TODAY IS BABY DAY!

- 4am -
Scott, Mitch and Liam are all getting ready to head to the hospital for Mitch's scheduled c-section! All of them are very excited but also tired because it is 4am after all.

Mitch has just washed his face with his favorite face wash and he is now putting some makeup on to make himself feel good.

Liam walks slowly into the master bathroom to see what Mitch is doing. Liam is wearing a black Adidas t-shirt and gray Nike sweatpants.

Liam is really excited but nervous all at the same time, but he is so excited to have his baby brother finally here.

"Good morning, Liam." Mitch says happily to Liam.

"Good morning, dad. Why are you putting makeup on? It is too early to do anything." Liam says as he yawns and stretches his arms.

"Because I wanna look nice for pictures and other things! This will probably be the last time I wear makeup for a while." Mitch says to Liam as he fixes his eyebrows.

"Nana and Mom Mom are both awake. Are they coming to the hospital with us, Dad?" Liam asks Mitch softly.

"Aww, Nana and Mom Mom are really excited that's why they are up early with us. But they will come right after Joel is born, about an hour or two later. And then Grampy and Poppy are going to bring Huddy, Soph, Issy, Sawyer and Amelia to the hospital a few hours after Joel is born." Mitch explains to Liam.

"Oh okay." Liam says as he yawns again.

"Did you take your medicine?" Mitch asks Liam, making sure he took his anxiety medicine.

"Yes, Dad. I just took It." Liam says softly to Mitch.

"Okay, good. Are you excited?" Mitch asks Liam as he smiles at his eldest son.

"Mhm. I am excited and nervous right now." Liam says to Mitch.

"I am excited and nervous too but everything will be just fine. I promise you. I'll just be in pain for a week but I'll be okay!" Mitch says to Liam.

"I know you will be in pain. C-sections suck that way." Liam says to Mitch.

"Yeah they do, but c-sections helped bring all of you in the world!" Mitch says to Liam and Liam smiles.

Meanwhile downstairs, Scott is loading up all of his, Mitch's and Joel's hospital bags into the car while he talks with Rick and Mike.

"I feel like I'm forgetting something." Scott says out loud as he tries to figure out what he is missing.

"Don't forget the car seat!" Rick says to Scott.

"Oh crap! Thank you reminding me, dad!" Scott says as he grabs Joel's car seat and places it in the car seat base.

"You're welcome! You can't bring a baby home without a car seat." Rick says as he chuckles at Scott.

Mike also chuckles at Scott and smiles at his son-in-law.

"Are you excited, Scott?" Mike asks Scott.

"Yes, I am very very excited. I can't believe I am going to be a Papa again." Scott says with a big smile at his father-in-law and father.

"I am so happy for you and Mitch. Today is a very special day for all of us!" Rick says to Scott proudly and happy.

"Today is a very special day! Another family member is coming into our family!" Mike says to Scott with a grin.

"I'll make sure to text one of you a picture of Joel whenever I can!" Scott says to Rick and Mike.

"Take your time! We are patient unlike Connie and Nel are." Rick says playfully as he, Mike and Scott all laugh.

Connie, Nel, Rick and Mike rub Mitch's baby bump for the very last time before Mitch Scott and Liam get in the car.

"See you boys later!" Connie and Nel say in unison with big smiles on their faces.

"See you guys later!" Rick and Mike say in unison.

"Next time you will see us we will have a little baby! See you guys later!" Mitch says to Nel, Connie, Mike and Rick happily.

"Bye guys!" Scott says to Nel, Connie, Mike and Rick.

"Bye, Mom Mom, Nana, Poppy and Grampy!" Liam says to Nel, Connie, Mike and Rick.

Scott, Mitch and Liam all begin the twenty five minute drive to the hospital!

"Let's go have a baby today!" Scott says to Mitch happily as he smiles at Mitch and rubs Mitch's baby bump.

"Let's go!" Mitch says to Scott happily.

Liam yawns and tries to take a cat nap before all of the excitement starts.

