James was walking to his 11th grade chemistry class, he sat down, next to a girl he never met. Then suddenly,

Teacher: Alright class, today we have a project. Make a chemical reaction. You can buy the items at ebay or at your local store. I don't know. The best one gets a badge and extra credit. It's due next week.

???: I need that!

Teacher: We're gonna use partners.

Everyone picked at least someone they knew or met before. James was the last kid, with the girl next to him.

James: Hey? Excuse me, I don't have a lot of friends, so I barely knew anyone here. And I really need a partner, will you be my partner?

Serena: Seriously?! Can't I be partnered with the student that is the best at chemistry in their class?!

James: I mean, you don't need too. I just-

Serena: Then again, there's no one else. Fine.

Teacher: Alright, I see everyone has been partnered, that's gonna be you're homework.

James finished class, and met back with Serena. They both headed to James's house.
