Scott and Mitch are getting ready to head to Mitch's thirty six week doctor appointment! Mitch has been having weekly appointments since he hit thirty weeks pregnant. Mitch has two more doctor's appointments until Joel is born!

Right now, Scott and Mitch are dropping off Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia at Beau and Gage's house while they go to Mitch's doctors appointment. Usually Mitch's appointments are long, so having six kids there would be a struggle.

*Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia's outfits*

"Bye guys! Be good for Uncle Beau and Uncle Gage! We will be back in twoish hours!" Mitch says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Bye guys! Have fun!" Scott says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Bye!" Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia say in unison to Mitch and Scott.

Scott and Mitch both get in the car and drive to Mitch's doctors appointment!

Mitch turns the vlogging camera on and sets it down on the tripod. Mitch smiles at the camera and waves while Scott drives.

Scott sings the Superfruit song, making Mitch giggle and smile at him.

"Hey guys!" Mitch says happily to the camera with a big smile.

"Helloooooo!" Scott says to the camera as he continues to drive.

"Scott and I are heading to my doctors appointment! It is just a check up on me and baby Joel! I only have two more doctors appointments until Joel is here and I am SOOO excited!" Mitch says with a big cheeky grin.

"Me too! Joel is coming so soon and all of us are very excited!" Scott says to the camera happily as he drives.

"All of us are counting down the days until Joel is born! Anyway, do you guys remember in our vlog the other day where I asked all of you if you were itchy during your pregnancies? Well, a lot of you scared the crap out of me and told me about a medical condition called Cholestasis. So, I quickly called my doctor yesterday and I told her what was going on and all of my symptoms and she told me to get my blood work done before my appointment today. So yesterday, I went to get my blood work done and I will know the results today." Mitch says as he sips on his cup of water.

"I am not sure what Cholestasis is exactly, but from what I googled, it is basically something that happens only during pregnancy. The liver does not function and does not work right like it is suppose to and so. The bile from the liver builds up in someone and makes you itch a lot! Cholestasis can hurt a baby if it doesn't get caught and treated, so that is why I called my doctor right away! I am so grateful to all of you for letting me know about this condition because I had ZERO idea about it." Mitch says to the camera.

"I don't think Mitchy has that condition, but if he does, I know his doctor will be able to fix it so Joel can be born when he needs to be and not earlier. Everything will be okay." Scott says as he rubs Mitch's leg and Mitch smiles at Scott.

"Well, we are going to my doctors appointment! See you guys later!" Mitch says as he waves goodbye to the camera and Scott sticks his tongue out at the camera playfully.

Scott and Mitch are both in the doctor's office for Mitch's weekly OBGYN checkup with his doctor, Dr. Moore. Doctor appointments always give Mitch a lot of anxiety, so Scott always comes with Mitch to help keep him as calm as possible.

"Mitch has gained three pounds since last week, you guys!" Scott says behind the camera as he giggles loudly at Mitch.

"Scott Richard! I am going to beat you up when we leave! And it's Joel gaining the weight, not me!" Mitch says with some sass, making Scott giggle loudly.

"Whatever, Mitchy! Three pounds is three pounds!" Scott says with sass and Mitch giggles.

"Only two doctors appointments left until Joel is born! Are you excited about that, Mitchy?" Scott asks Mitch as he vlogs Mitch sitting on the exam table.

"I am honestly counting down the days! I am SO tired of being pregnant. My body is done." Mitch says with sass, making Scott giggle.

"Only one more week, Mitchy! One more week." Scott says to Mitch as he rubs Mitch's baby bump.

Scott then films a clip of Dr. Moore doing a quick ultrasound on baby Joel, to see how he is laying in Mitch's stomach and to do quick measurements on him!

"Stubborn little guy is breech again! He must love that position!" Dr. Moore says as she chuckles and does some measurements on Joel.

"He must have just flipped because two days ago I felt him kicking in my ribs!" Mitch says to Dr. Moore with a giggle.

"How many times has Joel flipped on us? About ten times?" Dr. Moore asks Mitch and Scott playfully as she giggles.