- 6am -
Scott, Mitch and Liam are now settled in Mitch's hospital room!

Mitch just received his IV, some fluids and he has monitors on his baby bump to check on Joel.

Scott vlogs Mitch laying cutely in his hospital bed. Mitch looks up at Scott, blushing and smiling at him.

"Hi, Mitchy." Scott says as he vlogs Mitch laying in his hospital bed.

"Hi, baby." Mitch says softly to Scott.

"How are you feeling?" Scott asks Mitch as he rubs Mitch's head tenderly.

"I am just tired and itchy." Mitch says as he yawns.

"I am really tired too. And hopefully the itching will stop today, baby." Scott says to Mitch as he kisses Mitch softly.

"Hopefully! But my doctor said the itching should stop within the next two weeks." Mitch says to Scott.

"Well, that's good. I know the itching is really annoying and aggravating for you." Scott says to Mitch as he rubs Mitch's leg. 

"It honestly is. Cholestasis really sucks you guys." Mitch says to Scott and the camera. 

"Joel keeps kicking this monitor off and it keeps the nurses coming back in here thinking something is wrong." Scott says as he films Mitch's petite baby bump and rubs it.

"He is really stubborn like his Papa is." Mitch says as he giggles loudly.

"You are stubborn too, Mitchy! He got it from
Both of us so he is extra stubborn." Scott says with some sass, making Mitch laugh.

"Liam fell asleep on us. Poor guy didn't sleep well last night." Mitch says as Scott vlogs Liam curled up on the couch sleeping.

"We gotta wake him up soon! It is almost baby time! See you guys later!" Scott says as he and Mitch wave at the camera before turning the camera off.

- 8am -
It is almost time for Mitch's c-section!

Mitch has a scrub hat on his head and he just got his epidural, so he is all numb and ready to get things started!

Scott and Liam are both getting their white full body suits on.

"Do you have your phone so you can take pictures?" Scott asks Liam.

"Yup!" Liam says as he smiles at Scott.

"Aw, you two look so so cute in your matching suits! Let me take a picture of you two!" Mitch says as Liam groans, making Scott laugh.

"Come on, Liam. This is a special picture." Scott says to Liam.

"Fine. Let's do this." Liam says making Scott and Mitch both chuckle.

Mitch takes a few pictures of Scott and Liam together.

Mitch posts a picture on his Instagram Stories of Scott and Liam standing together. He writes: "It is baby time! 👶🏻 look at my cute side kicks I have today! 🥰💙😍"

Scott posts a picture on his Instagram Stories of himself Liam wearing their suits. He writes: "It's time to welcome Joel into the world! 😭👶🏻💙"

Scott, Mitch and Liam are now in operating room! The c-section is going to start any time now! Scott is sitting on the left side of Mitch while Liam sits on the right side of Mitch.

"Are you ready for this, Mitchy?" Scott asks Mitch softly as he rubs Mitch's bead.

"I am more then ready for this." Mitch says as Scott smiles at Mitch.

"I'm ready too." Scott says to Mitch with a big smile.

Scott then kisses Mitch softly and rubs Mitch's forehead tenderly.

"I love you." Scott says to Mitch happily.

"I love you too." Mitch says softly to Scott.

"It is really cold in here, Dad and Papa." Liam says as he shivers a little bit.

"It has to be, in order to keep the germs away and keep it clean in here." Mitch says to Liam.

"Oh, that makes a lot sense." Liam says to Mitch.

"Are you guys ready for this? This is so exciting!" Nurse Sophie says happily to Mitch, Scott and Liam.

"Yes, we are ready!" Mitch and Scott say in unison

"This is so exciting!" Nurse Elizabeth says to Mitch, Scott and Liam.

"Also, if you need anything Mr. Grassi-Hoying, please let me know! I'll be your nurse through out the c-section and afterwards!" Nurse Elizabeth says to Mitch as she sits behind him.

"I will! Thank you so much!" Mitch says to Nurse Elizabeth.

