As the days turned into weeks, Axel and Stacy found themselves working tirelessly on their documentary. They spent hours researching, interviewing, and editing, determined to make their project the best it could be.

But despite their hard work, Axel couldn't shake the feeling that something was off. He knew that Katelyn was still interested in him, and he wasn't sure how to handle the situation.

One day, as Axel was walking home from school, Stacy called him, sounding worried.

"Axel, I need to talk to you," she said. "My mom is in the hospital."

Axel's heart sank. "What happened?" he asked.

Stacy sighed. "She's been feeling really weak and dizzy lately, and today she collapsed. The doctors think she might have a serious illness."

Axel felt a surge of concern. He knew how much Stacy loved her mom, and he couldn't imagine how she must be feeling.

"I'm so sorry, Stacy," Axel said. "Is there anything I can do?"

Stacy's voice cracked. "Just be there for me, Axel. I need you right now."

Axel's heart went out to Stacy. He knew that he had to be there for her, no matter what.

"Of course, Stacy," Axel said. "I'll be right there."

As Axel arrived at the hospital, he found Stacy sitting in the waiting room, looking worried and scared. He went over to her and wrapped his arms around her, holding her tightly.

"I'm here for you, Stacy," Axel said. "We'll get through this together."

Stacy looked up at him, her eyes filled with tears. "Thanks, Axel," she said. "I don't know what I would do without you."

As they sat there, waiting for news about Stacy's mom, Axel knew that he was exactly where he was meant to be. He was with the girl he loved, and he was going to do everything in his power to support her through this difficult time.
