Meanwhile the Mystery Inc, Jane, Charlie and their friends ran into the lounge of the hotel grinning as they all met up with Emile.

"Mystery Inc and everybody else." Emile smiled "you all seem rather cheery. Good news, I hope?"

"Mr. Mononucleosis." Jacob asked for his name as Emile looked at the young man.

"Yes."

"We have hit a clue smorgasbord." Fred started as Tony crossed his arms standing next to him grinning as Shaggy held out three fingers "as to who's behind this evil hooty."

"N'Goo Tuana." Jacob said as he and Velma looked at each other smiling "he believes you're park's enchanted ground."

"The voodoo man, who'd tricked me and Daph into going that castle." Tony said as he looked at Daphne who smiled at him he smiled back.

"And you." Fred pointed towards Emile who was in shocked as he pointed to himself.

"Me?"

"Let's split up." Fred said looking at everybody smiling as they all nodded in agreement as Emily was trying to get their attention to say that he wasn't any part of this "we'll meet in half of hour."

"Right." Jane smiled as she held Shaggy's hand as Jane petted Charlie's head as Charlie smiled at the sight as the two smiled lovely at each other while Scooby rolled his eyes.

"I'll interview the employees to see if they noticed anything odd." Fred said.

"We'll translate these inscriptions Daphne found." Jacob said as he pointed to himself and Velma as Velma smiled.

"I'll go research cults on the Net." Daphne said. "I'll come with you." Tony said making her nodded. Everybody else nodded as they all but Shaggy, Jane and Charlie split up as Daphne and Velma high five each other grinning

"I'm a suspect?" Emile asked Shaggy and Jane in shock.

"Don't take it personally." Jane said.

"It's because you creep me out." Shaggy told him.

"I see." Emile said "Fine."

Meanwhile with Velma she was looking at the pyramid as she tapped the top part marking it open.

"Jinkies." Velma gave out a small quiet gasped.

"Hey." Jacob's voice got her thoughts out of her head as she looked up and found him standing with two drinks in his hands she smiled at him.

"Hi, thanks."

"So, found anything?" He asked as he sat next to her.

"Yes, I believed it's called Daemon Ritus." Velma started as she took the drink from her new friend and took a sip.

"Daemon Ritus?" Jacob asked "what's it for?"

"This describes an old race of creatures." Velma started "It's reminiscent of Pandaemonous texts, so I can make some of it out. It looks like instructions
to some sort of secret ritual. It is fascinating."

"On the house." A guy said bringing a drink to Velma "nice sweater."

Velma looked at him and then took a sip.

"You guys really like doing this huh?" Jacob asked as he watched Velma scanned the pyramid.

"Like, clues and stuff?" Velma asked as Jacob smiled nodding "certainly." She smiled "really focusing on mystery reminds me of the old days."

(Velma's voice
Flashbacks voices.)

"We were quite a crew back then, that was the best time of my life. Shaggy and Scooby, what goofballs." Velma smiled.

Flashback: few years ago

Shaggy was holding a soda cup as Scooby sneakily took a sip until Shaggy saw this and just grinned at his best friend.

"Kinda like they are today."

Daphne smiled at this as she looked over at Shaggy and Scooby then at Fred.

"And Daphne, so beautiful. She was the coolest girl at Coolsville High." Velma smiled "Fred, he was so handsome. And he really knew how to accessorize."

"Sounds perfect." Jacob told her.

Fred was driving as he smiled back at Daphne then looked at the road.

"Yeah, but every family has one nut."

"Scrappy-Dappy-Doo!" A little brown puppy who looks like Scooby jumped out of between Daphne and Velma.

"Hey!" Scooby scowled at his nephew for stealing his line for his name.

"Ghosts don't stand a chance with me. Let me at 'em. I'll rack 'em. I'll sock 'em!" Scrappy said bringing his fists in the air as Velma rolled her eyes while the others groaned.

"For the thousandth time, there's no such thing as ghosts!" Fred snapped at the puppy getting really annoying to the pup right now.

"Sure there are. When I find them, I'll give them a dose of puppy power!" He stood tall and proud but all of the sudden he started peeing on Daphne!

"Oh, God. He's peeing on me!" Daphne gasped in shock and grossed out.