"And how old are you?" Nurse Elizabeth asks Liam with a big smile. 

"I am thirteen years old." Liam says to Nurse Elizabeth softly.

"Aw, that's awesome that you are here! Are you the big brother?" Nurse Elizabeth asks Liam.

"Yes. I am the oldest too. The oldest of now seven." Liam says to Nurse Elizabeth.

"Wow! That's very exciting!" Nurse Elizabeth says happily to Liam.

"Okay, you will feel some tugging now, Mr. Grassi-Hoying. Just take some nice deep breaths!" Dr. Moore explains to Mitch, even know Mitch already knows what to expect.

"Okay!" Mitch says to Dr. Moore as he takes a few deep breaths and squeezes Scott's hand.

Nurse Elizabeth looks above the blue curtain and sees Joel coming out!

"Look, guys! Here comes the baby!" Nurse Elizabeth says to Scott and Liam with a big cheeky smile.

Scott stands up and looks behind the blue curtain and he sees Joel coming out of Mitch's womb.

"Here he comes, Mitchy! Oh my gosh, he is so freaking cute!" Scott says as he looks and takes pictures of Joel being born. 

"Go ahead and look, Liam." Mitch says with some discomfort as Dr. Moore pulls out Joel.

"No, I don't wanna look, Dad." Liam says causing both Nurse Elizabeth and Mitch to chuckle.

"Good decision." Nurse Elizabeth as she chuckles and smiles at Liam.

"I just don't wanna pass out." Liam says to both Mitch and Nurse Elizabeth.

"I've seen a lot of dads passed out so you made the right decision." Nurse Elizabeth says to Liam and Liam giggles at her.

At 8:28am, Joel Anthony Grassi-Hoying is born!

Joel begins to cry loudly and wiggle around in Dr. Moore's arms as Dr. Moore smiles at Scott who is taking pictures.

"It's a boy!" Dr Moore says happily as she cleans off Joel's face and mouth and cuts his umbilical cord.

"He is an active little guy too!" Nurse Elizabeth says to Mitch and Liam happily.

Mitch begins to cry happy tears as he hears his miracle baby boy crying loudly. Mitch is so relieved that this high risk pregnancy is finally over and that Joel is here safely.

"Awesome job, Mitchy! You did it! You did it, baby! He is so freaking cute! He looks just like you!" Scott says as he kisses Mitch several times.

Nurse Elizabeth helps Mitch by wiping away his tears and not messing up his makeup.

"Thank you!" Mitch says to Nurse Elizabeth.

"You're welcome! We can't mess our makeup up!" Nurse Elizabeth says, making Scott and Mitch both giggle.

Nurse Sophie then walks over to Scott, Mitch and Liam with Joel wrapped in a white towel. Joel is still crying but he has calmed down some.

"Baby boy wanted to say hi to his Daddy, Papa and big brother!" Nurse Sophie says to Mitch, Scott and Liam as he holds Joel.

"Aww! Hi, Joel! Hi!" Scott says to Joel as he smiles at Joel for the very first time.

"Hi, baby boy! Aww!" Mitch says as he softly kisses Joel's cheek for the first time.

Liam smiles at Joel as he takes a many pictures of him.

"I am going to take him over to warmer to clean him up and check up on him! Your husband and son can come over if they like, Mr. Grassi-Hoying! He is so so cute!" Nurse Sophie says to Mitch.

"Okay! Thank you so much!" Mitch says to Nurse Sophie.

"You're welcome!" Nurse Sophie says happily as he takes Joel over to the warmer table.

"He is so cute, Mitchy. He is your twin." Scott says, making Mitch smile ear to ear.

"Go over and see him, babe. Take some pictures of him too." Mitch says to Scott happily.

"Okay! I'll be right back, Mitchy." Scott says as he kisses Mitch a few times, before walking over to the warmer where Joel is with Nurse Sophie.

"Liam, do you wanna go over and see Joel too?" Mitch asks Liam softly.

"No, I don't wanna be in the way, Dad." Liam says to Mitch softly.

