Once, there was a chain of islands by the name of Aguana Islands. The land was mainly covered in forest and mountainous areas; most people fished or harvested lumber for a living as a result. The population was slowly dwindling, the younger generations leaving for more glamorous opportunities elsewhere. The Aguana Islands became the type of sleepy place that didn't appear on maps, with very few visitors.
That day began like any other, with lots of sunshine and not a cloud in sight. So it was quite strange indeed when the main island received a visitor, a well-dressed visitor no less.
A man in a tuxedo, who was called Ayken, stepped off the ferry and onto the dock. His dark brown curls danced in the breeze, framing his rugged features. Ayken adjusted his hiker's backpack. He glanced left and right. Ayken strolled to one of the streets and approached a young lady, who was wearing a light dress and a straw hat.
"Excuse me, miss, do you have some time?" Ayken asked.
"Yes, yes I do. May I ask why?" the young lady replied.
"Well, I'm currently lost. I'm trying to find Volk's Mountain and I was wondering if you could be so kind as to show me the way."
"I'd be happy to. Here, follow me."
She led him to a puny path that ran through the forest. It was about a foot wide, and was quite steep. Surprisingly, neither the young lady nor Ayken ran out of breath. The young lady asked questions that bordered on the edge of nosy, but Ayken politely answered with a smile on his face, never giving any indication that he was annoyed.
"May I have the honor of knowing your name?"
"It's Vasilisa."
"A good name."
"Now, just keep going straight along this path and you'll reach Volk's Mountain." the young lady said, pointing her finger.
"Alright, thank you and goodbye, Vasilisa."
Ayken continued walking up the path until he came to the base of the mountain. Trees surrounded the clearing and the grass grew thick and strong, a meter high. Up above, the mountain towered over him. Ayken waded through the grass, until he was right next to the mountain. Ayken set his bag down, and unzipped the top. He pulled out a las-gun, and some sort of equipment. He slung on the lasgun and equipment.
Ayken charged the lasgun, holding down a button. Once it was fully charged, he began to slowly trace a circle into the side of the mountain. The circle's outline glowed cherry hot, bright as lava. Ayken kicked the circle, and it gave way.
Inside the mountain was a massive room that could fit at least twenty elephants. A staircase ascended directly to the main computer, processors and lesser computers sprawling everywhere else. All of the computers were dormant, with dust covering their faces. Several catwalks hung overhead. Large Nazi flags with swastikas hung on the walls.
"Jackpot." Ayken whispered.
He walked up the main staircase, stepping carefully so as not trip over the wires. Ayken came to the main computer and blew off the dust. He turned it on, and the screen flashed red, asking for a password. Ayken searched for a plugin port, but found none.
Suddenly, he felt something pressing against the back of his skull.
"Don't make a move. I can blow your brains out at any moment." a voice ordered him from behind. Ayken realized the voice's owner was Vasilisa.
"What is a lady such as yourself doing here with a gun?"
"Who are you? And why are you here for that data?"
"Are you the Queen? Then I am the Raven."
"You know the code phrase. But how can you prove that you are the Raven?"
"I'll tell you things only the Raven could know. On April 30th, 1945, the Fuehrer did not commit suicide inside his Fuehrerbunker. Instead, he faked his own death and successfully escaped, taking the research on weapons of mass destruction with him. The Fuehrer entrusted the research to a trusted aide, who was your great-grandfather and had been out of the country at the time. After that, he led a life on the run, bore a son, and ultimately died before retrieving the data. Not that it would have done him any good, with so little resources. That's why I, the Fuehrer's great-grandson, am here today."
"Forgive me for my insolence! I'll accept any punishment you decide upon." Vasilisa threw away her gun and kneeled.
"No punishment is necessary. Such vigilance and caution was necessary in order to keep the data out of the wrong hands, so I thank you for that. I also thank your family's service in waiting for the Raven, otherwise known as the Fuehrer or one of his descendants. You did not recognize me as the Raven, I did not recognize you as the Queen, so we cannot blame each other for that."
"I am humbled by your words. May I ask a question?"
"You may."
"Master, why didn't your grandfather or father come for the data?"
"My grandfather understood the importance of the research. He realized that the research would be nothing without money or the means to build one of the weapons, so he concentrated on amassing a fortune first. Now he was an unscrupulous and ruthless man to be feared and admired! My father, on the other hand, was a blubbering disappointment that would've squandered the fortune. It was a good thing my grandfather disinherited him and took me in as the heir."
"I thank you for your answer."
"Now, Vasilisa, are you the only one left of your family?"
"Yes. I am an only child, and my parents gloriously died protecting the data when I was ten. Just as your grandfather cared for you, mine cared for me. "
"A truly commendable way to die. Enough talk. I want what I came here for."
"Of course, Master." Vasilisa hurried down the stairs to one of the smaller computers, which was much more modern than the one on top of the stairs.
"What exactly did your great-grandfather do with this whole set-up? As I was growing up, I knew this location but never learned the details of how the data was stored. Nor did my grandfather."
