This book—you might call it a rant book.

This book was created because I knew no one would be able to judge me or the people who would share their stories here.

I knew no one would be able to see these people sad and crying, but some would see it through their words.

I knew everyone would help each other, and things would be better. This book is my small world.

A world where I am myself, where everyone is their true self.

This book is about a world where I don't pretend to be okay, but just myself.

I want you all to be yourself and not pretend to be okay.