"You can go over! It is no problem!" Nurse Elizabeth says to Liam happily.

"Okay, I'll go over." Liam says, making Mitch smile ear to ear.

Liam then walks over to where Scott and Nurse Sophie are standing at. Nurse Sophie is cleaning up Joel and is getting him ready to be wrapped up in a blanket.

"Joel says hi big brother Liam!" Nurse Sophie says to Liam, making Liam smile.

"He is really cute." Liam says as he smiles at his baby brother as Nurse Sophie cleans him off.

"He is so cute! He is cute just like his brothers and his Daddy are." Scott says to Liam and Nurse Sophie.

"Look, Liam! Joel has dark brown hair just like you!" Scott says to Liam, making Liam smile.

"Aww, that is really cool! He has dark hair just like Amelia, Isabella and I all do." Liam says to Scott happily.

"Yup, he does!" Scott says to Liam with a cheeky grin.

"He weighs five pounds and eight ounces and is eighteen inches long! He is a very cute little guy! Lots of hair and has ten fingers and ten toes! Healthy boy!" Nurse Sophie says to both Scott and Liam.

"Aw, perfect!" Scott says with a big cheeky smile.

"Let's go show Joel to his Daddy! I know his Daddy wants to see him!" Nurse Sophie says happily to Scott and Liam.

"He definitely does! He is so glad Joel is here and is okay." Scott says to Nurse Sophie.

Nurse Sophie, Scott, Liam and Joel all walk over to Mitch.

Mitch begins to cry again as he sees his brand new miracle baby boy!

"Congratulations, Mr. Grassi-Hoying! Baby Joel is very healthy and perfect! Joel weighs five pounds, eight ounces and is eighteen inches long!" Nurse Sophie says to Mitch as she shows Joel to Mitch.

"Hi, handsome boy. You are such a miracle baby. I love you so so much." Mitch says as he kisses Joel's cheek twice.

"Aww, thank you for taking care of him!" Mitch says to Nurse Sophie happily.

"Aww, you're welcome!" Nurse Sophie with a big cheeky grin.

"Would you like your husband Scott to hold Joel first?" Nurse Sophie asks Mitch as she rocks Joel in her arms.

"Yes, Scott can hold him first!" Mitch says to Nurse Sophie happily.

Scott sits down next to Mitch and Nurse Sophie then hands Joel to Scott to hold for the very first time!

"Congratulations!" Nurse Sophie and Nurse Elizabeth say in unison to Scott and Mitch.

"Thank you so much!" Scott and Mitch day in unison to Nurse Sophie and Nurse Elizabeth.

Scott holds Joel and kisses him a few times. Scott can't believe his seventh child and fourth son is here and is happy and healthy.

"You are so perfect, Joel. You are such a miracle and you are a handsome boy. Papa loves you so so much." Scott whispers to Joel as he holds him.

Scott then holds Joel up to Mitch so he can see him.

"He is so cute." Mitch says as he rubs Joel's head and cheek softly.

"He is so cute just like you." Scott says making Mitch giggle and smile.

Scott holds Joel for a few minutes while Mitch and Liam look and admire Joel!

Liam then takes a few pictures of Scott and Joel together.

"Liam, do you wanna hold Joel? You can!" Mitch says to Liam.

"Yes, I wanna hold him!" Liam says with a cheeky grin.

Scott hands Joel to Liam and Liam holds Joel for a few minutes.

"Scotty, take a picture of Liam and Joel together." Mitch says to Scott happily.

Scott takes a few pictures of Liam and Joel together!

After Liam holds Joel for a little bit, Mitch then holds Joel on his bare chest for the rest of the c-section procedure.

Scott, Mitch, Joel and Liam are in the operating room for forty five minutes while Dr. Moore finishes up Mitch's c-section!

- 9am -
Mitch's c-section is now over and Mitch is in his recovering room where he will be in for two hours to be monitored. Dr. Moore and the nurses wanna make sure both Mitch and Joel are both doing well.