"Probably more then that! He is a very active baby! My most active baby for sure!" Mitch says to Dr. Moore happily.

"He is a very active baby! He loves to do acrobatics in there!" Scott says to Dr. Moore with a cheeky grin.

After a ten minute ultrasound, Dr. Moore is all done! She prints out some ultrasound pictures of Joel and gives them to Mitch and Scott to have for memories.

"Joel looks excellent and has grown a lot since last time we measured him, which is wonderful! He is measuring around five and half pounds to six pounds which is average for your babies, correct?" Dr. Moore says to Mitch as she cleans off the gel from Mitch's baby bump.

"Yes! My last two babies were around sixish pounds." Mitch says to Dr. Moore happily.

"Joel is right on track for his gestational age! He looks great and very healthy!" Dr. Moore says to both Mitch and Scott.

Dr. Moore helps Mitch sit back up and Mitch smiles at Scott and Scott smiles back at him.

"Oh! Did my blood work come back yet, Dr. Moore?" Mitch asks Dr. Moore.

"Yes, it did! Let me pull it up on the computer!" Dr. Moore says as she pulls up Mitch's blood work on the computer.

"Everything came back great except for your liver levels. You definitely have Cholestasis, Mr. Grassi-Hoying." Dr. Moore says to Mitch, causing Mitch to feel instant panic in his body.

"Oh no, that's really scary." Mitch says as he begins to show his panic and nervousness.

"But don't worry! Everything is okay! I am so glad you came in earlier this week with your concerns! Most women and carrier men have no idea about Cholestasis! So for you to come in right away once you noticed your symptoms is great! Joel is doing very well in there and has grown a lot since your last growth ultrasound you have had!" Dr. Moore says to Mitch, trying to calm Mitch down some.

"I told you it is going to be okay, Mitch." Scott says as he holds Mitch's hand and kisses it.

"However, I think Joel needs to be born sometime this week. I don't want him in there for a whole another week. Cholestasis only gets worse as the pregnancy progresses, especially near the end of a pregnancy and I don't wanna take any chances with your health and Joel's health." Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott.

Mitch and Scott look at each other in disbelief that their seventh baby is coming within the week and not next week like they originally planned on.

However, they will do anything and everything to make sure Joel is born happy and healthy. 

"So, what date are you thinking on this happening, Dr. Moore?" Scott asks Dr. Moore.

"The fifteenth or the sixteenth?" Dr. Moore says to both Mitch and Scott.

"Can we do the sixteenth? We need to call our families to make sure they are in town to watch our other children while we are in the hospital." Mitch says to Dr. Moore.

"August sixteenth sounds good!" Scott says to Mitch happily.

"Absolutely! August 16th at 8am! So, you guys will come to the hospital at around 4am to get everything set up and ready for the c-section! But if you feel like Joel isn't moving as much or you think something is off, please come in to the hospital to be checked." Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott and they both nod.

"Do you think Joel will have to go to the NICU after he is born?" Scott asks Dr. Moore.

"I don't expect Joel to go into the NICU! Most thirty six weekers don't need to go to the NICU, but if they do, they are only in there for a day or so! Joel will be smaller, probably five and half pounds, which we knew from the beginning he would be a smaller baby. But I think he will be just fine!" Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott.

"Alrighty, sounds good. Thank you so much, Dr. Moore! We will see you on Friday morning then!" Scott says as he shakes Dr. Moore's hand.

"See you then! Thank you so much for everything!" Mitch says to Dr. Moore as he shakes Dr. Moore's hand.

"My pleasure! See you two on Friday! Baby day! And don't worry, everything will be okay! Joel is very active and very healthy. Cholestasis is very common and happens often!" Dr. Moore says to Mitch and Scott.

Scott and Mitch then leave the doctor's office!

Scott and Mitch are now back in the car and Mitch is breaking down. Mitch is scared that all of his plans are basically in shambles right now and that Joel is coming earlier then he is suppose to.

Scott is hugging Mitch and he is calming Mitch down through his small panic attack.

