By the time she returned she found Susan sitting on the couch, watching cat videos on YouTube and laughing over it like a kid, "What are you doing?" she asked, placing the bags on the counter and walking now to her side with the coffees

"You should see this"

"I thought you said we had things to do"

"Jack sent it to me"

"What is this?"

"It's a cat"

"And?"

"It's funny"

"I see that..." Jessica replied and took a sip from her cap.

"You're not enjoying this cause you're moody is all" Susan said and placed the phone in front of Jessica's face, "Come on, pay attention," she said laughing at the video.

"Jesus..." Jessica chuckled, "First of all I need my glasses" she added, reaching for Susan's phone and finally removing it away from her face, "And also I thought we were busy and you're watching cat videos?"

"We are indeed busy... I took a break"

Jessica looked around, the house was exactly how it was when she left, "And from what exactly did you take a break?"

Susan took her phone back, "From... scrolling down Twitter's feed..." she said smiling and opened the app. She sat back again, making herself more comfortable. Jessica let out a loud chuckle and leaned closer to see what was so interesting that made Susan being so glued on her phone.

Susan kept scrolling down... and down until she stopped, "You wanna take a selfie?" she whispered making her lover laugh, "Of course not"

"You wanna see what other's are saying about you?"

"What is that mean?"

"We'll search the hashtags with your name"

"I don't even know what that means"

"We'll see what people are posting about you..."

"Now, why would I want to do that?"

"No reason... aren't you curious?"

"Of what people think of me?"

"Exactly"

"Not really... Besides who gives a damn about what I'm doing?"

"Oh, you'd be surprised to see how many people are talking about you"

"How many?" Jessica asked while looking at her lover.

"Oh... many many"

She chuckled, "And are you part of the conversations?"

"It's not like a conversation," she said.

"Oh..."

"It's more like someone posts a photo of you with the hashtag Jessica Lange and people are replying, retweeting the photo, liking it... leaving a comment..."

"And you can see how many people exactly did that hashtag thing?"

Susan started laughing, "If I search your name I can, yes..."

"It's a little complicated"

"Not at all... Come on, I'll show you"

"Oh, no, no..." Jessica said, taking hold of Susan's phone, "Let's do that some other time"

"Of course...Now, come on, we've got to tidy up this place a little" she replied

"You know I was thinking... how about we'll start from the bedroom" Jessica suggested with a slight smirk on her face.

"That's a great idea," Susan said and winked, "You'll start from the bedroom and I'll do the kitchen"

Susan stood up, placing her phone on the table. With that Jessica sighed and rolled her eyes, "This is not what I meant!"

"I know..." Susan said and disappeared into the kitchen.

Miles: "Come on, tell the truth mom!"

"What? I'm saying the truth, I cooked this"

Jack: "But this is... delicious"

"It's true, your mother cooked this time, I was just there when she needed help"

"Thank you"

Jessica smiled and reached for the bottle of red wine, filling up Susan's glass.

Hannah: "Where is Eva?"

Jack: "Jamaica... she went with her family"

"What about your girls Shura? They didn't wanna come?"

Shura: "I was already in town when mom called, the girls are home"

Walker: "How's your band going?" he asked Miles and everyone started talking with each other.

When no one was paying any attention to Susan and Jessica, the older woman leaned closer to her lover, whispering, "It's the third time you're filling up my glass"

"What are you implying? That I want you to get drunk?"

"I'm just saying"

"Alright," Jessica replied and started rubbing her neck, knowing very well that Susan was still looking at her.

Hannah: "So how was Paris? Mom's not giving us any details"

"Hmm..." Susan swallowed, "Wonderful... we had an amazing time. Of course, your mother was staying there so she knew where to go and what to do"

Jack: "Really? You lived there?" he turned to Jessica

"I studied mime there..."

Miles: "You studied mime?!"

"Yeah..."

Miles: "Cool..."

Jack: "You must've had a great time there... you know, being a student in Paris..."

"Oh, it was great indeed... I wanted to leave far away from home"

Jack: "You were working there?"

"Yeah... I found a part-time job, you know just to pay the bills..."

Miles: "How old were you?"

"Nineteen..." she replied and took a bite from her food, she looked at Susan "I got my first tattoo the day I arrived in Paris..." with that Susan smirked, and although she tried to hide her face behind her glass, Jessica realized it.

Jack: "Really? What is it?"

"It's a half moon..." Susan answered something that surprised Jessica, "It's a half moon..." Jessica nodded.

Miles started looking at Jessica's exposed skin, trying to find the tattoo.

Miles: "Where is it?"

"On my hip..."

"On her hip..."

Jack: "And that on your hand, you got it with Shura, right?"