Mitch is currently holding Joel on his bare chest while Scott and Liam are getting out of their white body suits.

Scott and Liam both walk back into Mitch's recovery room and they both smile at Mitch and Joel in bed together.

Scott rubs Joel's head and softly kisses Joel's cheek. Scott then softly kisses Mitch's forehand, making Mitch tiredly smile. 

"How are you feeling, Mitchy? You feel okay?" Scott asks Mitch softly.

"I feel okay, babe. I just feel cold and tired right now." Mitch says as he smiles at Scott as Joel coos and moves around.

"That's normal, baby. That's from all of the medicine they gave you. You look very handsome anyway." Scott says as he kisses Mitch twice.

"Thank you. So do you, Scotty." Mitch says softly, making Scott smile ear to ear.

"Aww, you are so sweet, Mitchy." Scott says to Mitch.

Mitch looks at Joel and just admires him. Mitch just can't believe this boy even exists and he is so blessed to have him.

"Hi, baby boy. You are so handsome." Mitch says to Joel in a whisper.

"He looks just like you." Scott says as he kisses Joel's cheek again.

"Open you eyes so we can see your eyes, baby." Mitch says in a babyfied voice to Joel.

"He opened them up a little bit when the nurses were cleaning him up but I couldn't see what color they were." Scott says to Mitch.

Joel then begins to fuss and Mitch tries to calm him down but it doesn't work.

"I think Joel is getting hungry. I really wanna breastfeed him." Mitch says to Scott.

"I'll go get a nurse to help you out, love." Scott says to Mitch and he calls the nurses station.

Nurse Sophie walks in and helps Mitch get Joel latched on for the very first time! Joel is happily breastfeeding, making Mitch feel very happy and accomplished.

"Look at you breastfeeding him. Good job, baby. I am so freaking proud of you." Scott says to Mitch proudly as he watches Mitch breastfed Joel.

"You were hungry, huh? Look at you breastfeeding, bud. Good boy." Mitch whispers to Joel as he looks at his and Scott's brand new son.

"So did your breastmilk come in? I thought milk doesn't come in for a few days." Scott says to Mitch in confusion.

"No, my breastmilk hasn't come in just yet. He is just eating the colostrum. Colostrum is healthy and will help him have a good immune system hopefully." Mitch explains to Scott and Scott smiles at him.

"Oh! I didn't know that." Scott says as he giggles.

"Yeah! Beau taught me all of this! He is my male breastfeeding expert!" Mitch says to Scott and the camera.

"Do you feel okay, Liam?" Mitch asks Liam.

"Mhm! I'm just tired." Liam says as he rubs his eyes.

"Do you want something to eat?" Scott asks Liam.

"No, I'm fine Papa." Liam says as he yawns again.

"Take a nap, bud. We are going to be in this room for a while. I know you are tired." Mitch says to Liam and Liam lays down.

Scott, Mitch, Joel and Liam all relax in the recovery for a while!

- 10am -
Scott films Liam sitting down in a recliner chair and he is feeding Joel his very first bottle! Liam smiles at Scott and then he looks at Joel eating.

"Good job, Liam. You are doing great feeding Joel!" Scott says to Liam, making Liam smile.

"Look at Liam feeding Joel his very first bottle. He is doing a great!" Mitch says as he films Liam and Joel together on his iPhone.

"Mitchy's breast milk hasn't fully come in yet and Joel really wanted to eat some more so that is why Liam is feeding Liam a bottle of formula. Good boy, Joel!" Scott says as he vlogs Liam and Joel together.

"Most thirty six week babies have trouble with feedings because they are still considered premature, so for Joel to eat a lot right now is really great. We don't want him loosing a lot weight either." Mitch says to the camera.

"Yeah, Joel is a tiny guy. We don't want him loosing too much weight. All babies loose weight when they are born but we don't want Joel loosing a lot of weight, since he is only five and a half pounds." Scott says to the camera as he continues to film Liam and Joel together.

"Joel is done eating, Dad and Papa." Liam says to Mitch and Scott.