"Mitchy, it is going to be okay. Joel is okay. You are okay. Joel just needs to come out a week earlier then we all planned on being here. Dr. Moore said Joel will be just fine. She knows what's she is doing, baby. She delivered all of our other kids and all of them are happy and healthy." Scott says to Mitch softly and kisses Mitch's cheek.

"I know, but all of my plans I have are freaking ruined, Scott!" Mitch says as he sniffles and wipes away his tears.

"I know, Mitchy. I know. But it is going to be okay, I promise. Let's call our moms to tell them to come tomorrow. We will have to pay for new airplane tickets for them." Scott says as he grabs his iPhone out of his back pocket and looks for his mom's number in his contact list.

"That's fine. We just really need them here. We need their help for a few weeks after Joel is born." Mitch says as he sniffles and wipes away his tears with a tissue.

"We definitely do. There is no freaking way that we will be able to get all of the kids ready for school with you not being able to move and take care of Joel all at the same time." Scott says as he rubs Mitch's back and kisses him.

"I love you so much, Scotty." Mitch says softly to Scott.

"I love you too, Mitchy. It is going to be okay. We got this." Scott says as he tenderly kisses Mitch again.

"I know, we got this. But it is just really stressful and I feel really rushed. However, I understand why Dr. Moore wants Joel to be born this week and not later. I don't want him to get sick or anything." Mitch says softly to Scott.

"Me either. We all want Joel to be born healthy and he will be. Dr. Moore is the best doctor, so I know Joel and you are in the best hands possible." Scott says and Mitch smiles at Scott.

"Yeah, Dr. Moore is the absolute best. I love her." Mitch says happily to Scott.

"I love her too! And okay, let's call my mama first." Scott says to Mitch softly.

"Okay, go ahead." Mitch says with a cheeky grin as he lays his head on Scott's shoulder.

Scott calls his mom and his iPhone rings four times before she answers the phone!

"Hey, Scott!" Connie and Nel say in unison to Scott happily

"Hey, Mom! Hey, Nel! Are you guys hanging out or something?" Scott says with a giggle.

"We are! We are about to have lunch together actually!" Connie says with a cheeky grin.

"Yes, we are!" Nel says happily.

"Hey, Mom! Hey, Connie!" Mitch says to his mother and mother-in-law.

"Hi, sweety!" Connie says to Mitch happily.

"Hi, Mitch! How are you, baby?" Nel asks Mitch with a cheeky grin.

"I feel okay, Mom! I just feel drained and tired right now. But Scott and I need to tell you two something so I am so glad you two are together to make this easier on the both of us." Mitch says to Nel and Connie as he holds Scott's hand.

"What is it, Mitch?" Nel asks Mitch curiously.

"Yeah, what is it? Is everything okay, Mitch and Scott?" Connie asks Mitch and Scott with some concern.

"Can you guys come to California tonight or tomorrow?" Scott asks Connie and Nel.

"Why? Is there something wrong?" Connie asks Scott and Mitch.

"Well, Mitchy has to deliver Joel in two days, which is the 16th." Scott says to Connie and Nel.

Connie and Nel both scream in happiness and in excitement, making Mitch and Scott both giggle and smile.

"Why is he coming a week earlier?" Nel asks both Mitch and Scott.

"Yeah, I thought he was coming next week?" Connie also asks both Mitch and Scott.

"Well, I have Cholestasis and Dr. Moore just wants Joel to be born. She just doesn't wanna prolong the pregnancy anymore then it needs to be. I am really itchy and Cholestasis only goes away when the baby is born. So for my health and Joel's health, Dr. Moore wants Joel born on Friday." Mitch explains to Nel and Connie.

"Jessa had that when she was pregnant with Asa! You will be just fine, sweety! I promise! Once Joel is born, the itchiness will go away instantly!" Nel explains to Mitch.

"I know, it is just really scary." Mitch says as he tries not to cry.

"Well, your doctor sounds wonderful! She listened to your concerns right away and is getting Joel out fast. Everything will be okay! You will have me, Nel, Rick and Mike for help!" Connie says to Mitch.

"I told Mitch it is going to be okay. I don't want him really upset and to stress himself out." Scott says to Connie and Nel as he rubs Mitch's back.

