"Drop Konohamaru," Secilia growled at the sand ninja with what appeared to be purple crayon all over his face.

"Oh, is that the name of this little squirt here?" He sneered.

"Drop him you Baka ijime neko." Secilia snapped.

The sand ninja dropped Konohamaru, kicking him away and advancing on Secilia. "What did you call me?" He asked, low and threatening.

"Idiot bully cat," Secilia replied, getting in his face and smirking at him. She spotted the rock from the corner of her eye and ducked, allowing it to hit the sand ninja.

"What do you think you're doing in someone else's village?" Sasuke asked from his perch in a nearby tree, another rock in his hand.

"Sasuke-kun!" Sakura squealed.

"Get lost," Sasuke said, crushing the rock in his hand.

Secilia smirked at her cousin. "I was wondering when you'd show up."

"Get down here you little punk!" Purple crayon shouted. "You're the kind of smart aleck little punk I despise the most."

"Did you just forget about me? The one who insulted you, and is a year younger than the other Genin here?" Secilia asked, continuing with her infuriating smirk.

"Just as annoying," He sneered, tugging at the bundle on his back.

"Wait, you aren't thinking of using Crow, are you?" The female sand ninja cried.

He plopped the bundle down, revealing it was about chest height for him.

"Kankuro, stop that."

Everyone's eyes snapped to the new person, who was casually standing upside down on a tree branch on the opposite side of the tree that Sasuke was on.

"You're an embarrassment to our village," he continued.

Everyone looked surprised, and Kankuro looked almost nervous. "G-Gaara," he stuttered.

Secilia tilted her head at him. How'd he get there? And without Sasuke or her noticing. That was some high level sneaking.

The red head jumped down from the tree, and began walking away.

"Hey!" Sakura shouted, darting forward. "Hey!"

"What?" The female said, without turning around.

"I can tell by your headbands that you come from the village hidden in the sand. Of course, the Land of Fire and the Land of Wind are allies, but no shinobi can enter another village without permission. So state your purpose, and it'd better be good.

"Really?" The blond sneered. "Have you guys all been living under a rock or what?"

Secilia stepped in. "They have, I have not. Sakura, they're here for the Chunin exams. They have permission."

"The Chunin exams, what's that?" Naruto asked.

Secilia sighed. "Naruto, they're the exams that Genin have to take to become Chunin. They are Hidden Sand Genin, and they're here to take the exams."

"Well, I've never heard of any Chunin Exams, believe it!"

"Oh I believe it alright, that you're totally clueless."

Secilia sighed. "Naruto, the Chunin exams happen twice a year. How have you not heard of them?"

"Hey, you, identify yourself." Sasuke barked, jumping down as well.

The blond female turned around, blushing slightly. "You mean me?"

"No, the one next to you, the one with the gourd," Secilia continued.

The red head turned around. "Gaara of the desert. I am curious about you too, who are you?"

"I am Sasuke Uchiha."

"Secilia Uchiha, which one of us did you mean?"

"Sasuke," Gaara replied, stoic.

"What about me!" Naruto squaked.

"I couldn't care less."

Secilia hid her grin with a hand. "Sorry Naruto, you aren't the center of the universe."

"Hey, Konohamaru, do I seem uncool or something?" Naruto asked, turning to his smaller buddy.

"Well, compared to Sasuke, yeah, you're pretty lame."

"Argh!" Naruto cried. "You're not going to show me up Sasuke!"

Sasuke snorted. "Huh, back off loser."

Secilia sighed, jumping away.

Secilia sighed, locking her fingers behind her head. "And Jade's late. And so are Kia and Ross. Typical. What's their excuse this time I wonder."

"Good morning Secilia. Apologies for being late." Jade said, landing in front of her pupil.

"Again," Secilia muttered under her breath.

Kia and Ross stood next to Secilia, not saying a word.

"I know this is sudden, but I recommended you for the Chunin exams." Jade said. "You three and the other 9 rookies will be permitted to take the exam." Jade offered three pieces of paper. "These are the application forms, fill them in, then go to room 301 at the academy. It is, of course, completely voluntary, so none of you have to take it if you don't feel ready. If you so choose, be in room 301 at three o'clock five days from now."

Secilia grinned, accepting one of the forms. "Thanks Jade! Well, I hope I don't end up going against my cousin, but I suppose it would be a fight to remember."

Kia and Ross accepted the forms, nodding to their teacher. "Thank you."

Secilia perked up looking at the sky. "Give me a moment, could you?"

Kia nodded, moving away from her, Ross following.

Secilia looked at the sky again, leaping onto a nearby rooftop. She spotted Naruto, a few rooftops away, leaping away, and a rather sneaky looking ninja following him. Secilia sighed. Of course the idiot had gotten himself in trouble. She lept after him, following at a large enough distance that the other ninja didn't notice her.

It didn't take long for Naruto to be cornered at one of the training yards.

"Hey! You big fat ninja!" Naruto shouted, puffing himself up.

"You're dead," The ninja growled, throwing his umbrella. Naruto threw a shuriken at it, and it shattered into a few dozen kunai. Secilia lept in front of him, blocking the kunai with one of her own.

"Sorry, did I get in your way?" Secilia said, smirking. She stepped backwards, right through the Naruto. "Oops, I ruined the illusion. You may actually be here, but Naruto isn't."

Secilia threw a kunai, hitting him, but he used the substitution jutsu, a log replacing him. Secilia snorted, turning and walking away.
