Today is the official first day of summer vacation for the seven Grassi-Hoying kiddos!

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia have all finished with the crazy school year they have all had these last few months due to COVID-19!

All six of the older kids have passed their school grades with flying colors and all of them are all extremely excited for summer vacation and to have lots of fun!

Today, Mitch is going to head to the grocery store to pick up some things that the whole whole Grassi-Hoying family would need for the start of the summer, including a lot of food and household items!

Mitch is going to take Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel to the grocery store with him because Scott has to do a lot of promotional work for the Pentatonix Home EP and he can't watch the kids and do that at the same time.

Also, Liam isn't going to the store because he is hanging out at his friends Braden and Kaden's house for a few days! Liam hasn't hung out with his friends much since the COVID-19 thing started.

Right now, Mitch is filling up his Coldest Water bottle with lots of water while Joel is sitting on Scott's lap in the living room.

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia are all hanging out in the playroom together!

"Ba ba ba ba!" Joel says as he claps his hands and smiles ear to ear at Scott, making Scott smile back at him.

"Are you ready to go out to the grocery store with Daddy and your siblings today, Joelly?" Scott asks Joel and Joel smiles ear to ear at Scott again.

"Ya! Ya! Ya! Ya!" Joel says happily to Scott, making Scott giggle and smile at him.

"Do you like the new album, bub?" Scott asks Joel and Joel claps his hands with lots of excitement.

"Ya pa pa pa pa pa!" Joel says as he hugs Scott and Scott hugs Joel back and kisses his chunky cheek.

Mitch then walks over to Scott and Joel and smiles at two of his favorite boys!

"Hi, baby boy! Hi, cutie pie!" Mitch says in a babyfied voice at Joel as he smiles ear to ear at his Daddy.

"Hi, babe!" Scott says as he tenderly kisses Mitch a few times.

"And hi, Gabriella." Scott says as he softly kisses Mitch's small baby bump, making Mitch smile.

"Do you need anything from the grocery store that isn't on the grocery list, Scotty?" Mitch asks Scott softly as he plays with Scott's blonde hair in his hand.

"Not that I can think of! I'll call you if I think of anything, babe. Do you want me to go with you guys? I can go if you need me." Scott says softly to Mitch.

"No, no! I got it! I got it! I have the kids to help me out too. You have work for us to do." Mitch says as he playfully pinches Scott's cheek, making Scott laugh and smile.

Scott giggles loudly and smiles ear to ear at Mitch.

"I love you, Mitchy." Scott says softly to Mitch, making Mitch blush and smile at him.

"I love you too, Scotty!" Mitch says with a big smile at Scott.

"Kids! Let's get going! We are leaving and we are going to the grocery store!" Mitch says happily as he calls for the kids.

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all happily walk over to Mitch and they all get their flops on!

Mitch happily picks up Joel from Scott's arms and Scott stands up from the couch, before kissing both Mitch and Joel.

"Give Papa hugs and kisses! He is going to stay home and work while we go grocery shopping." Mitch says to Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel.

"Bye, Papa!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison as they all hug Scott.

"Ba ba ba ba pa pa pa!" Joel says to Scott as he waves.

"Bye guys! Have fun with Daddy and be good!" Scott says as he kisses and hugs Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia one by one.

"We will, Papa!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison to Scott with big smiles on their faces.

"Bye babe! See you later!" Mitch says as he hugs and kisses Scott.

"Bye babe! Have fun and be careful!" Scott says with a big cheeky smile.

"I will! Make them promos good!" Mitch says playfully and Scott smiles at Mitch again.

"I will!" Scott says as he chuckles and smiles.

"Let's all load up, babes!" Mitch says with a big cheeky smile at Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel.

"YAY!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all day in unison with big smiles.

"Ba ba ba ba ba!" Joel says as he claps his hands and giggles loudly.

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all load up in the van and Mitch drives to the grocery store!

After a ten minute drive, Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel have all made it to the grocery store!

"We are here!" Mitch says with a big grin at Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel.

"Yay!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia

"YA YA YA YA!" Joel says as he kicks his feet happily and claps his hands.

Mitch parks the van into a parking spot as the kids all get out of their seats.

"Before we get out of the car, let's put our masks on so we can stay safe!" Mitch says to Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel with a big grin at the kids.

"Okay, Daddy!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison to Mitch happily.

"Ya, Da da!" Joel says as he giggles and smiles at his Daddy.

"Yeah, Joelly! Are you going to wear your mask too?" Mitch asks Joel and Joel giggles and smiles at him.

"Yaaaa!" Joel says with a big grin.

Mitch puts his Spongebob mask on, Hudson puts his makeup mask on, Sophia puts her Hello Kitty mask one, Isabella puts her princess mask on, Sawyer puts his HotWheels mask on and Amelia puts her Minnie Mouse mask on!

Joel also has a loose blue mask and he likes to wear it. Since Joel is under the age of two, he doesn't have to wear a mask.

