Today is Christmas Day!

Today has been a day that all of the Grassi-Hoying kids and even Mitch and Scott have been waiting for!

Since this year has been very rough on everybody and especially the kids due to the Covid pandemic happening, Christmas will be a joyous day full of presents, happiness, family, friends!

Right now, it is 7am at the Grassi-Hoying household! Mitch, Scott, Gabriella and Joel are all laying in the master bed together and they are all cuddling as they watch Frosty the Snowman!

The four of them are patiently waiting for the six older Grassi-Hoying kids to wake up so they can all go downstairs and open up Christmas presents together!

"Da da! Pa pa! It's Fwrosty! It's Fwrosty!" Joel says as he smiles at Mitch and Scott as he watches TV.

"That is Frosty! That's right, baby boy! Frosty the snowman!" Mitch says with a big smile at Joel.

"You love Frosty, don't you?" Scott asks Joel as he plays with Joel's longer hair he has in the back.

"Uh huh!" Joel says as he smiles at Scott and Mitch.

"Are you excited thay today is Christmas? Merry Christmas!" Scott asks Joel even though Joel doesn't remember Christmas since he was a baby last year.

"Santa!" Joel says with a big smile, knowing what Santa is since Mitch and Scott took the kids to see Santa a few days ago.

"Yeah, Christmas is when Santa comes to our house with presents! I think Santa came to our house last night! I heard him!" Mitch says as Joel gets giddy and excited.

"Ooooo!" Joel says as he giggles and cuddles up next to Scott and Scott kisses him.

"Merry Christmas!" Mitch says to Joel happily.

"Gabriella is excited for Christmas too! Today is her first ever Christmas and it is your second Christmas, Joelly!" Scott says as Joel gasps playfully.

"Wow!" Joel says as he claps his hands and plays with Scott's blonde hair.

Gabriella then coos as she looks up at Mitch and then looks up Scott and Joel.

"Merry first Christmas, baby girl! You are sleepy since you ate your breakfast, huh?" Mitch says in a babyfied at Gabriella as Gabriella coos up at him.

"Hi, Gabby! Hi, baby!" Scott says on a babyfied voice at Gabriella with a cheeky smile.

"Sissy!" Joel says as he smiles at Gabriella, smiling and petting her.

"That's right! That is your little sissy! Sissy loves you!" Scott says to Joel with a smile.

"Wuv sissy!" Joel says as he rubs Gabriella's head and kisssa her.

"Good boy! Sissy loves you so so much!" Mitch says to Joel happily.

Mitch, Gabriella, Scott and Joel all continue to hang out and relax while they wait for Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia to all wake up to get their Christmas Day festivities started!

All of the Grassi-Hoying kids are now up for the day and all of them are very excited that today is finally Christmas!

All of the kids cannot wait to see what they got for Christmas this year, while Mitch and Scott cannot wait to watch all eight of them open up their Christmas presents and see what they got!

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia are all happily sitting together on Mitch and Scott's California King bed.

Joel crawls over to Amelia and sits next to her, making Amelia feel very special!

Scott then picks up Gabriella and sits her in his lap making her coo and smile.

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Sawyer and Gabriella are all wearing Christmas pajamas while Liam is just wearing regular pajamas this year!

"Merry Christmas!" Scott says to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia with a big smile.

"Merry Christmas, Daddy and Papa!" Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison to Mitch and Scott with a big smile.

"Did you all sleep good last night?" Scott asks Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Yes!" Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all say in unison with big smiles.

"Papa and I did too!" Mitch says happily to Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"And Joel and Gabriella did too!" Scott says with a cheeky smile at Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia.

"Hey! Let's all go downstairs and see if Santa came to our house last night! Come on! Come on!" Mitch says with a big cheeky smile at Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella.

"YAY!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all say in unison as they all get very excited to go downstairs.

Joel happily jumps up and down on the master bed and then he climbs into Liam's arms, making Liam smile at him.

Liam picks Joel and holds him in his arms tightly. Joel plays with Liam's hair, making Liam smile again.

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all slide off the master bed happily and walk out of the master bedroom.

"Wait for us! Wait for us!" Scott says playfully to the kids as he holds Gabriella in his arms.

"Are you excited, Gabby? Are you excited, baby girl?" Mitch asks Gabriella, making Gabriella smile at him.

