"Now what?" Jessica whispered, her eyes opened wide while Jack and Miles were still outside knocking with anticipation their mother's door.

"It's now or never..." Susan whispered as well, suggesting that it was about time for everyone to know that they got back together.

"I believe we've already discussed that!" she said angrily and stood up, looking around, searching for a place to hide, "Should I go out?"

"Um... No, no. In the bedroom, go!" Susan commanded and Jessica did as told, keeping her eyes open in case she forgot anything around the house, "Hello?!" Jack shouted and knocked again.

Finally, Susan closed the door and shouted, "Jess, they're gone!" she went to the couch and sat, "What happened?" "Well, long story, short, Jack wants to throw a party but he wants to invite you as well"