"After the Fuehrer gave my great-grandfather the data papers, he immediately sealed them in an airtight container. He transferred it onto computers as soon as he could, and the data was moved to more modern computers as they became available. The one I'm at has the real data. The rest are decoys, each with their own carefully faked data." Vasilisa turned on the computer, waited for it to load. She plugged in a USB drive and began to download the data.
"Impressive."
"Not really, not compared to what the Fuehrer was able to accomplish."
"But his accomplishments were all thanks to his loyal colleagues and subordinates."
"That is true. Here is the data, the key that will lead to an everlasting Fourth Reich!" Vasilisa gave the USB drive to Ayken.
"Magnificent! Here I hold the designs for the supreme weapons of mass destruction. Hehehe. Nothing beats God-sent technology. According to Grandfather, the ones who gave the Fuehrer this technology were strange angels who wore no clothing, had grey skin, tear drop heads, and bulbous black eyes but who cares. I have the technology, and that's all that matters! Those stupid Americans and North Koreans left the world on its knees with their missiles and nuclear weapons. Their nuclear weapons will be toys compared to the weapons I will build and the world shall be mine for the taking! And then the Fourth Reich will last forevermore! MWAHAHAHAHA!"
"The speech you just gave was so touching, it brought me to tears. Such a beautiful dream." Vasilisa sniffled, eyes tearing up.
"Come now. We must begin our journey back to my home, where we will begin building our divine weapons of justice."

"This is the hotel you are staying? What a shoddy establishment. It's not fitting for one of your caliber, Master."
"It's the best of the ones in this town. I'm fine with it. I prefer it, actually."
"Very well."
"You settle in first. I'm going to go for a stroll."
"Allow me to accompany you then."
"Please, I wish for some time alone in order to recollect myself and gather my thoughts."
"This lowly servant hears and obeys."
"Please don't lower yourself. You are not of lowly birth, not with your blonde hair and blue eyes. You are one of the Aryan race, one of the superior race."
"Very well, Master."
"Then I'm leaving now." Ayken walked out of the hotel room and shut the door behind him. He walked out of the hotel. Progressively, Ayken moved farther and farther away from the hotel, until he was 360 feet away. Upon reaching 360 feet, he stopped, satisfied with the length. He pulled out a smartphone, and called someone in his contacts list.
"Bluebird. I have the data."
"Is it as we suspected?"
"Yes. The designs are of extraterrestrial origin, though I'm not sure of how Hitler got them. These are extremely dangerous. They utilize Earth resources to the utmost while being able to release energy tenfold of that of our strongest nuclear arms."
"Alright. Extraction at 5 a.m. by the usual team." The other side hung up on Ayken.
"Phoo." Ayken exhaled.
Behind him was Vasilisa, who had heard the entire conversation.
"You-YOU! YOU'RE NOT MY MASTER" Vasilisa slowly shook her head in anger as her fists trembled.
"I am." a new hooded figure entered the scene.
"And how am I supposed to believe that when I was already deceived by a villain!" Vasilisa shouted. "How do I know that you're not another fake after the data!"
"Quit your idiotic noise pollution, it's giving me a headache. Either way, I don't give a rat's ass about your believing me. I'm just here for the data." the hooded figure kicked Vasilisa in the stomach and caught her off-guard. While Vasilisa was winded, he drove his fist into her temple and she crumpled like paper being scrunched up. Vasilisa wasn't dead, merely unconscious, but it was clear this new arrival was not someone to fight if it could be avoided. The figure turned to face Ayken.
"Now it's just us. Give me the data before I rip your filthy throat out." Strangely, a smile could be seen on the figure's face.
"Threats like that will never work. The extraction team is nearly here and they'll keep the data out of your hands." Ayken furiously bluffed and stalled for time.
" I heard your phone call to your little friends. They're not coming for another ten hours. I already told you. Give. Me. The. Data."
"Never." Ayken started running. He wove through the maze-like streets, cut through alleyways, and circled back. Ayken stopped to take a breather as soon as he noticed that he had lost the hooded figure. Ayken went back to the hotel, slower than before but still at a brisk pace, keeping tabs on his surroundings.
Finally, he returned the hotel. He walked up to his room, then went into the bathroom. There, he pried loose the mirror and removed the USB drive from the back of it. Relief washed over Ayken as he fixed the mirror. Then, in the mirror he caught a glimpse of a person, but it was too late.
Behind him, the hooded figure had stabbed a pen-like object into Ayken's neck. Ayken gasped and sputtered.
"Hush now. I just plunged a specially-designed weapon into your external carotid artery. It has a cylindrical container, from which the deadliest poisons seep out onto the blade portion. Ingenious, no? If you don't manage to get to a major artery and cut through it, the target still dies from the poison. Oh look, you died. I wonder if it was the poison or the blood loss. Doesn't matter." The hooded figure smiled a fox's grin. He stooped over Ayken's body and took the USB drive from his hand.
He walked out of the hotel. The day was still gorgeous, and promised spring-like warmth.
"What a beautiful day to begin preparations for world domination."
