Rachel was in glee watching time while pretending to do her work because she was waiting for the day to end, so she can meet her prince charming who has been sending her gifts all day. She was mostly scared than excited, because she is more afraid that she will be stood up than anything.

Just as she was taking notes, there was a knock on the door, her and everyone in her class looked up and saw a warbler, but not just any warbler, it was Thad again. Mr Schue let Thad enter the classroom, and give Rachel whatever he had in his hands.

When he gave Rachel the gift and the note he smirked and then left to go back to Dalton. Once he left the classroom, Mr Schue started the class again, and Rachel couldn't wait to open the gift.

As she continued to stare at the gift, the bell rang for the end of lesson which meant glee club for her. She walked to her locker before glee and saw Blaine and Kurt there. Blaine and Kurt looked at Rachel and saw that she got another gift with a note.

When she reached her locker, Blaine and Kurt told her to open the gift. She went to open the gift but there was a note on there, and she read

Do not open until you meet me, my shining star.

After she read the note on the black box, she was confused, but placed the box in her locker, and opened the note she received with it, and read

To My Shining Star,

I promise after this note there is one more, but you will receive that if you decide to meet me tonight, as I hope you do.

I'm sorry you couldn't open your last gift from me, but I wanted you meet me before you opened it because I don't want you to be disappointed with who I am, as I know you deserve the best, and I plan on giving you the best because you are Rachel Berry after all. I have seen you get hurt over and over again, and I want to change that, I want us to last, because I know you want someone forever, and I plan on giving you forever.

I know you might be scared that you will be stood up, but trust me Rachel, I will never stand you up, and I will never hurt you at all.

When she finished reading the note she had slight tears in her eyes, she wiped her tears, packed up her things, and placed the gifts in her bag and walked out of McKinley Highschool ditching glee club to go to the Lima Bean where she stayed the whole time with tears in her eyes, and she didn't notice that the warblers had walked in as well, and saw her crying.

Sebastian walked into the Lima Bean with Thad, and they both noticed that Rachel was sitting by herself crying. They were both concerned, and were about to walk up to her when Blaine walked in and walked over to Rachel. Thad and Sebastian knew it was wrong, but they decided to eavesdrop to make sure she was okay.

Rachel sat at her table on her own with tears, and she didn't even notice Blaine sitting across from her. Blaine sat down and said

"Rach talk to me, what's on your mind?" Rachel looked up and saw Blaine and she said

"It's nothing, I'm fine." She was about to walk away, when Blaine sighed and said

"You practically ran out of school crying after reading the note with all the gifts that were given to you, so don't tell me you are fine, I know you are not, so talk to me, what's wrong?" Rachel stopped and then sat back down across from Blaine, folded her arms, shook her head and then said

"Why me?" Blaine looked at her and said

"Why not you?" Rachel leaned back in her seat and said

"I'm nothing special, Puck was never over Quinn, Jesse used me, and Finn treats me like crap, cheats on me with Quinn, and when Quinn rejects him, he wants to date me again. I'm nothing special why would anyone want me as a Valentine's Day date, why would anyone want to treat me special, when I'm not, I'm not pretty like Santana or Quinn, I'm just an average girl who has too many hopes and dreams." As she said that Blaine frowned, as did Sebastian and Thad. Blaine looked at her and said

"Rachel look at me." Rachel looked up at him with tears in her eyes and Blaine continued

"You're right Puck was never over Quinn, but Puck is still a great friend of yours, yes Jesse used you, but he's an ass, and Finn is a douche because he can't make up his mind, they ruined your self esteem, but guess what Rachel, The guy that wants to treat you special, the guy that knows you are beautiful inside and out, and knows that Quinn and Santana are trashy, and knows that hopes and dreams are special, is a great guy, this guy has fallen for you hard, and I know he won't hurt you." As Blaine said that, he walked out of the Lima Bean leaving Rachel and an eavesdropper named Sebastian and Thad to process what he had said.

As Blaine left, Rachel picked her things up and went home, to decide if she is going to meet her King. She was still undecided. She walked through her door, and hung up her dress in her room.

She just stared at the dress and kept looking at the time, when it was 5:30pm she had decided to go for a shower, and then to continue to decide if she was going. Once she finished in her shower, she wrapped a towel around herself, and then looked at the time and saw that it was 6:00pm. She then turned and looked at the dress.

Finally she had decided to go. She got ready, and then picked up the black box that she was given today, and walked out the door to go to Breadsticks. Once she reached Breadsticks, she walked in, looked around the place and she heard

oh oh oh oh oh

Rachel had turned to face the stage and saw only Sebastian without the warblers in a tux

Oh, her eyes, her eyes make the stars look like they're not shinin'
Her hair, her hair falls perfectly without her trying
She's so beautiful and I tell her everyday

And it's so, it's so sad to think that she don't see what I see

He walked off the stage and started walking towards Rachel, while singing

He then stood in front of singing singing, took the black box from her hand, opened it and when he opened it she saw the most beautiful S necklace she had ever seen

As he continued singing he placed the necklace on her and then led her towards the stage, and started twirling her around and danced with her

As he finished singing, they stood in front of each other, and he then led her to a booth, and when they got to a booth, he said

"I'm so glad you are here." Rachel blushed, and Sebastian held her hand and said

"I hope you aren't disappointed at all, I meant what I said in the note." Rachel blushed again and said

"I'm not disappointed, I'm just surprised." Sebastian smiled, and Rachel then said

"Why me Sebastian, you can have any girl you want, and you chose me, why?" Sebastian smiled a real smile, and said

"It's because you aren't like other girls, you test me Rachel, you don't give into me, you don't flirt with other guys only me, and you fight back with witty remarks and comebacks to every remark I make, and you are beautiful inside and out, and that's what I like about you Rach." Rachel blushed red as her dress, as they continued on with their Valentine's Day date. Before they left Breadsticks, Sebastian handed her the last note he had. Rachel looked at it, opened it and read

To Rachel, My Shining Star,

You have received this letter because you are here on Valentine's Day with me. I hope you aren't disappointed that it's me. You are my everything pretty girl, you complete me.

I know these letters are just my ramblings, but I'm too nervous to say this in person.

When Rachel read the letter, she folded it up again and smiled. She got up from her seat and sat next to Sebastian, and kissed him, she smiled widely when she felt him kiss back. They pulled away for oxygen and she said

"I love you too Sebastian." As she said that, Sebastian kissed her again, and when they pulled away for air again, Sebastian took her hand and decided to take her back to his dorm where they spent the Valentine's night together with a lot of love and passion, and never letting each other go.
