"Yes?" Jessica answered the phone and stretched out in her comfy bed, her head buried in between the large pillows. It was already dark outside and Jessica's short nap turned into a four hours sleep still she had no intentions of waking up if it wasn't for Susan who kept calling her for hours.

"Where the fuck are you?" Susan shouted from the other line, making Jessica remove a little farther her phone. The last thing she wanted now was Susan to start complaining about her...

"I'm... home" she replied and rolled over, placing the phone on top of her right ear. That way she could reach for her cigarettes on the bedside table.

"I'm coming in ten to pick you up"

"Why? Where are we going?" Jessica suddenly froze and it immediately hit her, "Jesus... it's today!"

"Yeah so you better be ready in ten"

"Sue... we can't go together"

"And why is that?"

"Because people will get suspicious... please, just go and I'll come"

"I don't bite that Jess, you've got to come up with a better lie"

"... I think I'm getting sick"

"Yeah? what are you feeling?"

"I feel my throat sore and I've got a terrible headache. I better stay here and rest, I'm sure Ryan will understand"

Susan chuckled, "It's nine, Lange... I'll come to pick you up in a half. Get ready"

"Fine! But just for the record I..." she started whining but never got the chance to finish her sentence, she stopped when she realized that Susan had already hanged up. She chuckled and shook her head.

Jessica opened all the lights in her bedroom and finally started getting ready, she hates going out whether it is out in public or at her friends' houses and she knew pretty well that when Ryan was saying a few people are coming, more than 100 people were going to be there. While having that in the back of her mind she wore a black shirt with a matched color skirt which was covering her knees.

The clock showed 9:30 and Susan knocked softly on her door. Her eyes opened wide when Susan looked at her lover. It's been so long since she saw her all dressed up, with her heels one and everything.

"Wow..." Susan finally said.

Jessica chuckled and took a drag from her cigarette as she walked back into her living room to pick up her blazer. "Ready"

"You're so beautiful tonight," Susan said while following her inside.

"Jesus, cut it out..." she bent down to put out her cigarette and chuckled when she realized that Susan's eyes were now glued on her back.

"How are you doing this?" Susan whispered while reaching for her lover's waist, spinning her around. "Doing what honey?"

"You make me go crazy"

"Is that so?" Jessica replied and raised her eyebrow, she placed her hands on Susan's neck and tilted her head to the side. Susan nodded and bit her lips, looking at Jessica's red lips.

"You know what would be great now?" Jessica run her fingertips along Susan's spine.

"What?"

"How about we stay here... watch some t.v. and just relax... you and me, that would be great, wouldn't it?"

"It would..."

"So... should I go inside and change my clothes?"

"Maybe we should do this some other time... Ryan's waiting for us"

Jessica leaned closer, she could feel Susan's warm breath, "Come on, honey... he'll understand..."

"Jess... we've got to go" Susan exhaled and closed her eyes, she felt Jessica's lips crashing on hers and her tongue invaliding her mouth, soon enough she was out of breath so Jessica stopped and bit her bottom lip causing her to let out a soft moan, "Let's go then..." Jessica said and started walking towards the door, leaving her lover back who was still trying to recover...

Fancier than expected the whole restaurant was filled with Ryan's friends and co-workers, everyone Jessica would imagine was inside that place. Angela, Kathy, Sarah, all the cast and the crew she worked with. "Fuck..." Jessica murmured making Susan chuckle. A young man approached them, having a large smile tattooed on his face, he took their coats and led them to the table.

"It's not so bad..." Susan whispered

"Now remember, Sue... not everyone here knows about us..." Jessica replied while taking a seat next to her lover.

"Then maybe we should tell em"

"This is Ryan's night, not ours"

"You're right, they'll find it out after we send them our wedding's invitation"

Jessica gave her a look and placed her phone on the table when she felt someone stroking her back, "Jessie..."

"Kathy?" Jessica said smiling and turned around to greet her friend, "How are you?"

"I'm good, how you two are doing?"

"We're good..." Susan replied and kissed her cheeks, "Where's Ryan?"

"He's with Sarah... we were wondering if you two would show up but here you are"

"Oh, how could we miss this" Jessica said making Susan laugh, "She didn't want to come"

"Jesus..."

"You think I don't know that... I can see it on her face" Kathy said as she walked next to Susan and took a seat. "I'm glad you convinced her tho"

"I wanna thank you all for coming here tonight, you have no idea how much it means to me to see you all after all this time. I had a few rough past months but now we're back. And better than ever, so thank you all for trusting me." Ryan said and took a sip from his drink, everyone followed. He was sitting next to Sarah who was now talking with Jessica across her.

"So how things are going with you two?" Kathy asked Susan when she saw Susan looking at Jessica

"What?" Susan replied and turned around to see her

"I said, how things are going with you two?"

Susan smiled, "She's wonderful..."

"Look, I won't lie, I know you both and I must say you two are perfect for each other"

"I'm crazy about her..."