"Okay! Put him on your shoulder carefully." Mitch says to Liam.

Liam puts Joel on his shoulder carefully.

"Good job! Okay, now pat his back softly until you hear him burp." Mitch explains to Liam. 

Liam pats Joel's back a few times before Joel burps, making Scott, Mitch and Liam all chuckle.

"Good job! Okay slowly bring him back in your arms. You don't want him to get sick." Mitch explains to Liam.

"Awesome job, Liam! You did great!" Scott says making like smile and feel confident.

- 11am -
Scott, Mitch, Joel and Liam are now in Mitch's hospital room that he will be in for the rest of his hospital stay!

Scott films a clip of Liam sleeping on the pull up couch. Liam is starfished and he has a green blanket that is covering up his face.

"Liam is a sleepy head." Scott says softly as he vlogs Liam sleeping on the pull up couch.

"He looks just like you when you are sleeping. It is so cute." Mitch says softly to Scott and smiles at him.

"Yeah, he does. He loves to sleep like that." Scott says as he chuckles and smiles at Mitch.

Scott then pans the camera and films Joel sleeping in his roll up crib that is next to Mitch's hospital bed.

"And here's mister Joel. He is sleeping too. He is so freaking cute." Scott says in a whisper.

"Hey babe, can you wake up Liam? Your mom just texted me and she and my mom are on the way to visit." Mitch says to Scott softly.

Scott walks over to Liam and he begins to rub Liam's back.

"Liam, wake up bud. Mom Mom and Nana are coming to visit in about twenty minutes." Scott says to Liam softly.

Liam groans as he sits up in the couch.

"Mom Mom and Nana are coming!" Mitch says happily and Liam groans again.

"Yay." Liam says with no excitement making Scott and Mitch both giggle.

- 12pm -
Nel and Connie have arrived to the hospital to meet baby Joel for the very first time! Nel and Connie have baby balloons and a few gifts for Scott and Mitch!

Scott walks down to the hospital lobby to greet his mom and mother-in-law!

Scott sees Connie and Nel standing together and looking very confused making Scott chuckle.

"Hey, Mom! Hey, Nel!" Scott says as he smiles at waves at Connie and Nel.

"Scott!" Connie and Nel say in unison as they both hug Scott tightly.

"Hey! You guys made it!" Scott says to Nel and Connie.

"This hospital is so confusing!" Nel explains to Scott.

"It is! We got lost about three times already!" Connie says, making Scott laugh loudly.

"Well, I am here now so we won't get lost!" Scott says playfully to Connie and Nel making them both laugh and smile.

Scott, Connie and Nel walk up to the baby mother ward of the hospital!

"How is Mitch doing?" Nel asks Scott.

"He is doing great! He is in a little bit of pain but he is doing well!" Scott says to Nel happily.

"Your father wouldn't let me see the picture you sent of Joel!" Connie says with sass, making Scott giggle.

"Well, he figured you were going to see him first." Scott says as he giggles at his mom.

"I was going to buy some flowers for Mitch but I didn't know if I should or not so I didn't." Nel says to Scott.

"That's fine, Nel! Mitch said he doesn't wanna be overwhelmed with taking care of flowers." Scott says making Connie and Nel giggle.

Scott, Connie and Nel get on the elevator and go up to the eighth floor, which is where the baby mother ward.

Scott, Connie and Nel then walk over to Mitch's hospital room and Scott knocks on the hospital room door.

Liam opens up Mitch's hospital room door and smiles at his grandmothers.

"Hi, Nana! Hi, Mom Mom!" Liam says to Nel and Connie happily.

"Hi, sweety!" Nel says as she hugs and kisses Liam

"Hi, Liam!" Connie says as she hugs and kisses Liam.

"Come in!" Mitch says in the background, making Scott, Connie and Nel all giggle.

Scott, Connie and Nel all walk into Mitch's hospital room together!

"Hi, Connie! Hi, Mom!" Mitch says happily as he holds Joel in his arms and sits up in his bed.

