"Jana, where is my sister?" I asked this taco-licking baboon as she ran her fingers through her hair and sat back in nervousness. Poor Raina didn't even get to celebrate her birthday with her mom because she's been gone for so long. We are now in May and Carmon has been gone for weeks. Last time she was here, she was doubled over on the couch with her hands over her face like a scared child. We were all worried about her since she sat like that for some days.

Carmon usually runs away or stays away from the house for long periods of time when she just needs to breathe, but she usually comes back or calls someone.

It's been two weeks too many and we haven't heard anything from her. No phone calls, no coming to see Raina, not even a 'kiss my ass' text message. Something was wrong and Jana was the last person to see her. She's always the last person to see her.

"What are you talking about? I don't-"

"Oh my goodness, Jana! Cut the bullshit. She's literally been gone for weeks! I've tried calling her and texting her. Somehow, she can't answer the phone anymore? I literally called her 20 times in one hour and she couldn't pick up? Don't blame this on her hating me because we're past that shit. You know something about her being gone, don't you?"

Carmon was last seen at the house and the only person that was with her was this kitty cat taster. She always puts Carmon in danger. Hell, she puts all of us in danger. She's a lesbian version of Brittany.

"First of all, calm down."

No this bitch didn't just tell me to calm down about my sister. My sister who's been missing for weeks. Has she even tried to call Jana or anything? She would answer her phone calls.

"Don't tell me to calm down, ya asshole muncher! She was just fine sitting on that couch! Here at home! All of the sudden, she's gone? Where did she go?" I asked as my petite arms folded across my chest. I know she knows something.

"Maybe one of her friends came to get her and she just left with them," Rena chimed in knowing nothing about the situation.

"Shush, Rena. If Carmon went off with her other friends, she'd have her phone on and with her. Tell me why it was found by a local strip club when I tracked it?" Revealing that information made Jana's eyes widen and Rena give me a confused look.

"Not surprised, however, Carmon never leaves her phone just sitting somewhere. There's something wrong," Rena said stating the obvious. No shit, Rena. The sky is blue and grass is green. Like what the hell?

"Exactly. I swear, Jana. If you have anything to do with this, be prepared to get knocked the hell out. I'll slap you back straight, do you understand?! Fuck, I'm going to call the police," I sighed attempting to dial the number until...

"Oh my goodness. Guess who found Carmon?" Jess said with a hurtful look on her face as she marched into the house with her work uniform on. Jess really doesn't look good in navy blue and yellow. Maybe in an orange jumpsuit because that's where she's headed next if she's playing games with me. She needs to be in somebody's prison anyway with everything she's done around here.

Suddenly, my eyes fell on a familiar man that walked into the apartment with a little blonde child walking really close to him. That's not what caught my eyes though. Carmon being carried in bridal style with her head on his chest is what caught my eye.

As we all moved in closely, he softly placed her on the couch and my poor sister curled up in fear. My heart felt heavy as I examined her weak body covered with scars, scratches, bruises, hickeys, and more.

"Can we get a blanket please?" The guy spoke in his dark tone as he looked up from Carmon and around the living room. Rena ran to her room to get one of the many blankets she keeps in her room. Might as well call her the Blanket Hoarder.

"Not to be rude, but who are you again?" Jana asked as she sat by a shivering and sniffling Carmon. She should back away from my hurt sister. She's probably the one who got her into this shit.

As Jess sighed heavily, she introduced the man with "This is Carmon's boss. He found her in a familiar alley after Carmon was obviously beaten for the past two weeks. Thank goodness he found her when he did."

Once she sat down in a chair with her hands over her face, Rena came out with a blanket and tucked Carmon in on the couch. I brushed my sister's messed-up hair from her face as she stuttered with "F-f-fu-FUCK!"

She sobbed loudly right after the fact. When she says that, there was actually something really wrong. This made me realize that...

They got her again. FUCK!

