When Bryan woke up, he groaned softly and buried his face into something. That something was Jakey, who chuckled lightly at him and pulled him a bit closer.

''How you feeling?'' Bryan whined ag the question.

''Tired.'' Jakey chuckled and ruffled his hair before standing up, causing Bryan to whine.

''Cuddle!'' Jakey sighed and frowned slightly.

''Bryan, I have to work...'' Bryan whined and teared up, causing Jakey to frown more and open his mouth to speak, but was cut off by the door opening.

Mario walked into the room and looked at the two. He sighed and walked over to the two once he saw Bryan's expression.

''You can go now Jakey, I'll stay with him.'' Jakey nodded and left, closing the door behind him as Mario sat on the bed.

He laid down and Bryan instantly clung to him, causing him to sigh and hug him back. Bryan let out a soft whine and cuddled up to him.

''Phantom pains?'' Bryan whined and nodded, causing Mario to sigh.

''I'll make sure to get some medication for you once you decide to let me get up.'' Bryan sent him a weak smile as they sat in silence, just embracing eachother before Mario broke it.

''Do you wanna talk about them?'' Bryan nodded as he started talking about his children, or at least as much as he could since they were taken from him when they were 2 months old.

Mario listened silently, letting Bryan speak. By the time he was finished, he had a sad look on his face. Mario noticed this look and frowned before pulling him closer.

''We'll find them Bryan... I promise...'' Bryan sighed softly and nodded, yawning a bit.

''Tired?'' Bryan nodded while Mario ran his fingers through his hair.

''Then sleep. Even if I'm not here, I'll just be outside of the containment cell, okay?'' Bryan nodded and buried his face in Mario's chest, falling asleep after a few minutes.

Mario smiled slightly before trying to get out of Bryan's grip without waking him. Once he did that successfully, he left the containment cell and watched through the cameras.

Eventually, he received a call from someone that works with the foundation. Confused, he answered the phone.

''Hello?'' Mario was silent as the person spoke, only speaking to answer anything they said.

''Yes... yes... what was your point in calling me?'' The person spoke as Mario froze, quickly thanking him before hanging up and whispering quietly to himself.

''They're alive?'' Mario didn't notice that Jakey, Kay, and Cassie were behind him until Kay spoke up.

''Who's alive.'' Mario almost jumped but he remained calm, turning around to face them.

''At the moment, it is classified information. But you will find out what it is once Bryan does.'' Kay whined softly at that.

''Why can't you just tell us now?'' Mario sent an annoyed glare at her.

''Because Bryan has to be the first person I tell about this.'' Kay would have responded but the look on Mario's face told her not to.

''Now, I'm going to go wait for Bryan to wake up. You guys watch the camera and come in when he does wake up, okay?'' The three nodded as Mario walked into the containment cell, going over to Bryan's room.

Once he got to Bryan's room, he walked over to the bed and laid down next to the sleeping male, who quickly clung to him in his sleep. Mario smiled at him as he waited for Bryan to wake up, excited to tell him the good news.