*Joel's first outfit ever*

"Hi, baby! Oh my goodness! He is so adorable and precious!" Nel says as she hugs Mitch carefully and then looks at Joel for the first time.

"Hi, Mitch! You look great, sweety!" Connie says as she hugs Mitch and then looks at Joel.

"Aw, thank you! I feel pretty good honestly." Mitch says to his mother-in-law happily.

"You do, Mitch! You look great!" Nel says happily to her son.

"Thank you, Mom." Mitch says with a cheeky grin.

"Aww, he is so cute! Oh my goodness!" Connie says as she admires Joel.

"Our moms brought us these cute baby balloons, babe!" Scott says to Mitch happily.

"Aww! I love the baby balloons! Thank you so much, Connie and Mom! Scott and I love them very much!" Mitch says to Connie and Nel.

"You're welcome!" Connie and Nel say in unison to Mitch and Scott.

"Do you two wanna hold him? He just ate, so he is a happy boy right now." Mitch says to Nel and Connie with a cheeky smile.

"YES, PLEASE!" Nel and Connie both say with excitement.

Mitch then hands Joel to Nel to hold first. Nel holds first and Connie takes many pictures of them together.

"Joel looks just like you, Mitch. Oh my goodness. He has Scott's lips though. Nel says as she rocks Joel in her arms and kisses him.

"He does have his Papa's lips!" Mitch says happily.

"He sure does! Aww!" Connie says happily.

"Joel has two different colored eyes! His left eye is blue and his right eye is brown." Scott says to Nel and Connie.

"Really? That is so cool!" Nel says to Mitch and Scott.

"That is cool and very unique! God made him so special." Connie says with a big smile.

"He is a perfect boy and I can't wait to spoil him rotten!" Nel says making Mitch and Scott both giggle.

After holding Joel for a few minutes, Nel hands Joel to Connie to hold. Connie holds Joel and Nel takes many pictures of them together.

"He is so perfect. I am so happy for you both." Connie says to Mitch and Scott.

"Thank you!" Mitch and Scott say in unison to Connie.

"He is such a blessing and he is so perfect. You did such a great job Mitch." Connie says to Mitch.

"Thank you, Connie. I am just so glad the pregnancy is over." Mitch says to Connie.

"I bet you are! That pregnancy was very hard on you but you did it!" Nel says to Mitch.

"We are so blessed that's for sure." Scott says as he hugs his mom and Nel.

Nel and Connie stay with Mitch, Scott, Joel and Liam for an hour before leaving to go back to the Grassi-Hoying house to help Rick and Mike get Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia ready to meet their baby brother!

- 1pm -
Mitch, Scott and Liam are about to eat lunch together. Joel is happily sleeping in his rolling crib that is next to Mitch's hospital bed.

Liam is having a twenty piece chicken nugget meal, fries and a Dr. Pepper from McDonalds while Mitch and Scott are having their favorite Chipotle bowls and chips.

"This Chipotle bowl is so freaking good. Thank you Scotty for getting this for me." Mitch says to Scott.

"You're welcome! You deserve it." Scott says as he kisses Mitch twice.

"I was starving." Liam says as he sips on his Dr. Pepper.

"Oh lord. You are turning into a teen boy who loves to eat!" Mitch says as he and Scott giggle.

"I guess I am." Liam says to Mitch and Scott.

"That's fine if you eat a lot! You are an active boy and you are growing a lot so you need the calories." Scott explains to Liam.

Joel coos and wiggles around making Mitch smile ear to ear.

"Do you smell the fast food, baby boy?" Mitch asks Joel in a babyfied voice and Joel coos again making Mitch, Scott and Liam all smile.

Mitch, Scott and Liam enjoy their lunch together!

After lunch, Mitch, Scott, Liam and Joel get ready for Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia to meet Joel for the first time! :)

I also wanna say thank you all for the loves and prayers throughout Mitch's pregnancy! It was rough at times but having our miracle baby boy here made it so worth it! 😊❤️🌈"
