Her name is Zappah (my main OC's name :P) and she lives in Waterfall and secretly has a crush on Sans. >:3 her attack is throwing vinyl at you and her theme music is the harpsichord version of the theme from Swan Lake or an Instrumental of Eleanor Rigby