"Well Scott, you won't understand how it feels to have a child inside of you and the constant worry about them being okay or healthy. Pregnancy takes a lot on your mental health!" Connie says to Scott.

"I know. I am trying to be the best coach and husband I can." Scott says as he kisses Mitch's cheek.

"You definitely are, Scott! I am just saying it is a lot to worry about." Connie says to Scott.

"You are the best coach for Mitch!" Nel says making Mitch and Scott smile.

Mitch playfully pinches Scott's cheek and kisses him.

"Mitch and I will buy all of you some new airplane tickets so hopefully you guys can come in tomorrow and get settled." Scott says to Connie and Nel.

"We should be able to switch our tickets easily! I'll call dad to see if he can do it for us! It shouldn't be hard!" Connie says to Mitch and Scott.

"Well, just call and let us know!" Scott says to Connie and Nel.

"We will, sweety! We will!" Connie says to Scott and Mitch.

"Yay!" Mitch says to Connie and Nel happily.

"I am just SO excited to come!" Connie says to Mitch and Scott happily.

"Me too! It is going to be so exciting!" Nel says to Mitch and Scott

"Are Rick and Mike excited too?" Mitch asks Nel and Connie.

"They both are! They just hate the plane ride!" Nel says to to Mitch and Scott making them both giggle.

"They do hate the plane ride but they are both excited to see you two and the kids!" Connie says to Mitch and Scott.

Scott and Mitch talk to Nel and Connie for ten more minutes before ending the phone call!

Scott and Mitch have just picked up Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia from Beau and Gage's house!

"Did you all have fun at Uncle Beau and Uncle Gage's house?" Scott asks all of the kids.

"YESSS!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison.

"Yeah, it was fun." Liam says as he yawns our of boredom.

"How was your doctors appointment today, Daddy?" Hudson asks Mitch.

"Yeah! How was your doctors appointment today, Daddy?" Sophia asks Mitch.

"It went very well! Joel has grown a lot in my belly! Oh and Papa and I got some new adorable pictures of baby Joel today too!" Mitch says as he shows Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all of the new ultrasound pictures of their baby brother!

"Awww!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia say in unison with big smiles as they look through the ultrasound sound pictures.

"Joel is really cute." Liam says with a cheeky grin.

"He is cute! I think he looks like Daddy." Scott says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"But guess what guys?" Mitch says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia

"What?" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia say in unison to Mitch.

"What?" Liam says as he texts Willow and listens to Mitch and Scott at the same time.

"Joel has a new birthday!" Scott says as all of the kids gasp in excitement.

"A new birthday! Woah!" Sawyer says as he smiles and giggles.

"When is Joel's new birthday?" Isabella asks Mitch and Scott.

"Yeah! When is Joel's new birthday?" Sophia asks Mitch and Scott with excitement.

"YAY!" Amelia says as she giggles and claps her hands happily.

"Joel's new birthday is August 16th!" Mitch says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"YAY!" Amelia yells in excitement.

"That's this Friday, Dad and Papa!" Liam says as Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all gasp and get even more excited.

"YAS!" Hudson says as he cheers happily.

"OH MY GOSH! I AM SO EXCITED!" Sophia yells and smiles.

"ME TOO!" Isabella says as she cheers alongside Sophia.

"Will Joel be okay since he is coming earlier then planned?" Liam asks Mitch and Scott with some worry.

"Yes, he will be! He will be a smaller baby but he will be just fine!" Scott says to Liam, reassuring him and his anxiety.

"Dr. Moore said he will be fine! She always said that Joel will be a smaller baby anyway." Mitch says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia

"Nana, Mom Mom, Poppy and Grampy are flying in tomorrow afternoon!" Scott says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"YESSSS!" Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in excitement.

"Yeah! So we all need to clean up the house because they will be staying with us for a few weeks!" Mitch says as all of the kids cheer again.

Mitch, Scott and the kids all prepare and get ready for Joel's arrival! All of the kids are excited for their new baby brother to arrive! :)

Mitch posts a picture of himself and his bare baby bump in the mirror. Mitch is rubbing his baby bump and is smiling.
