HHBB.. Saachi Bitiya.. You are mistaken.. She is not servant here.. She is Khushi Bitiya, Arnav Bitwa's wife" said Mami.

" Ohh.. So, she is the lover and ex wife of Dhruv naa.. I am sorry. I have never seen you" Said Saachi apologizing to Khushi.

Khushi din't felt nice when Saachi referred her as lover and ex wife of Dhruv.

" I am Arnavji's wife now" said Khushi. Arnav and Payal looked at her confused as well as surprised.

" Ofcourse when did I denied you are not Arnie's wife but you are also lover and ex wife of Dhruv naa" asked Saachi.

Khushi felt angry hearing the same phrase from Saachi again and again..

" Ok.. Saachi Bitiya.. You go to my room. Payal, take her to my room" said Nani.

" Ok Nani.." said Saachi then giving a fake smile to Khushi followed Payal.

Note: Saachi is just a childhood friend of Arnav, nothing else.. She doesn't have any feelings for Arnav.. She loves him a lot as friend.. She will hurt Khushi by her words and actions.. Eventually it will lead Khushi to know her feelings towards Arnav. Please, no negative comments on Saachi.