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all get out of the van and they all stand together!

"Hudson, can you get me a shopping cart from the cart thing over there, please?" Mitch says to Hudson softly.

"Yes, Daddy! I can!" Hudson says happily as he grabs a shopping cart for Mitch and pushes it over to him.

Mitch then begins to wipe down the shopping cart with wipes while Hudson scrubs his hands with hand sanitizer.

Mitch sits Joel and Amelia in the shopping cart seat, making Amelia and Joel both smile ear to ear.

"Okay, guys! Stay by me and keep your masks on!" Mitch says to Hudson, Sophia, Isabella and Sawyer who are walking by his side.

"Okay, Daddy!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella and Sawyer all say in unison with big grins.

"Okay!" Amelia says with a big smile.

"Yaaaa!" Joel says as he giggles and smiles.

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all walk into the grocery store together!

"Okay, let's get my list out and see where we should go first!" Mitch says to all of the kids.

"Daddy! I want the cotton candy grapes over there!" Sawyer says with lots of excitement.

"Me too! They are yummy!" Amelia says with a big cheeky smile.

"Okay! We can get some!" Mitch says to Sawyer and Amelia.

"YAY!" Sawyer and Amelia both say in unison.

Mitch pulls out his shopping list and begins to look through it!

"Let's get some fruit and vegetables since we are over here!" Mitch says to Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Ba ba ba ba ba!" Joel says with a giggle.

While Mitch picks out some fresh vegetables, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella and Sawyer pick out fruit!

"Amelia do you want bananas?" Hudson asks Amelia with a big grin.

"Yes, pwease!" Amelia says to Hudson.

The kids pick up Bananas, Oranges, Cotton Candy Grapes, Regular Grapes, Strawberries, Blueberries and Watermelon and they put everything in the cart!

Mitch then puts all of the vegetables in the cart as well!

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all walk into the cold aisle!

Mitch grabs eggs, waffles, pancakes, pizza bagel bites, Super Pretzels, Uncrustables, Hot Pockets, Ice Cream, Toaster Strudels, Ribs, Ground Turkey, Chicken, Ham and Turkey!

"Vroom vroom!" Sawyer says as he runs around playfully and smiles ear to ear.

"Sawyer, stay by us please." Mitch says to Sawyer.

"Daddy! Look at the balloons!" Amelia says with lots of excitement.

"Wow, I see them! So cute, baby girl!" Mitch says happily to Amelia.

Mitch then picks up two packs of plain bagels and five loafs of bread!

"Hey guys, you can pick up some cereal while I grab some milk!" Mitch says as all of the kids smile at him.

"Soph! I want Fruity Pebbles pwease!" Amelia says to Sophia.

"Sure!" Sophia says happily to Amelia.

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella and Sawyer all pick up Fruity Pebbles, Honey Nut Cheetos, Frosted Flakes, Lucky Charms, Fruit Loops and Apple Jacks.

Mitch then brings over the five gallons of milk!

"Okay! Let's get some snacks and things to make tacos!" Mitch says to Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel.

"Yaaaaaaa!" Joel says as yells loudly and smiles.

"Yay!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison to Mitch.

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel go through all of the aisles and pick up things that are on their list! 

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel are now in the baby aisle!

"Look, Joel! Look at the toy!" Sophia says to Joel as Joel giggles and smiles at her.

"Oooo!" Joel says with a big cheeky grin at Sophia.

"Let's get some baby food for you, baby! Mmmm!" Mitch says to Joel and Joel giggles loudly.

"Yaaaa!" Joel says as he claps his hands and smiles at Mitch.

Mitch picks up some baby food pouches and baby food jars for Joel while Hudson gets wipes and Sophia gets diapers!

"Thank you, Huddy and Soph!" Mitch says happily to Hudson and Sophia.

"You're welcome!" Hudson and Sophia both say in unison to Mitch.

After leaving the baby aisle, Mitch and the kids head into the household good and the heath aisle!

Mitch picks up 3 things of detergent, Paper plates, Napkins, Paper Towels, Toilet Paper, Tooth Pastes, Mouth Washes And Deodorants!

After being in the grocery store for almost two hours, it is now time to check out and leave!

"Let's put them groceries up on the belt!" Mitch says to the older kids with a grin.

Hudson, Sophia, and Isabella all help Mitch check out at self checkout while Sawyer keeps Amelia and Joel entertained with big smiles!

Mitch spent $1200 dollars on his shopping trip today which is usually the budget for the Grassi-Hoyings for a month!

However, most of these things will last most of the summer which is really good!

Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all leave the grocery store!

Mitch buckles Joel into his car seat while Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all put the grocery away in the trunk!

"Thank you guys for all of the help today!" Mitch says to Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"You're welcome, Daddy!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison to Mitch with big cheeky smiles.

After all of the groceries are in the trunk, Mitch, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all get in the car and head home!

Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel are all very excited to have a fun summer vacation as a family! :)
