Susan knocked softly on Jessica's door and looked around, after almost a month there she was again, waiting for her lover to answer the door. Everything felt familiar and at the same time new as if they're meeting for the first time as if they were going through the first stages of their relationship.

Finally, Jessica opened the door, holding her cigarette and wearing her black lace nightgown which made Susan gasp at the view. With that Jessica smirked and took a step back, letting her lover walk into the apartment. They didn't talk for several minutes while Susan took a seat on the couch. Jessica handed her a drink and sat across her, staring at her while Susan took a sip from her glass.

The younger woman leaned on the front, resting her elbows on her knees, "So?"

"What?" Susan asked shaking her head.

"Did you talk to him?"

"Oh..." Susan sighed and lowered her sight, "I tried to..."

With that, Jessica raised her eyebrow, "You didn't talk to him, yet?"

"Well, I said I tried to, but he kept changing the subject, I think he knows but refuses to accept it"

"I see..."

"Look..." Susan started...

FLASHBACK: After the party.

Tom parked his car in front of Susan's building and looked at her, waiting for the invitation for him to accompany her into the house.

"Thanks for the ride" Susan replied, chuckling

"So what are you gonna do now?"

"Now? Probably head straight in bed. I'm so tired"

"Oh... tomorrow? There's a restaurant right across my house, we could go out. What do you think?"

"Oh, I don't know... My kids are coming tomorrow"

"Is it too soon for me to meet them?"

"You wanna meet my kids?"

"Yeah, why not?"

"Well, I don't know..." Susan replied and looked out of the window, thinking about how she could tell him that she no longer wants him in her life, finally she looked back at him, "You know... I was thinking"

"About what?"

"About us?"

"Me too"

"Yeah? What about?"

"Would you like to go on vacations with me for a few days? I've got a house up in Minnesota, it's lovely there"

With that Susan chocked and then chuckled, "Oh, I know, I've been there a couple of times"

"See, we'll spend some time together, bond with each other"

"About that... I don't think..." she started but got interrupted, "You don't want to go to Minnesota? Then how about Europe? Greece?"

"You've got a house there too?"

"No..." he said chuckling, "But we could go to some island there... spend most of the time on the beach"

"Look... it really sounds appealing but we agreed on taking things slow and right now..."

He cut her short again, "Fuck... yeah, you're right... I just thought that we could use some time together, just the two of us"

"No, you thought right but for now I just need some time for myself"

"I understand"

"Thank you..." Susan replied and sighed, letting out all the tension, "Well, I should get going"

"Yeah, you should rest," he said and watched Susan leaving the car, he opened the window and shouted, "I'll see you tomorrow. Think about that restaurant" he said and started the engine, Susan just looked at him confused, "What the fuck?" she whispered to herself.

BACK TO REALITY:

"So you're gonna go out with him tomorrow?!" Jessica shouted and stood up from the armchair, walking up and down in the apartment, "I can't fucking believe you!" she shouted again, shaking her head

"I don't know how to handle it, Jess!" she hollered back and sat back on the couch

"No, no... this is wrong. We shouldn't get back together! Clearly, you moved on well, I should've done the same!"

"Then why didn't you, Jess?! Why didn't you!?"

"Because I love you for God's sake!"

"Then calm the fuck down and come here so we can think this through!" she shouted

"Oh, no... I'm not gonna help you with this... You're gonna find the way to tell him tomorrow or else forget about me!" Jessica whispered angrily and walked out on the balcony. Susan waited a few minutes just for her lover to cool off and then walked outside, finding her leaning on the railings, "Aren't you coming inside?"

"Give me a few minutes..." Jessica replied and sighed.

"Look at me when I'm talking" she commanded and with that Jessica turned around, looking at her

"I'm gonna talk to him. The fact that I couldn't doesn't mean that I didn't want to... I want you, you're all I'm thinking. This last month was torture for me. All I'm asking is for you to be there for me, always. Can you do that?"

"How do you think I felt when I saw you two together at Ryan's?"

"I know baby..." Susan whispered, "But we're in this together"

"Are we tho? I can't stop thinking about you and him, the fact that I'm sharing you is killing me"

"You're not sharing me..."

"Do you have feelings for him?"

"What? No!"

"I don't believe you"

"Alright..." Susan sighed and moved closer to her lover, wrapping her arms around Jessica's waist, "For the last time, it is you who I want..."

"Then why did you go with him?" Jessica whined, whispering

"You want the truth?"

"Yes"

"Because I wanted to forget you... I thought you moved on"

Jessica chuckled, "I wasn't even going out, how could I move on?"

"I don't know... I thought you and Sarah..."

Jessica cut her short, "Please don't start with that..."

"Honestly now, did you two... you know," Susan asked, whispering as she took a step back finally setting her lover free.

"Had sex?" she asked, crossing her arms.

"Yeah"

"No..."

"You had... just say it"

"We had... but it was just one time, that's all"

"Okay..." she nodded

"Are you mad at me?"

"No, I'm not... I'm mad at us. Because I never imagined that we would end up like this, and I know I'm the one to blame"

"Look..." Jessica started, giving an end to Susan's delirium, "What happened, happened... the point is what are we gonna do from now on" she added and capped Susan's face, staring into her big beautiful eyes.