Gabriella has recently learned how to smile and it's one of Scott and Mitch's favorite things right now!

Scott, Mitch, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all walk down the steps together!

Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all run down the steps happily while Liam, Joel, Mitch, Gabriella and Scott all follow closely behind!

Scott, Mitch, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella are all greeted by the Grassi-Hoying family pets - Wyatt, Ollie, Luther, Tux, Bubba, Daisy and Lucy!

Scott, Mitch, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all pet Wyatt, Ollie, Luther, Tux, Bubba, Daisy and Lucy one by one, making all of the pets happy.

"Winter needs to join us for Christmas, Soph!" Isabella says to Sophia.

"Yeah! Winter is apart of the family too and she has a stocking!" Hudson says to Sophia with a cheeky grin.

"Go get her, baby! We will wait for you!" Mitch says to Sophia with a big smile and Sophia smiles back at her Daddy.

"Let me go get Winter!" Sophia says with a big cheeky smile as she runs quickly upstairs to get Winter out of her cage and then she brings her down.

Winter happily rubs her head onto Sophia's chest, making Sophia smile and giggle.

"There, we have everyone with us now!" Scott says with a big cheeky smile.

Scott, Mitch, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all walk over to the fireplace where the stockings are hanging!

"Ockings! Ockings! Woah! Woah!" Joel says as he smiles and jumps up and down.

"That's right, baby! That is a stocking! This one right here is yours!" Mitch says to Joel and Joel giggles.

"Let's see what Santa brought all of you guys in your stockings!" Scott says as Mitch hands Gabriella to Scott to hold.

Gabriella coos as Scott sits her in his lap and Mitch hands Scott her stocking! Scott will go through Gabriella's stocking for her since she is only three months old.

Mitch hands Joel his stocking while Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia all grab their stockings!

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all happily begin to look into their stockings!

"Let me see what you guys got in your stockings this year! Let me see! Let me see!" Mitch says as he smiles as he takes pictures of Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella!

"Woahhhh! Ars! Ars!" Joel says as he holds up a few cars and giggles.

"Wow! You got some cars? How fun, baby!" Mitch says to Joel.

"What did you get, Gabby? Let's see! Oooo! Some pretty hair bows for you!" Scott says as Gabriella coos.

"Scrunches! Scrunches! I have really been wanting some of these!" Sophia says happily.

"Oh my gosh! I got some Color Street nails! I LOVEEEEE these!" Hudson says as he smiles.

"SLIMEEEEEE!" Sawyer says as he cheers loudly.

"I GOT SLIME TOO!" Isabella says as she cheers loudly.

"Don't open it up now, okay? We can open it later." Scott says to Sawyer and Isabella.

"I got the Disney princesses! All of them!" Amelia says as she holds up the small figurines.

"Oh my goodness! The small princess figurines you saw! How fun, baby!" Mitch says to Amelia.

"STICKERS! I'm going to put these stickers on everything I have!" Sophia says as she giggles.

"Look, Gabby! Bath toys! Oooo!" Scott says as Gabriella coos again.

"Wooooo!" Joel says as he holds up Little People Figurines

"Oh my goodness, Joelly! You got some Little People toys!" Mitch says as Joel smiles.

"JEFFREE STAR LIPSTICKS! YESSSSS!" Hudson says as he cheers.

"LEGOS!" Sawyer says as he giggles.

"Woah! That is going to look cool!" Scott says to Sawyer.

"David Dobrik cologne! It smells good!" Liam says with a smile.

"Santa is having trouble figuring out what to get for you Liam." Mitch says, making Liam laugh.

"WODOLPH!" Joel says as he hugs the small Rudolph stuffed animal.

"You got a Rudolph to add to your collection! Yay!" Scott says to Joel.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all continue to look through their stockings to see what they got!

The kids also helped the Grassi-Hoying pets - Wyatt, Ollie, Luther, Bubba, Tux, Daisy, Lucy and Winter see what they have in their stockings!

"Okay, kiddos! Let's go see what Santa brought all of us!" Scott says as Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all cheer while Gabriella coos happily.

Mitch, Gabriella, Scott, Joel, Amelia, Sophia, Isabella, Hudson and Liam all walk into the living room together and they all see the wrapped Christmas presents all over the living room and under the Christmas tree!