Shura: "Yeah... it's a Celtic knot"

Hannah: "Susan, I heard you're doing a play on Broadway"

"Oh, yes... I'm so excited. We're starting on April"

Walker: "That's like... next month"

"I know..." Susan chuckled, "I'm terrified, honestly"

"She's going to be great," Jessica said and smiled

Shura: "Maybe we'll come to see you with the girls"

"What about you two?" Susan looked at her kids

Jack: "I'll check my agenda and if I'm not busy I'll come," he said making his mother laugh

"Well, make sure you'll be free"

"You want me to bring dessert?"

Walker: "Oh... yes"

Jessica stood up, picking up the empty plates from the table.

Shura: "Wait, I'll help you," she said but Susan stopped her. "No, no, sit... I'll help your mother. In fact, why don't we move into the living room? It's much more comfortable there?"

Hannah: "Yeah, why not..."

Susan took the rest of the plates and followed her lover into the kitchen, she placed the dishes on the sink and stared at Jessica who was taking the dessert out of the fridge.

"I think they're having a good time"

"Oh, believe me, they're not..." Jessica chuckled and started cutting the cake into small pieces, putting them on the plates.

"Why?"

"It's Friday night... I'm sure they had better things to do than sit here with us"

"I thought that it would be nice for them to spend time together"

"No... we did the right thing, we're family..."

"Yeah..."

"You can go back inside, I've got it..."

"Or I could stay here, look at you"

Jessica turned around to face her woman and chuckled, "Or not... Go back inside, Sue" she said and returned back to what she was doing when all of a sudden she felt Susan's hands around her waist, pulling her back closer to her chest until her hands landed on Jessica's thighs, stroking her softly.

Jessica chuckled, "Now? I've been begging you the whole morning... and now you want me?" she whispered.

"I missed your tattoo..." Susan laughed

"Well..." Jessica said and turned around holding two plates, "I'm surprised you still remember it" she continued and passed her lover, walking inside the living room. Susan put the rest of the plates on a tray and followed the younger woman while chuckling.

An hour passed and now Jessica was trying to take away Susan's glass which Susan kept filling up, the kids were talking to each other while Jessica was trying to understand what were they talking about as for Susan she was just sitting on the armchair across them, petting her dogs and smiling.

Hannah: "Alright... let's go then"

"Now, where are you going?" Susan asked reaching for her glass

Jack: "Out... there's a bar downtown, you wanna come?"

"Jack... your mother is wasted" Jessica whispered.

Jack: "Yeah... I can see that"

They all got up, Jessica brought them their coats while they were saying their goodbyes to Susan.

Shura: "Ilse and Adah want to come next week"

"Of course..." Jessica replied and kissed her daughter, "I'll be waiting"

As they were leaving Jack stood on the door, "You want me to stay?" he asked, worried about his mother who was now sitting with her eyes closed.

"No, no... I'm just gonna put her on bed"

"If you wanna leave just call me and I'll come"

"Jack, go have fun. I'm not going anywhere" Jessica said and kissed his forehead as a response Jack hugged her, "Thanks..."

Jessica chuckled, "And be careful"

"Goodnight"

"Goodnight" Jessica replied and closed the door, turning to Susan. The older woman was staring at her, smiling. "He likes you so much"

"He loves me..." Jessica said and walked closer. "Now come on... let's go to bed"

Susan stood up slowly, taking Jessica's hand, "You're so sexy..." she stuttered, making Jessica laugh.

"Okay..." she said, laughing. Once they got in Jessica started taking off Susan's clothes, leaving her only with her underpants, she reached for her pajamas but Susan stopped her, "I don't need those" she chuckled.

"Oh, you do, baby" Jessica replied.

"Why? I'm gonna take them off eventually"

"Honey... I think you should rest"

"And what are you going to do?"

"Oh, don't worry about me, the house's a mess, I've got things to do"

"Aren't you tired?"

"Not really..."

"Good..." Susan replied, raising her eyebrow, she pushed her lover on the bed and sat on top of her while crushing her lips with Jessica's. Hearing her lover chuckling, she nibbled her lips, trying to remove all of her clothes, starting with her pants and eventually throwing them on the floor.

"You can't even imagine how bad I wanted to do this..." Susan said between their kiss.

"But still I was begging the whole morning" Jessica replied and let out a throaty moan.

"Because I love seeing you begging..."

"You're teasing me too much, Sue..." she chuckled.

"I know, baby..." Susan replied and moved her kisses down on Jessica's stomach, as a response Jessica arched her back, she parted her legs, allowing the other woman to move a little further but Susan kept caressing Jessica's skin with her lips, placing wet kisses on her exposed flesh and eventually stopping on her tattoo.

She stroked her thighs, "I missed it..."

"Come on..." Jessica arched her back again, she was waiting for that moment to come for weeks and she couldn't help but whine.