Then Fred slammed the breaks of the van making everybody moved forward with yelps as Scrappy was sent flying to the front windows as he was face planted to the window as he slide down as he got up and shook his head to get the dizziness out of his head.

"That little egomaniac had flipped his lid."

"Scrappy, I told you, no urinating on Daphne!" Fred snapped at the pup.

"It was an accident!" Scrappy said trying to defend himself as he put his paws on his hips.

"You were marking your territory!" Fred yelled at him.

"You don't have the scrote for this job. Listen up, losers. The time has come to appoint me your unquestioned leader. Either that, or I'm out of here." Scrappy said looking at everybody. 

Then all of the sudden he was thrown out of the van as his suitcase was thrown next to him almost hitting him but he dodged it.

"What's the idea? You can't do this to me. People adore me!" Scrappy said angrily shaking his little fist "I'm as cute as a Powerpuff Girl. I'll get my own show!"

He then went over to his suit case and kicked it but he felt pain on his foot as he yelped then was jumping around holding his foot.

End flashback: present

Velma and Jacob were laughing as Velma had her head on his shoulder to lean on for laughing to hard as Jacob has his head down laughing.

"Puppy power, huh?" Jacob asked laughing.

"And he wasn't even a puppy. He had a gland disorder." Velma said making Jacob laughed out loud bringing his head back as Velma laughed with him as Nagoo finished playing the song on the piano as everybody was clapping and cheering for him.

Meanwhile Shaggy and Jane were laughing as Shaggy was telling her the same story as Velma was as Jane was leaning on his arm laughing too hard as Charlie was listing to their laugher, he smiled loving hearing Jane laughing.

"Help me! Help! Me!" Scooby was screaming as Charlie was watching this where he was sitting by Jane and Shaggy laying on the floor near Jane's feet.

Scooby was running everywhere knocking people down then he hide under the table where people were hanging out talking making them yelped in surprised.

"Monsters! Monsters!"

Then Fred was coming over towards the frighten Scooby who was shaking in fear that was making the table shake.

"Scooby!" Fred scowled with a stern voice making Scooby flinched a little bit as Scooby looked up at the former leader of the Mystery Inc who was staring down at him sternly "This is the most embarrassing thing you've done...since you cleaned your beans at Don Knotts' Christmas party." Fred scowled more as Scooby chuckled at that while Charlie rolled his eyes at this.

"How many times do have I to you." Fred climbed up on the table "there are no such things as ghouls, ghosts, goblins or monsters." Fred said as he stared at Scooby before looking at everybody else in the room with his arms raised up "now listen up! There is absolutely absolutely no such thing as-."

Fred was cut off from his speech when a monster came smashing through a window sending glass everywhere making people screamed out in fear as they were running away.

"MONSTER!" Fred screamed out as he started running with everyone else.

Then Fred was caught by one of the monsters by his foot as he was hung upside down.

"Fred!" Daphne called out fearing for her friend/ex as she held the Daemon Ritus in her hands
"Scooby!" Fred called out as the monster roared out into his face as a green mist came out.

"Save.......Daphne." Fred weakly told his friend before loosing consciousness.

Scooby meanwhile helped out in fear as he ran out of the table and ran off somewhere to hide.

Meanwhile Velma was looking for her glasses on the ground crawling with her hand out trying to feel them.

"My glasses!" Velma said "I can't find my glasses! Help me find my glasses!" Then someone helped her picked up the glasses which she thought it was Jacob she smiled as she put them on "here they are, thank you."

She noticed it wasn't Jacob.

It was one of the monsters.

"Nice mask." She told the monster "bad breath." She giggled making the monster held his jawed down in shock "here, just let me-." As she was trying to get to see if she can get the monster's face aka the mask's off but for some reason for her it wouldn't come off so all she could say in horror.

"Jinkies."

Then the same green mist that came out of the monsters' mouth flew towards Velma making her loose consciousness.

"Velma!" Shaggy yelled out worried for his friend that she got captured.

"Velma!"Jacob called out as he tried to fight off the monster that took his new friend but he was also caught by his wrest as he yelped as he was dragged away.

"Jake!" Jane called out.

Charlie was looking around as he panted he looked and saw Tony was grabbed.

"TONY!" Charlie shouted.

"Charlie!" Tony yelled out as red energy surrounded his fists as he tried to fight off the monsters but he was caught by his fists making him yelped "KEEP JANE SAFE FROM THE MONSTERS!"