"Why is she not at a hospital or something right now? Do you not see that she's hurt right now? Why'd you bring her here?!" I shouted with some attitude. I couldn't help but be so frustrated with everyone right now. Everyone was being stupid. My sister needed to be in someone's care besides ours. She needed to be in someone's hospital.

"If you know you're sister well enough, you'd know that's not what she would've wanted. Plus, you see she's being targeted. If she were in that hospital, she wouldn't be protected. What I want to know is how she got down to that alley in the first place," Carmon's boss argued back as his dark voice sounded and his kid ran up to hug a confused Raina.

Once Raina came out of the room, she looked at all of us and smiled at Carmon's boss while saying "Mr. Trent, hi! Are you here to see Mommy?"

Her sweet voice was just what I needed in that moment, but Rena had to bring her and the other kid into her room so they didn't know everything else that's been going on. Like they didn't know already. Hearing Raina's little voice made me smile lightly.

However, my smile left once I said "I don't know. Somehow, her phone was located at a strip club about 20 minutes away from here."

"I picked that up along with her and it was ruined. Why was she at a strip club?" he asked as if I knew why her phone was there.

"Well, my fiancée thought it would be a lovely idea to go to a strip club then I don't know what happened after she told me that," Jess stated as our eyes landed on a nervous-looking Jana. I knew that bitch had something to do with this shit!

"FINE! She was crying about being with this guy so we went out that night. After she danced with a friend of hers, she wanted to go home early but I wanted to stick around. She called an Uber and I didn't know where she went after that," Jana freaked as she ran her fingers through that stupid ass red hair of hers. I knew it! I just knew she had something to do with this! I'm gonna fuck her up!

I charged at her and was able to get in one good and hard punch towards the back of her head. Luckily, Jessica held me back. I don't know why she did though because she would have done the same thing if this was Rena.

"Let me fucking go! You would do the same if it was Rena, Jess! Don't fucking lie! She left my sister by herself!" I screamed harder trying to get out of Jess' hold. Unfortunately, she wasn't letting up.

"Tiff, I understand. I would do the same thing, but this is not the-"

"Fuck this! Fuck your pussy eater over there! Fuck every last one of you cretins with a 10-foot-heel up your asses! You bitches don't even care about my sister! Especially you, ya bloody head bitch ass motherfucker!"

She furrowed her eyebrows at me as Jess blocked me from going anywhere near her. "Tiff, don't try me today. I know this is your sister and all, but don't do me. I'll fuck you up. Chill out-"

"I fucking trusted you for once, Jana! I trusted you with her and you put her in danger AGAIN! Why did I even do this knowing good and well this is what you normally do?! Well, guess what, bitch?! Not anymore! You're not allowed to EVER take my sister anywhere EVER again, bitch! You've gone way too far and you'll soon get yours," I said trying to move again.

This cootie queen has tested me for the last time. While Mr. No Business Bucks kept talking about how he found Carmon and shit, somehow, my left soft pink designer heel popped off my foot and hit Jana in the back of head. Usually, I wouldn't do that because she's not even worth the small particles of dirt that was in that shoe. However, this was for my sister. Not me.

"STOP IT, TIFF-"

"OR WHAT, BITCH?! Be lucky your dinner plate is blocking me from beating your ass!" I shouted as I folded my arms and thought to myself.

She so-called cared for my sister and does this shit. Who lets their best friend go home alone in an Uber? Does she know what kind of world we live in today? In a world filled with kidnappers, gun shooters, and serial killers, she lets my sister go home by herself!

Hell, anyone that knows and loves Carmon wouldn't let her go home from somewhere by herself. Jana was supposed to be one of those people and she wasn't. She proved it just now.

Well, as long as I'm living and breathing, she's not going anywhere by herself anymore. Not if I have anything to do with it.

As I panted from behind Jess, a stuttering Carmon called me as she slowly reached for my hand and said "T-T-T-Tiff. R-r-re-relax ple-plea-please."

My eyes darted to her weak but held-out hand and my manicured hand wrapped around hers. I wanted to cry for her. Had I been around to take care of her, she wouldn't even be in this situation.

