It is currently two o'clock in the morning on a Sunday at the Grassi-Hoying house!

Everybody in the Grassi-Hoying household, except for Scott and Mitch are all fast asleep in their bedrooms and the Grassi-Hoying house is peacefully quiet and toasty warm.

The weather in Los Angeles, California is getting cooler and everybody in the Grassi-Hoying family is getting really excited that Christmas is in a short few weeks!

Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer and Amelia are all still on Thanksgiving break for a few more days and Mitch and Scott are very happy to have these next few days to spend much needed time as a family and be with each other!

With Scott and Mitch's very busy work schedules and six of the Grassi-Hoying kids being in school full time, it is very hard to have special family time, so Scott and Mitch are very grateful to have this time with their seven children - Liam, Hudson, Sophia, Isabella, Sawyer, Amelia and Joel.

Wyatt is sleeping in Liam's bedroom, Ollie is sleeping in Hudson's bedroom, Daisy is sleeping in Isabella's bedroom and Lucy is sleeping in Sophia's bedroom!

Amelia is currently in her bedroom for the night and she is currently having a very scary nightmare! Amelia hasn't had a nightmare in a very long time so this is even more scary to her!

Amelia's nightmare is about four humungous brown and gray monsters attacking her outside of the house and the monsters are taking Amelia from her Daddy and Papa despite the both of them trying to fight the monsters off.

Amelia wakes up and sits up in her twin size bed quickly. Amelia begins to shake and tear up as she holds her favorite bear blanket and her favorite unicorn stuffed animal tightly.

Amelia then begins to get very upset about her scary nightmare and she begins to feel very alone in her quiet and pitch black bedroom.

Amelia really doesn't wanna go in the master bedroom to wake up her Papa or Daddy because she knows they are up a lot at night because of baby Joel waking up to eat.

Amelia also doesn't wanna wake up any of her siblings because they might get mad at her for waking them up. Amelia has no idea on what to do right now.

Also, Amelia's favorite light machine that helps her fall asleep every single night is some how now off. So to Amelia, her bedroom is very dark and scary place to her right now!

After a few seconds of thinking, Amelia decides to quietly walk into Scott and Mitch's bedroom to see if one of them are awake. If they are, she wants to sleep with them for the rest of the night because her bedroom is extremely scary to her and she doesn't wanna sleep in there after the nightmare she just had.

*Amelia's pajamas*

Amelia jumps out of her bed and quickly grabs her bear blanket, her pillow and her unicorn stuffed animal and begins to walk over to Scott's and Mitch's bedroom.

Meanwhile in the master bedroom, Scott and Mitch are both sitting up in their California King sized bed together as they both at looking at Pentatonix Christmas show papers that they both need to look at before the small Pentatonix Christmas tour starts in a few weeks!

Mitch and Scott have a few Christmas shows to do with Pentatonix this holiday season and they are both extremely excited about it. Mitch and Scott both love and adore Christmas time and Christmas songs are their absolute favorite ones to sing with Matt, Kevin and Kirstie!

Also while they do this, Mitch just fed Joel a nice warm bottle and now Scott is rocking Joel back to sleep for the night.

*Joel's pajamas*

"Hey, Scotty?" Mitch says to Scott in a whisper as he smiles at his husband of sixteen years.

"Yes, love?" Scott says to Mitch in a whisper as he looks up at Mitch and smiles ear to ear at him.

"Is Joelly asleep yet?" Mitch asks Scott in a whisper as he smiles at both Scott and Joel.

Mitch loves to see Scott with their seven kids,  especially baby Joel. It makes Mitch's heart melt and feel happy that he and Scott were blessed with seven healthy and happy children.

"Mhm! He is fast asleep and he looks so comfy in my arms. He is so cute." Scott says softly as he giggles and and smiles at Mitch.

"Well, I think we can put him in his bassinet for the rest of the night and we need to get to sleep ourselves. It is two am." Mitch says as he chuckles and kisses Scott.

Scott then kisses Mitch a few more times, making Mitch's cheek blush and then he softly kisses Joel's head. Mitch kisses Joel's cheek and Scott lays Joel down in his bassinet.