Charlie panicked as he looked for Jane as he found her hiding behind a bar with Shaggy as he quickly ran towards them.

Then the green mist came out of the monster mouth flying towards Tony making him loose consciousness.

"TONY!" Jane shouted for her friend worried for him.

"This is like the opposite of what I wanted to do today." Shaggy said in a fear voice as he and Jane were hiding behind the bar as they were trying to get away sneakily with fearful looks as Charlie was right behind them.

Meanwhile Daphne saw the Daemon Ritus was just sitting where Velma and Jacob were sitting and talking before this all started as she ran for it as she quickly grabbed it she smiled.

"Leave it!" A voice said making her looked up to see Nagoo glaring at her meanwhile Daphne stuck her tongue out at him as Nagoo growled at her before trying to chase her off but Daphne faked a left before going. To the right running away from her with the Daemon Ritus in her hands along with her small purse.

Meanwhile Emile yelped as one monster came through the ceiling making the glass went flying, Daphne gently pushed Emile back.

"Stand back sir." Daphne said standing in a karate stance "I'll protect you." Emile stood behind her as he stared in disbelief but all of the sudden a long arm came out as a hand grabbed Emile who screamed out in fear as the hand of one of the monsters and pulled him down "Mr. Mondervarious!"

Then he was gone.

"Daphne, go!" Shaggy called out as she, Shaggy, Jane and Charlie ran off but Shaggy stopped and cupped his mouth.

"SCOOBY DOO, WHERE ARE YOU?!" He screamed out for his best friend in worry as he yelped as another monster came behind him making him yelped in surprised as he ran off.

Meanwhile Charlie was running around trying to find Scooby then he found a moving suitcase making him raised a eyebrow as a monster was near him making his eyes winded.

Charlie ran towards the monster tackling it as Scooby heard this lifting the suitcase up a little bit.

"Charlie!" Scooby called out to his new friend in worry as Charlie was sent flying to the ground making him groaned in pain Scooby quickly helped him stand to his feet.

"T-thanks."

"No problem." Scooby wave his paw around then he and Charlie heard their friends screaming in fear they both looked at each other and smirked.

"You thinkin, what I'm thinkin." Charlie asked smirking as Scooby nodded his head.

Meanwhile Shaggy, Jane and Daphne ran out a room panting.

"Where's Scooby and Charlie?" Daphne asked.

"I don't know, but I hope they're okay." Shaggy aid to the girls worry for the two dogs but then all of the sudden they all yelped in surprised when they were tripped down in the cart for the hotel's luggages by Scooby as Charlie was running beside them in full speed.

"Scooby-Dooby-Doo!" Scooby cheered grinning as he pushed the cart as Shaggy grinned up at his best friend while Jane grinned at Charlie.

"Hey Scoob!" Shaggy smiled.

"SCOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOBBBBBBBBYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!" Everybody was screaming for his name including Charlie as he was sent towards the cart towards Jane's lap making both friends yelped in surprised as they all flew out of the top window with glass flying around them as they all flew toward the ground outside as it was night time as they escaped.

A few minutes later they all were hiding in big vases as Charlie was hiding behind a bush.

"I have a sinking feeling these dudes aren't brainwashed cult members." Shaggy said fearfully as Scooby whimpered quietly while Charlie glared at the monsters who were dragging the unconscious college students away.

"What do they want with the with the students?" Daphne asked as Jane looked at her as Daphne looked back the girls nodded.

"We need to follow them." Jane said.

"Say what?!" Shaggy said with a high pitched voice looking at the girls like they were crazy.

"Defeat them, and save Fred and Velma." Daphne said.

"Tony and Jacob." Jane nodded as the girls stared at Shaggy sternly.

"Sort of like my plan." Shaggy said with a fearful look "get out of here, let the creatures eat Fred, Velma, Tony and Jacob."

"No way." Daphne glared "Fred and Velma always figure out everything. Now it's our turn."

"Besides they're our friends we can't abandon them." Jane said.

"For the first time, they're in distress, not me." Daphne said with a nod then all of the sudden the big vase she was inside started to tip over making her yelped as Shaggy tried to reached out to grabbed her but he missed.

"Help?"

Timber." Shaggy said sheepishly.