"I need you"

With that Jessica chuckled, calmer now she started stroking Susan's cheek with her thumb, "I need you too" she replied

"No, I need you now!" Susan finally replied and took hold of Jessica's hands, spinning them around she pinned her lover on the wall behind them and attacked her neck with wet kisses, sucking her skin. Jessica laughed, "Sue, not here, come on" she whined but it was like her voice faded away, not that she could stop Susan now as she was already on her way down on Jessica's body.

Susan reached for the hem of Jessica's nightgown as she kneed in front of her woman, "No, Susan, please, stop..." Jessica whispered now, trying to push her lover away but invalid. Susan reached for Jessica's panties and dragged them down on her ankles, she grabbed her legs, parting them with Jessica still trying to stop her, "Honey, don't! Let's go inside-Ah!" she gasped when she felt Susan's tongue lapping up her wetness.

"Ah, Fuck..." she whimpered softly, trying to control her moans as the pleasure was now overwhelming. Susan continued her actions, using only her tongue she knew that Jessica couldn't hold her screams inside anymore.

Susan continued devouring her lover for a couple of minutes until she heard Jessica shouting again and then silence, she closed her legs, having Susan's head still between, tasting her for one last time and then her whole body starting shaking. Jessica collapsed in front of her lover, falling down on the floor, she wrapped her hands around Susan's neck and sighed, "Ah, God..."

Susan leaned forward and pressed a kiss on Jessica's sweaty forehead, making her chuckle, "You're so hot" Susan whispered and smirked

"And sweaty, I've got to take a shower"

"After I'm done with you"

"Again?" she chuckled, raising her eyebrow

"Jess, it's been a month... I missed you"

"God... a month... I thought we were really done this time"

"Good thing I'm addicted to you"

"Come on, help me stand up"

"Okay" Susan chuckled and stood up, she reached for Jessica's hand, pulling her up. Jessica groaned feeling a slight pain on her back.

"What's wrong?"

"My back" Jessica replied with a smile and fixed her nightgown, looking at her lover being all worried, she kissed Susan's hand as they walk inside. Once they walk inside Susan took off her shirt and threw it to the side, she went again straight to Jessica's neck, pushing her on the couch, making her chuckle, "Sue, sue" Jessica said chuckling.

"What?" Susan asked and looked at her lover

"Give me a minute, would you? I need a cigarette..."

"Come on..." Susan whined and fell on the couch next to her

"Oh, stop it, we've got the whole night" Jessica replied and reached for her cigarettes, "Don't you wanna talk?"

"We could do that after..." Susan laughed

"God you're wild"

"Jess, you were the only thing I was thinking the whole month"

"Even when you were with Tom?"

"Every minute, every day"

"Fuck it," Jessica said and threw the pack to the side, she capped Susan's face and pulled her into a deep kiss. Both stood up from the couch with their lips locked, Jessica started undressing her lover when all of a sudden they heard someone knocking on the door and both froze, looking at the door with their eyes opened wide.

"Who is it?" Susan whispered

"Sh..." she mouthed to her lover and then, "Who is it?" she shouted

"It's me... Sarah!"

"Fuck" Jessica replied and sighed

"What is she doing here?" she whispered angrily

"How should I know? Take your things and go inside"

"If something happens I'm gonna kill you this time"

"Yeah, okay"

Susan picked up her clothes, bag and rushed into the bedroom. Jessica took a minute to cool off and then answered the door. "Yes?"

"What took you so long? Jesus..." Sarah said and chuckled, she reached for the door to open it but Jessica stopped her, "It's not a good time now, Sarah"

"Why?"

"Um... I've got company"

"Who?!" Sarah shouted surprised

"Tell me what do you want?"

"I was going home and I thought I could come check on you. You weren't so good with the whole Susan thing"

"Oh, please... she moved on and..."

"And so are you... okay, I'm gonna go now, call me tomorrow. I wanna know everything!" she said cutting Jessica short

"Of course" Jessica replied and smiled, watching her friend leaving, "Sarah?" she shouted

"What?"

"Thank you..."

"Yeah, don't mention it. Have fun" Sarah said and winked.

Jessica chuckled and closed the door, she walked into the bedroom, finding Susan standing next to the door, "She's gone"

"What did she want?"

"Just to check on me"

"Just that?"

"Yes, Susan," Jessica said and gave her a look.

"Okay..." Susan replied, calmer, "Sorry... I'm a little jealous"

"Well, it's me who should be jealous. You are the one with the new boyfriend, honey" Jessica whispered and pushed her lover slowly on the bed

"Yeah, cheating on my new boyfriend with the hottest woman on earth," Susan said and lied on the bed with her back while Jessica parted her legs and took off her nightgown, revealing her naked body. Susan took a minute just staring at her when Jessica reached for Susan's hands and placed them on her breasts, guiding her.

"You're not getting any sleep tonight, baby"

"Well, you're not gonna get any sleep either, honey" Jessica replied and leaned closer, kissing her lover. Jessica broke the kiss and bit Susan's lips, "Good... that's good" Susan said and chuckled.