"I can tell..."

"I mean, look at her..." she said and looked at her lover who was now taking a sip from her glass. Jessica looked at them and laughed, "What?"

"Nothing..."

"Okay... so, yeah, my book's coming out next month"

"Finally you finished it" Sarah replied while chuckling, "It's been what two years? It was about time"

"Good stuff takes time..."

"Agree on that..."

"And that's all... I'm..." Jessica chuckled, "I'm... excited"

"Who wouldn't be?! Excuse me for a moment," Sarah said and turned to talk to Ryan who was saying something to her.

"What do you think you're doing?" Jessica whispered into her lover's ear, feeling Susan's hand stroking her lap under the table.

"I'm not doing anything..." Susan replied and took a sip from her glass with her free hand.

"Sue, not here"

"Alright," Susan said but she continued stroking her, feeling her soft warm skin. Jessica was sitting in the corner so no one was next to her making it more easy for Susan to touch her without much thinking.

"I'm serious, Sue, cut it out"

"Or else?"

"No, stop it, I'm not going to talk about it," Jessica said and pushed her lover's hand away.

"I think you're gonna love it here"

"Can't you wait till we get home?"

"I could but I don't want to..."

"What's gotten into you?!" Jessica laughed and closed her eyes when she felt Susan's fingers reaching for her center.

"Now remember, just breath"

Jessica opened her eyes and looked right into Susan's, "I can't... not here" she said but no response came from the other woman who determined to do it. Susan pushed herself closer to the table, making sure that no one would notice where her left hand was and lifted Jessica's skirt, she started stroking her thighs when her fingers stopped on her center.

Jessica sighed and reached for the table's edge, grabbing it, she pretended to be listening to what Ryan was saying until she felt Susan's fingers pushing her panties to the side and slightly touching her clit. Immediately Jessica leaned her head forward, letting her hair cover her face.

"I think you should trust him with that, he's the mastermind after all" Susan shouted to Sarah and Jessica turned to look at her. Susan could see Jessica's breathing becoming more and more erratic making her eager.

"What do you think Jess?" Ryan asked his friend and Jessica glanced up to look at him.

"I... I agree with Susan"

"You hear what the ladies say, trust me. I know what I'm doing, I just need you to say yes, she's wonderful for that role"

"I don't know... I think we should find someone else"

"Yeah? You've got someone else in mind?"

"How about you, Jess? Would you be interested?"

"Um..." Jessica cleared her throat, she gathered all the strength needed to keep her eyes open and looked at Sarah, "I... send me the script first and I'll let you know"

"You already know what this is about"

"Well, I can't remember it right..." Jessica groaned when Susan pushed her fingers inside and let her head fall forward once again, "Fuck..." she murmured.

"What's wrong?"

Jessica touched her head, "Nothing, I've... I've got a terrible headache since I woke up... It will pass"

"You want me to get you something?" Ryan asked, worried about his friend.

"No, no, I'm alright..."

"I said breath" Susan whispered

"You think it's easy? Fuck..." she sighed

"Don't tell me you're not enjoying this"

"Please don't stop..." Jessica whined and parted her legs as far as possible, allowing Susan's hand to work faster between her legs.

"It's killing me that I can't taste you"

"God..." Jessica said, keeping her hand on her head while resting her elbow on the table.

"Tell me what do you want?"

"More... I want more"

"You want me to go faster?"

"Harder..." she finally said and Susan started thrusting her finger more forcefully into her lover's slit. Jessica couldn't take it anymore, she was trying really hard to keep her moans inside and it only became harder as the time passed. She kept looking down, pretending that her head was hurting and after a couple of minutes she heard Ryan's voice, "Jess... you're sure you're alright, maybe you should go home"

"No, no, I'm alright, I'm alright..." she replied almost out of breath, her wall started closing around Susan's fingers, "Breath, Jessica" Susan whispered once again when she felt how close her lover was.

"God... yes!" Jessica whispered at herself and closed her eyes. She reached for her glass and took a sip while trying to catch her breath. Jessica swallowed slowly the alcohol and then turned to Susan, "Fuck..."

Susan smiled and removed her fingers out of her lover, she used the napkin to clean them and then turned to Jessica, "Next time breath"

"There's not going to be a next time, we're never doing this again"

"Speak for yourself"

"I am..." Jessica said and fixed her skirt, she stood up, everyone looked at her.

"You're leaving?" Sarah asked, looking at her friend.

"No, I need a cigarette... I'll be back" she said and walked to the door, Susan was staring at her the whole time, with a smile on her face and before exiting the restaurant Jessica looked at her and winked, making Susan chuckle.

"Jesus, get a room," Kathy said and laughed

"What are you talking about?" Susan asked, terrified.

"I see how you two are looking at each other tonight, go home already"

"Oh..." Susan laughed, "I think I should go join her" Susan replied and stood up, smiling.
