Flashback

10 year old Rachel Berry was standing outside her best friend's house next to a moving van talking to a 10 year old Sebastian Smythe as he was leaving to go live in France with his grandparents. They sadly looked at each other and Rachel said

"Do you really have to go Sebby? My dads are more than happy for you to stay with us." Sebastian felt guilty for leaving Rachel, and he said

"I would love that Rachie, but I can't, as I do have to go. I hate that I'm leaving you." Rachel hugged Sebastian tight, as she didn't know if she would see him again. Sebastian didn't want to let go, and she said

"Will I ever see you again?" Sebastian sighed and said

"I don't know Rachie. But I hope so, and if we do see each other again I promise to give you a kiss for ten days before your birthday." Rachel looked at Sebastian and said

"Promise?" Sebastian kissed Rachel on the lips and said

"I promise." As Sebastian heard his parents, he smiled at Rachel as he got in the car to leave and said

"Smell you later Berry."

1st kiss- Lima Bean

It was ten days before Rachel's 18th birthday, and she was at the Lima bean waiting for Finn to arrive as they had a date, and he wanted to surprise her. Rachel was currently reading her favourite book as she knew that Finn would be late due to football practice. As she was reading she all of a sudden felt a pair of lips on hers, thinking it was Finn, she started to kiss back, and as they pulled she saw that it was Sebastian. She was shocked and angry at herself for cheating on Finn. She looked at Sebastian annoyed and said

"What was that Sebastian, why would you do that?" Sebastian smirked at her and said

"Because we have seen each other again, and I made a promise remember?" Rachel was confused and said

"A promise?" Sebastian nodded his head and said

"Don't you remember, we were 10 and I was leaving for France, and I promised that if we see each other again, I would give you a kiss for ten days before your birthday." As he said that, Rachel then remembered back to when they were 10, and she said

"I can't believe you remembered that, we were 10." Sebastian gave Rachel a smile and said

"You should know by now that I will always remember a promise." Rachel knew that was true, Sebastian did always remember and keep a promise. Rachel then saw Finn walk in, and as she stood up to walk over to him, Sebastian smirked at her and said

"Smell you later Berry." He then winked at her as she walked over to Finn.

2nd kiss- music store

Sebastian was in the music store currently looking through the selection of music to find inspiration for the warblers set list, when he heard the door open. He looked up and saw Rachel had walked in. He smiled as he saw her walking in, he picked up The Crystals record of Then He Kissed Me, walked over to her and kissed her. When they pulled apart, Sebastian saw the annoyance in Rachel's face, handed her the record and said

"Have I ever told you how cute you are when you are annoyed with me?" He smirked, winked at her and then left leaving Rachel holding the record in her hands. Rachel was shocked and then looked at the record in her hands, took a photo holding it and then messaged Sebastian

3rd kiss- west side story rehearsal.

Rachel was rehearsing the role of Maria, with Blaine as her Tony. As they reached the part where they kiss, Rachel closed her eyes and kissed who she thought was Blaine. When they pulled apart, she opened her eyes and saw Sebastian standing opposite her smiling at her, Rachel folded her arms frustrated at him and said

"Really, my west side story rehearsal, where's Blaine?" Sebastian's smile turned into a smirk and said

"I gave Blaine $50 to switch places with me in the rehearsal. Truthfully I was hoping the actual production but he wouldn't give in. So rehearsal it was. Am I genius or what?" Rachel shook her head at him and said

"Annoying is what you are." Sebastian placed his hand on his heart and said

"Hurtful Berry. I'll let you get back to rehearsals." Sebastian started walking backwards to look at her and say

"Smell you later Berry." Sebastian then turned around and walked out of the auditorium leaving Rachel to rehearse Maria for the production of west side story

4th kiss- Breadstixs

Rachel was sitting at a table at Breadstixs with her friends, as they wanted to take a time out from everything happening at school. After a while Rachel stood up, to walk to the bathroom, and just as she was about to walk in the bathroom, she was spun around and kissed on the lips. They pulled apart and Rachel playfully slapped Sebastian on the arm and said

"Anyone could have seen that you know?" Sebastian smirked and said

"So." Rachel looked at him and said

"You know I have a boyfriend Seb." Sebastian looked at her and said

"And I told you, that it doesn't bother me, I made a promise to you and I'm planning on keeping it." Rachel not wanting to deal with Sebastian anymore turned and walked into the female bathroom.

5th kiss- sugar's party.

