An author always worries about whether or not they are keeping attention throughout the entire book, & to see reads dropping chapter to chapter, it brings a lack of motivation. I'm not asking for you guys to keep the reads the same each chapter, that's impossible, people lose interest, & ik that, but I do have a question for you all. Do you guys still find interest in this, or is it just a book you have in your library & ignore it when it updates? That kinda thing? Sorry I am really insecure about everything.

"Okay, Are you completely sure you want to give Taehyung off to Hoseok? He looks fairly content atop of your lap." Jimin scoffed, watching as Yoongi dealt with a whining, crying little boy, who cried out miserably for his 'momma'. Yoongi nudged the kid back into the little playing kitchen area, speed walking away from the scene. The little boy plopped onto the floor and wailed.
"I guess I have to give him up, right? I mean, it's the best thing to do, anyways. I don't have enough money, as a high school drop-out to afford rent, and a human who wouldn't be working, I'm guessing." Jungkook cooed as Taehyung made a little whimper in his sleep. "It's the only reasonable thing to do, if we want to support him fully, without financial struggle."
Jimin rolled his eyes, "My only concern is that, you know, if he will be happy there or not. Hoseok is a tad pushy when it comes to kids. Sure, he is a big sweetheart, but he would push Taehyung to do things like only drink from bottles, or have a pacifier. I know he wouldn't want that." Jimin gave his big, puppy-dog worried eyes to Jungkook. "I think you should take him."
"Jimin, I can't afford-"
"Look, this kid does not ask for toys. He just wants some friends, please just take him in and love him. He's been going too many years, without affection from his parents. He deserves it, from you. He loves you." Jimin pouted, as Taehyung's sleeping figure hiccuped.
Jungkook widened his eyes. I told you not to fall for anyone. Give him to Hoseok, before you become attached, before he becomes attached. This is bad, you can't lose him too.
"No-no! Hoseok needs to take him." Jungkook argued back, sliding the now stirred boy from his lap. He placed down Kookie, who he was holding for the sleeping boy.
God-fucking dammit. How the hell do you get attached in one day? This should be a simple, easy departure. Don't think anything of it, it's just a kid. He's just a kid.
Jungkook left the daycare. Guilt settling in his mind.

Taehyung went home with Hoseok. He was silent. Hoseok was starting to question as to why the boy had grown so silent. They were now perched in his home, a nice two bed room house, compared to Jungkook's one room apartment, that was trashed because of how many hours Jungkook was working or visiting the hospital, so he had not gotten to cleaning up his messes.
"Why are you so quiet, baby?" Hoseok asked, a hand reaching for Taehyung's slim wrist. Taehyung immediately pulled away from his touch, a frown appearing on his lips, as if he was almost confused. His eyes were red and teary, like he rubbed at them after crying.
"Where's Jungkookie?" Taehyung held onto Kookie, his bunny ears flopping to the side because of the pressure from Taehyung holding on so tightly to the stuffed animal. Hoseok only groaned.
"Is he all you know or something? You won't be seeing him anymore. He is a bad influence. He dropped out of high school. You don't want to hang out with people like him." Hoseok tsked and eyed the boy with curiosity.
Taehyung suddenly froze, like he was not breathing. He stared at the floor, his eyes becoming a lifeless tint. This pair of eyes had been through a lot more, Hoseok was guessing. Hoseok of course knew, there was another part to Taehyung he had never met, big Tae.
"His father, he was sick, that's why he dropped out. It's not like he wanted to be rebellious. He also has a younger brother, whose six, he also has the illness." The more, serious looking-Taehyung said blankly, siding with Jungkook all the way.
"Well, baby you still shouldn't hang around him-"
Taehyung licked his lip, irritated. "First off, horse-boy, don't fucking call me 'baby'. Maybe little Taehyung likes it, I don't. And Second, I can make my own goddamn decisions, thank you. You are not my guardian. I'm sure I could get by without your petty ass." He breathed out, shocking Hoseok. His mouth flung open, his eyebrows raising.
"W-What?"
Taehyung ignored his shock, everyone had it at first, such a violent voice, a strong deep-sounding voice from a little pipsqueak kid, shocking right? Taehyung sighed, leaning on the wall, one leg propped onto it.
"Hey horse-boy, got any cigarettes? I'm in a need of a smoke."