"OOOOOOOO!" Joel says as he jumps up and down and gets excited.

"Do you see all of the presents, Joel? Santa came to our house last night and dropped off the presents for all of us!" Liam says as Joel smiles and giggles.

"Woah! There are Christmas presents everywhere!
Sophia says as she giggles happily.

"YES! SANTA CAME AND BROUGHT A LOT OF PRESENTS!" Sawyer says as he smiles and giggles.

"SANTA CAME TO OUR HOUSE! SANTA CAME! YAY!" Amelia screams in excitement.

"I am sooooooooo happy!" Hudson says as he giggles and smiles.

"WOW, THIS IS AWESOME!" Isabella says as she smiles widely.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all sit on the floor together

"Li, your Christmas presents are wrapped in the gamer wrapping paper! Huddy, your Christmas presents are wrapped in the llama wrapping paper! Soph, your Christmas presents are wrapped in the snowflake wrapping paper! Issy, your Christmas presents are wrapped in the Minnie and Mickey wrapping paper! Sawyer, your Chrismas presents are wrapped in the Grinch wrapping paper! Amelia, your Christmas are wrapped in the Troll wrapping paper! And Joel, your Christmas presents are wrapped in in the Rudolph wrapping paper!" Mitch says to all of the kids causing them to cheer loudly and happily.

Gabriella coos and yawns making Mitch and Scott both giggle and smile at her.

"What about Gabby, Daddy and Papa!" Amelia says to Mitch and Scott.

"Yeah! What about Gabby?" Sawyer asks both Mitch and Scott.

"Gabby's Christmas presents are wrapped in the Peanut character wrapping paper right there! Don't worry, Santa didn't forget about her! Santa knows this is Gabby's first ever Christmas!" Scott says with a smile as he holds Gabriella, who is half asleep at this point.

"You guys can open your Christmas presents now! Let's see what Santa brought all of you this year!" Mitch says with a big smile at the kids.

Liam, Hudson and now Sophia know Santa isn't real, but they keep their thoughts quiet for their five younger siblings who still don't know Santa isn't real.

"YAY!" Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all say in unison as they begin to grab all of their Christmas presents.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all begin to open up their Christmas presents while Mitch, Gabriella and Scott all watch happily.

Liam then begins to look at all of the new games he got!

"Me and the boys are going to be gaming well this Christmas break!" Liam says as he laughs making Mitch and Scott smile.

Mitch and Scott are happy to see Liam smiling and be healthy and happy again.

"Dr. Martens! I always wanted these! I loveeeeee them!" Liam says with a big smile.

"They are going to look so cute on you!" Mitch says as he smiles at Liam and Liam smiles back.

Liam then sees the California Driver's Manual book and gets extremely excited because he has been wanting to drive for months now but is too young.

"By me getting this book does it mean I can drive and get my license now?" Liam asks Mitch and Scott with lots of excitement.

"You can't get your learners until you are fifteen and nine months! But you can start reading the driving manual and know what to do." Mitch says to Liam with a big smile.

"Once you get your permit, Daddy and I will teach you how to drive." Scott says to Liam with a big grin.

"That is so far away!" Liam says as he frowns a little.

"It will come up fast, trust me!" Mitch says happily to Liam and Liam smiles.

"Well, she will be awake soon and she can look at them then!" Mitch says to the kids as he smiles.

Just then, Gabby opens her eyes and looks at her siblings, Mitch and Scott making all of them smile and chuckle.

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel all help Gabriella open up all of her Christmas presents!

"Look at what you got, baby! You have so much fun stuff!" Mitch says in a babyfied voice at Gabriella and she smiles.

"You have so many fun toys, baby! Yay!" Scott says on a babyfied voice at Gabriella and she coos.

Gabriella coos and smiles at Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel!

After opening up all of the Christmas presents and cleaning up from opening presents, Scott and Mitch are making breakfast!

For the rest of the morning, Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel, Gabriella, Wyatt, Ollie, Luther, Bubba, Tux, Daisy, Lucy and Winter all hang out as a family before Mitch, Scott, Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia, Joel and Gabriella all get dressed and ready to go to Esther and Darien's house for the annual Pentatonix Christmas party!

The Grassi-Hoying's all had a wonderful Christmas as a family! :)