Rachel was at Sugar's party, she had lost Finn in the middle of crowd, and not wanting to worry about him, decided that she would fun and dance with her friends. As she was at the bar waiting for a drink she felt arms around her that spun her around and then felt a pair of lips on her. Rachel looked at Sebastian annoyed and said

"Really Seb, I have a boyfriend, you have to stop this." Sebastian shook his head and said

"No, because I made a promise to you. And I plan on keeping that, I know I'm making you cheat on him, but a promise is a promise. and you know I always follow through my promises." Rachel sighed and said

"I know you do, but please just stop, and respect that I have a boyfriend." Rachel then turned and walked away over to Finn, where Sebastian watched the love of his life dance and be with another.

6th kiss- Dalton

Rachel was with Blaine, they were currently walking to the warbler room as Blaine had reserved a whole section the warblers to see west side story and he had insisted that Rachel go with him. As they entered the warbler room, Sebastian smiled widely when he saw Rachel. He knew it was risky, but he also knew that Blaine and the other warblers wouldn't tell anyone at all. Sebastian stood up, walked over and kissed Rachel. Everyone in the room gasped with surprise and Blaine was shocked. Rachel pushed Sebastian away and said

"I told you to stop this, I have a boyfriend." Sebastian looked at her and said

"And I told you that I don't care." Rachel frustrated with him, turned to Blaine

"Me coming here was a mistake. I'll see you later." Rachel then turned and walked out of Dalton where Blaine and the warblers looked at an upset Sebastian.

7th kiss- the Jackson off

Rachel was in the background, she didn't want to be in the spotlight for once, even though she was captain she knew that it wasn't going to end well, especially when Santana decided to take lead. As she was in the background singing the song Bad, Sebastian had saw her, and as everyone was distracted dancing, Sebastian had snuck to the back, took Rachel's hand and lead her away to where his car was and kissed her without anyone especially Finn seeing, as they kissed Sebastian felt Rachel give in and kiss him back, as they pulled apart, Sebastian looked at her and said

"You kissed back, does that mean?" Rachel shook her head no and said

"Finn and I are still together." Rachel then walked back to the group with Sebastian and the kiss on her mind.

8th kiss- smooth criminal

Rachel was nervous going to dalton with Santana for many reasons actually, she knew what Santana was capable of, but she was worried that Santana would do something she might regret. After not getting answers straight away, Santana turned to Rachel and said

"I'll be in the car, you try and get answers out of him." Santana then left, which left Rachel with Sebastian and the warblers. Sebastian smirked and sent the warblers out, to leave him and Rachel alone, after they duelled singing Smooth Criminal and instead of answering of her question, Sebastian pulled her close and kissed her, and once again Rachel kissed back. Sebastian rested his forehead on hers when they pulled apart, Rachel pulled away slightly and said

"I should probably tell you, Finn proposed to me." Sebastian was shocked and upset, and he said

"What did you say?" Rachel heard the sadness in his voice and said

"I haven't decided yet." Before Sebastian could say anything else, Rachel's phone went off, and she then said

"I should go Santana is waiting. I'll tell her that you couldn't remember." Rachel then turned and walked out with Sebastian on her mind, and leaving a broken hearted Sebastian.

9th kiss- regionals.

It was two days before Rachel's birthday, and regionals. Rachel wanted time away from the group, and to be on her own before going on stage, she looked at the ring, and wondered if she is making the right choice, as she is supposed to be getting married tomorrow, so she could wake up as a married woman on her birthday. As she sat in the choir room on her own not knowing that the warblers were about to go in there, she sighed deeply thinking about the past 8 days with Sebastian's kisses, Rachel looked up and saw the warblers waking in and said

"Sorry I just wanted to be alone for a little bit." Rachel stood up to leave and Sebastian said

"It's okay Rach, really it is." She then proceeded to leave when Sebastian took her hand, pulled her back to him and kissed her, when they pulled apart they whispered to each other

"Good luck."

10th kiss- her home.

It was suppose to be the day of Rachel's and Finns wedding day but they had broke up after regionals as Finn had been cheating on her with Santana for two whole months. Rachel stared at the ring on the bench as she thought about how Finn cheated on her and then proposed to her, but truthfully for her she had fallen in love with Sebastian once more, when she heard a knock on the door. She walked to the door, opened it and saw Sebastian standing on the other side holding a bouquet of flowers in his hands and handed them to her which she placed on the counter after she let Sebastian inside. Sebastian then stepped forward and kissed Rachel full of love and passion pouring his feelings into the kiss. When they pulled apart Rachel stood on her tip toes and kissed him, when they pulled apart the kiss once more Rachel whispered to him

"I love you." Sebastian smiled at her and said

"I love you too, I have since I was 10."

Rachel's birthday.

It was Rachel's birthday and  Sebastian had woken up before Rachel to, he had kissed her awake, and he said

"I never got to ask this yesterday, but be my girl?" Rachel smiled at him and said

"I was always your girl Sebby."

Rachel didn't think she would see Sebastian again, but she did and she was grateful that she got to spend her 18th birthday with him.
