SCP-049
"The Plague Doctor"

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-049 is to be kept in a metal cubical cell with no windows, and only a door and camera to monitor him. He is to always be handcuffed and tied down with chains. There is to be one metal table for integration, and 049 is to always be sitting at it.

Anything 049 says is to be noted. He is violent and talks of a cure. A cure for a sickness that he tells nobody about. It seems like every living thing he meets has it, so there is doubt of there being a disease. The 'cure' he speaks of is death.

049, who prefers to be called Sci or doc, will try to kill anyone, claiming that it was for their own good. No amount of talking or therapy convinces him otherwise.

Description: SCP-049 wears a black cloak, black long-sleeved shirt, and a white mask. He resembles a plague doctor from the time of the plague. The mask or clothing cannot be removed by any known means.

Instead of the eyes being placed behind the mask like a human, 049 does not appear to have eyes. He seems to have pupils instead. Much like skeletal SCPs, 049 had large white pupils instead of eyes. They are placed in the mask sockets, as if the mask is 049's head. It is actually questionable if it is his head or not.

SCP-049 speaks of a cure and sickness(though he rarely speaks at all), but does not say what the sickness it. The 'cure' is death. It is theorized that 049 kills anyone who expresses one of the seven deadly sins in order to 'clean the world', though unlikely.

It is noted that 049 hates SCP-657(Death; Thaumial Class) with all his being. It is also noted that 657 cannot kill 049 due to his clothing and 'mask'.

All attempted interrogations have led to little to no information.

SCP-076
"Xcellence"

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: The whole of SCP-076-1 and SCP-076-2 are considered one being: 'SCP-076'. Separating SCP-076-1 and SCP-076-2 does nothing but agitate SCP-076-1.

SCP-076-1 is to be kept chained with a GPS device on his left ankle used to track SCP-076-1 in case of breach. Should the GPS device short out, or anything about it goes wrong, check SCP-076-1's containment immediately. SCP-076-1 should be chained by the wrists to the ceiling, and the ankles to the floor.

The containment SCP-076 are in is a steel reinforced cubical room with only a iron reinforced door as entryway. Two guards are to be at the entrance at all times. Four cameras are to be in SCP-076's chamber at all times to monitor them.

Any instance of SCP-073 evading guards and entering 076's containment is to be noted.

Description: SCP-076 is made up of two components. A skeletal entity(SCP-076-1) and a Japanese-styled rapier(SCP-076-2).

SCP-076-1 is a male skeleton about 5'10 in height and about 70 pounds. His left pupil is while/gray while his right pupil is red. His official name is "Xcellence", which is thought to have come from the word "excellence".

SCP-076-2 is a silver rapier about 3.5(42 inches) feet in length. The handle is made of obsidian. All attempts to destroy SCP-076-2 permanently have had no effect on the blade.

If SCP-076-2 is separated from SCP-076-1 for more than five minutes, the blade will turn to dust in its spot, then reappear in SCP-076-2's right hand. Slow-motion footage shows small specks or particles forming from air, becoming denser, and merging, forming SCP-076-2 in less then four seconds. It is unknown how this properly happens.

SCP-076 was found with SCP-073 in an abandoned, half-demolished house in a dense forest in Metzler Park in Frankfurt, Germany; close to the 'Museum fur Post und Kommunikation', where SCP-1498 was found not long after. The site is now being monitored.

It has been proven that SCP-076-1 is a personal guard for SCP-073. It is unknown why 073 needed the protection, though.

SCP-682
"Hard-to-Destroy Nightmare"

Object Class: Keter

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-682 is to be killed as soon as possible. By any means, as he/it posses a threat to humanity. Attempted ways to terminate 682 are/were:

*Suffocation.
*Overdose(the drug effects are amplified, but don't seem to harm 682).
*Rocket Launcher(Caused by SCP-963-131; don't try again).
*Drowning.
*Electric Charge(though 682 is apparently a conductor).
*Fire(though 682 is flammable.)
*Grappling Hook(Again, caused by 963-131).
*Starvation.
*Dehydration.
*Heat exhaustion.
*Hypothermia.
*SCP-3,000(Thaumiel Class. 682 just knows how to live, doesn't he?).
*SCP-657(Thaumiel Class; Death himself).
*Taken as a host by SCP-963-131(682 wanted to die during that, but couldn't. Lasted for a few minutes before 963-131 left due to almost being suffocated).
*Cancer, Ebola, or any other disease.
*Hanging from a noose.
*Left with SCP-297(don't do it again 963-131).

More ways are open for suggestions.

SCP-682 is to be kept in a cubical room with no vents, and only a steel reinforced door as a form of entry. The walls should be layered, with cement first. Then, in order after that: steel, iron, more cement, then metal. There is to be no ventilation or drain.

The containment is to have a minimum of five sprinklers that can emit the needed sedatives for 682 as well as water. Seeing as 682 dislikes water, or any other liquid, the containment is to always be filled with a minimum of water at least two centimeters high. The amount of water needed for this can vary.

Staff should check 682's containment every month for cracks in the foundation, or any small opening. As noted how easily 682 can change state from semisolid to liquid, any holes can and will be used to breach. Though 682 cannot go as far as slipping through a space a few inches wide, he will widen it so he can. Better safe than sorry.

Any requests to see another SCP is to be denied unless the other SCP agrees as well as both Dr. Nyx and the leader of that class agrees. If that SCP is unable to speak, or is an object, it may be accepted if the leader of that class accepts. Any interaction is to be noted.

Description: SCP-682 is a black, goopy humanoid/skeletal mass about 5'10 in height, though he can change that at any time. His only feature that isn't black it the glowing teal-blue eye on the left side of his face. Though not noticeable at first, he does have a mouth. The inside is the same color as his eye.

Though he does not have any organs, bones, skin, or anything other than an unknown black mass, he claims to be male. A forced examination(preformed by SCP-297. Don't ask how it happened.) proved that he has no reproductive organs of any gender.

SCP-682 has four tentacles that can vary in length at will protruding from his back, but can increase or decrease how many are present. Sometimes it seems like they act on their own, but for the most part, 682 controls them.

682 remains in a form similar as the one described above. He is capable of changing his physical appearance, but expresses discomfort when doing so.

He is made of an unknown substance that is half-solid half-liquid. It is noted to shed and reform constantly, similar to how humans shed skin. It's not noticeable, and leaves nothing behind. Sometimes, however, a residue is left behind on purpose by 682. The substance is poisonous, and slippery. He once polluted the water in the foundation, and therefore SCP-682 is to kept away from any and all water sources.

SCP-682 possesses a dry and sadistic sense of humor and is generally cruel to all other living things. He only leaves few SCPs alone, for example SCP-038 and SCP-3,000. 682 expresses hate towards the entire SCP Foundation and has curses its name countless times, claiming that one day it/he will slaughter every person in the building brutally and slowly.