Scott and Mitch then both get settled into bed together for the night and begin to cuddle with each other. Scott wraps his long arms around Mitch's waist making Mitch feel very safe.

"Goodnight, Mitchy." Scott says as he kisses Mitch's shoulder twice.

"Goodnight, Scotty. I love you." Mitch says softly to Scott.

"I love you too, baby." Scott says softly to Mitch.

Scott and Mitch's bedroom door then opens up slowly and Amelia peeks her head into the bedroom, looking for her Daddy and Papa.

"Daddy? Papa? Daddy? Papa?" Amelia asks Mitch and Scott as she begins to cry again.

Mitch and Scott both sit up in their bed at the same time and they both add Amelia standing by the door crying and shaking. 

"Amelia? Come here, baby! Come here! What's wrong, baby girl?" Scott says to Amelia as Amelia walks over to Mitch and Scott's bed.

Scott carefully picks up Amelia off of the floor, softly kissing her cheeks and sits her in front of himself and Mitch.

Amelia then begins to cry and gets very upset, thinking about her nightmare again.

"What's wrong, Amelia? What's wrong, baby?" Mitch asks Amelia as he wipes away her tears.

"I had a scary dream, Daddy and Papa!" Amelia says as she sniffles.

"Aww, a scary dream? I am so sorry you had one of those. It's okay, Amelia. It's okay." Mitch says as he holds Amelia on his lap and begins to rock her and rubs circles into her back as Amelia continues to cry.

"What was the scary dream about, Amelia? What happened in your dream, baby girl?" Scott asks Amelia softly as he also rubs Amelia's back alongside Mitch.

"Very scary monsters took me away from our house! And-and-and you and Papa couldn't get me back from them! And-and-and my room is really really dark! My lights went off! It is too scary in here!" Amelia says as she begins to get upset and cry hard again.

"Aww, it's okay, baby girl. It is okay. The monsters are now gone and won't hurt you anymore." Mitch says softly to Amelia as he continues to rock Amelia in his arms, calming her down.

"You are safe now, Amelia. You are now safe in here with Daddy and I. The monsters won't get you anymore and hurt you." Scott says as he tenderly kisses Amelia's cheek.

"Can I stay in here, Daddy and Papa? Pwease?" Amelia asks Mitch and Scott with a big pout on her face.

"Of course you can, sweety! You can definitely stay in here with Papa and I for the rest of the night. We would never tell you no, sweety." Mitch says as Amelia calms down and Mitch tenderly kisses her cheeks softly.

Scott then kisses Amelia's cheeks, making Amelia giggle happily making Mitch and Scott both smile.

Mitch and Scott then get Amelia settled in bed and she is laying in between them.

"Daddy and Papa?" Amelia asks Mitch and Scott softly.

"Yes, sweety?" Mitch says to Amelia as he rubs her head softly.

"Yes, baby girl?" Scott asks Amelia as he playfully pokes Amelia's nose, making Amelia giggle.

"Where is baby Joel at?" Amelia asks both Mitch and Scott softly.

"Joel is sleeping next to Daddy in his bassinet! See him over there?" Scott says as he points at Joel's bassinet with a fast asleep Joel inside.

"Aww! He is sleepy!" Amelia says as she admires her baby brother from afar.

"He is sleepy! He just drank a nice big bottle and he fell asleep." Mitch says with a smile at Amelia.

"Now, let's go to sleep, Amelia. It is late, baby girl." Scott says to Amelia as he kisses Amelia's forehead.

"Otay, Papa and Daddy." Amelia says as she yawns and lays back down.

Scott, Amelia and Mitch all lay down together and they all begin to cuddle with each other.

"Amelia, if you have another scary nightmare, wake up Papa or I, okay?" Mitch says to Amelia.

"Otay, Daddy! I wuv you!" Amelia says happily to Mitch.

"I love you too, Amelia!" Mitch says as he tenderly kisses Amelia.

"And I wuv you too, Papa!" Amelia says happily to Scott.

"I love you too, Amelia!" Scott says as he softly kisses Amelia.

Scott and Mitch both cuddle with Amelia and help her get to sleep before they both fall asleep themselves.

For the rest of night, Mitch, Amelia, Scott and Joel all cuddle with each other in the master bed and they all fall sleep together! :)
