hey, it's me again these are some rules regarding the information about the scp's 

1. under no circumstances are you to reveal any information regarding the scp foundation to normal civilians' knowledge on the topics of the unknown will cause panic and rebellion (if we find out you do this the person/people you told will be hit with strong drugs used to cause memory loss and your ranking will be demoted to D-class)

2. no using the information to harm or manipulate others in any shape, way, or form 

3. no wreaking havoc (unless your dr. bright)

4. just do your fricken job don't goof around please people's lives are at steak 

5. (specifically for Dr. bright) DONT RELEASE SCP'S JUST BECAUSE YOU WISH TO FIGHT THEM