A tear fell from my eye as I came out with "Carmon, you're hurt. You can't expect me to relax and you're like this. It's not fair." As my other hand tucked her dark brown hair back behind her ear, my eyes landed on a torn and bloody ear lobe and more tears developed in my ears.

My heart was ripped to shreds thinking of the ways I could have been there for her. Had I not been with Bryce that evening, I could have been there for her. I could have helped her and saved her from going with Jana. My heart ripped itself into shreds watching her suffer at the hands of whoever hurt her.

Then again, who did hurt her? It couldn't have been Heath because he was in jail. Who else had something against her? Whoever it was, Jana had to be friends with them since she let her go off by herself. That bitch can drink bleach for all I care.

"Jess, you said this was a familiar alley. What did you mean by that?" Rena asked as we all looked over at Jessica and she rolled her eyes like she didn't want to talk about it.

"Well, this alley is familiar because plenty of women are sold there. Men pay the price and pick them up just to throw them back there the next morning. They treat those girls like shit. That's why it's right around the corner from the strip club. Most of the girls came from that strip club."

As Jess continued, I sat on the couch and laid my trembling sister across my legs. She curled herself up even more close to my body as I held her on my legs.

"Depending on how much they're willing to pay, men can do any and everything to those women. From drugs to abuse, these men are ruthless. When they see women walking around alone, that's when they get them. It looks like Carmon was sold to somebody bad," Jess finished.

To be honest, that information didn't make me feel any better. It only made me feel worse and it made me want to set her bitch of a fiancée on fire for putting her in this situation. I'm not usually the one who gets this angry but this was my sister that was harmed. Who wouldn't feel that way about their family?

"How'd you know all of this, babe?" Jana asked as she tried to wrap her arms around Jess but Jess stood back up and moved from her hold. Jana widened her eyes in surprise as Jess walked away from Jana. Smart move, Jess.

"Don't be so quick to call me that. Anyway, I was one of those girls. I was sold to one of the top gang members who owned the ally. How did you think I knew Heath was a bad guy? His family is over this entire operation. Why do you think they have so much money?"

"Well why didn't you say anything beforehand, Jess?! Carmon wouldn't have been a victim if you had said something!" I hollered as Carmon tried to close her eyes and pat me on the chest as a signal for me to calm down.

"FIRST OF ALL, LOWER YOUR DAMN TONE 'FORE I COME OVER THERE AND THROW YOU OVER THE FUCKING BALCONY! Second, the strip club that sits around the corner from the alley would be shut down. That's why! I have too many associates there that would lose their jobs. Let the police go over there and they'll strip it off thinking it's owned by the Williamson family. Don't come for me again, Tiff or your hair will be someone else's next wig, got it!?" Jess snapped back.

Rolling my eyes at her, my ears heard a manly voice speak with "Alright, all of this yelling is not helping. We need a plan now. I think Jess should come with me. The rest of you stay here with Carmon and the kids. Got it?"

This popular businessman must not know how things ran around here. Did he not realize which type of females he was talking to?

"How about this? Tiff, Jess, and I will go with you while Rena stays with the kids and Carmon," Jana proposed as she stood up and cracked her knuckles. As if she were really going to do anything. She was scared of her own damn girlfriend.

"Why would I let you guys go-"

"Because she's my sister, Jana owes her, and Jess knows more about this place than any of us put together. Take it or leave it, boss man. That's how we run shit in here," I said as a stood up from a sleeping Carmon.

"That's right, Tiff! You better tell him how we do shit in here! That's how we save our people," Jess agreed as she smiled and gave me a high-five. That moment between us was seldom so it felt really good to get along with her in that moment.

"Fine, but don't ruin anything I have planned. Rena, I'm sending my personal doctor over here to help Carmon. I'll send you all the information and the code so you know she's safe with me, okay?" the boss guy spoke as he signaled for the rest of us to walk out.

Once we got out of the apartment and followed him down the stairs, Jess came out with "Time to beat some ass; my area of expertise!"
