Once upon a time about three years ago I was in the Marvel fandom, my favorite characters were Captain America, the Winter Soldier, Star-Lord and Nebula. Even to this day their traits influence my OC creation, from blue skinned tieflings to bioenhanced military operatives and alien superheroes, or just generally charismatic dumbasses.

Now that I'm in the Metal Gear fandom, I've created a new OC who I'll sketch later, (yeah it's another himbo I have a problem okay) and was prompted to look back on many of my cyborg OCs inspired by my love of those Marvel characters. I found them to be highly edgy and cringe-worthy.
Rather than dumping them, I've started on the road to just redesigning them. I've started with Chimera: a lab grown, cybernetically enhanced human terror weapon who broke away from her handlers and started on a path of revenge.

Why I listened to a eurobeat remix of 'Holding Out For A Hero' by Bonnie Tyler while drawing this I'll never know.
