Eagle Transporter ( we wont be seeing much of it)

The Eagle (designed by Brian Johnson) is the primary form of transportation for the inhabitants of Moonbase Alpha. A multipurpose craft, it is divided into three basic sections; the command module, the service pod, and the superstructure. Capable of speeds up to 23,700 miles per second, or 15% of the speed of light, it is powered by four nuclear fusion rockets, and carries fuel reserves for 48 hours of flight. There are 5 main types of Eagle Transporter. and the center of the transport could be changed for diffrent Variants of Stuff from a passenger Area to a Reconnaissance, to a Laboratory Eagle to a Rescue Eagles , to a Freighter Eagles, to a Specialty Modules and even ones with a winch and all shorts ( if you seen space 1999 your know what i mean)

White Falcon Interceptor

the White Falcon Interceptor is the standard interceptor that, in New Captain Scarlet, the Spectrum Angels customarily fly. Its analog version in Captain Sc

Maximum flight ceiling: 40,000 feet, or 12,192 metres.

The five White Falcons of the Angel Squadron comprise the main force of Skybase's air power. The White Falcon is Spectrum ATF or Advanced Tactical Fighter, piloted by the Angels. An ultimate all-around attack aircraft, the Falcon is a high-speed fighter plane powered by two of the very latest Halo pulsejets, with multi-step afterburners. State-of-the art designed wing-tip geometry and variable multi-plane flaps make the Falcon a supersonic strike fighter with uncanny speed and agility, that can outmanoeuvre any other known fighter plane.

Because of the incredible forces generated by the supersonic speeds and turning ability of the Falcon, the Angel pilots need to wear specifically designed and fitted G-suits for their protection against G-forces in flight. Each pilot has a designated craft, assigned to her, with her codename marking the fuselage. The same codename also appears on the front of each Angel pilot's helmet.

Armament comes in the form of twin 30mm Tempest cannons, front and rear, firing titanium-tipped ammunition. Stowed within the main fuselage of the Falcon, a variety of air-to-air and air-to-ground missiles can be fired through internal tubes at any target. In case of an emergency, the front portion of the plane, including the front canard wings, can disengage from the main body and become a self-powered escape pod. In the unlikely event of this pod failing or being damaged, there is still an ejector seat.

The White Falcons are stored into the hangar, directly underneath Flight Deck, and which is running the full length and breadth of Skybase. At Colonel White's order of 'Launch Angels', the Angel pilots will rush to their craft, and once into position, each of the Falcons is brought up to the Flight Deck runway by a circular lift, turning at a 180 degrees rotation as it does so.

The Angel pilots will then follow the usual take-off instructions as given by the robotic on-deck air-traffic controllers which relay the flight signals of their human counterparts from the Flight Control Tower. Each craft is assigned its own robot. Although the Angel Interceptor is equipped with powerful boosters, the Magna-strip runway will also be used to accelerate it to launch velocity, in order to perform an faster and almost immediate take off.

The rotating circular lifts at each end of Skybase runways can swiftly transport aircraft to and from the Hangar. When a Falcon Interceptor comes to land onto Skybase, its shoes engage with the magnetic rails of the Magna-strip runway. The craft is then brought to a halt on the circular lift at the end of the strip and then brought down into the Hangar, again turning at a 180 degrees rotation. Once into the Hangar, robotic servicing arms will automatically clamp to the craft fuselage.

As it moves along a magnetic rail to the other end of the Hangar, a fully automated system of robotic arms will clean the craft engines and canopy, and refuel and rearm it fully. Once at the other end of the Hangar, the robotic clamps will finally disengage the Falcon. It is not ready to proceed to take-off once again.

Cheetah is a high-velocity saloon

As its name implies, the Cheetah is Spectrum's rapid response vehicle. Sleek and easily recognizable thanks to its unique single row of headlights in the middle of the chassis, this car is highly maneuverable and capable of great acceleration and speed, which is ideal for both long distance and city chases.

The aerodynamic silhouette of the Cheetah helps it not only on the road, but also in the air. When trying to avoid obstacles or if a burst of speed is required, the driver can pull on a lever on the middle console to deploy the glide mode, which allows it to fly short distances using retractable wings, a tail fin and a combination of jump jets on the wings and booster jets in the back.

Since this requires a lot of fuel, the car cannot fly for a long time and this feature is only for limited use. Should things go wrong, the roof can be ejected to facilitate a quick escape.

Since it is often involved in pursuits and dangerous situations, the Cheetah is built with bulletproof body work and windows. The front bumper is also reinforced so that it can be used to ram into objects if need be. Since the headlights are located on the center of the body and windshield, this also leaves room for two machine guns mounted where headlights are traditionally located. The details of the weapon system are classified.

Much the same as the Rhinos, a number of Cheetahs are hidden in secret locations where only Spectrum agents can access them. The vehicle is also equipped with a lockdown feature that requires a retinal scan to disengage. Such safety features are essential considering the power the Cheetah packs.

.

Stallion Raid Bike

With its front winglets and twin wheels at the back for extra stability at high speeds, the Stallion Raid Bike is Spectrum's undisputed champion on land. While nearly as massive as a car, the Stallion is nonetheless easy to drive. For added maneuverability, the rear wheel pivots independently of the body and the seat ensures that the driver is in the most aerodynamic position.

The Stallion has another unique feature: it is the only terrestrial vehicle in the fleet that can launch directly from Skybase. When equipped with its detachable wings and pressurized canopy which protects the driver during launch,it can zip down the carrier's runway. After driving off the end of the runway, it will freefall like a bullet, then deploy its wings in stages, enabling the bike to glide with its wings

Once airborne, the winglets can be used to help direct the Stallion toward the desired landing location. As the bike touches the ground, the canopy and wings automatically detach when the wheels touch the ground and move out of the way to be retrieved later. The momentum of the descent and the stability of the vehicle aids the driver not to lose an instant while in pursuit. The twin rear wheels put down a huge amount of traction and it blasts off down the road.

The Stallion is equipped with impressive armament: two front-mounted machine guns and two racks of super-light, heat-seeking missiles. The Stallion's armament allegedly has enough power to make a hole in Fort Knox—and this is why it is equipped with a lockdown protocol that can be only disabled using biometric and voice identification.

it has missile and machine guns

.

Spectrum Space Shuttle

Spectrum has its own dedicated space shuttle when longer haul transportation is required, or to liaise with its Moon and Mars bases. The Spectrum Space Shuttle is a hybrid of the International Space Agency's (ISA) IPTS and HY-OX shuttle models and is launched directly from ISA bases as needed. Its NERVE thermodynamic nuclear rocket engines allows it to cover the Earth to Mars journey in approximately 14 days, with a minimal crew of two astronauts, but it can easily carry a crew of ten. Its hold is used to carry supplies or exploration equipment and can accommodate a Bison rover vehicle. Once the shuttle arrives at its intended destination, the propulsion unit remains in orbit, while the detachable excursion vehicle at the front takes over and completes the descent to the surface.

.

Bison

The Bison is an all-terrain rover used in space missions. It is the only vehicles from the Spectrum fleet to come in a variety of colours (grey, red or yellow).

With its traction supplied by both track and wheel, it is a capable rough terrain vehicle. Its ten wheels benefit from independent suspension, allowing it to go across rocky terrain as well as sand and steep hills. Each wheel has 12 individual plates, which in turn have their own shock absorber. The tracks are also capable of flexing over the landscape. This all means that the Bison can achieve a reasonable speed with great stability.

The Bison can be driven at all speeds both forwards and backwards and is capable of bursts of speed that can propel it over crevasses. The cabin is pressurized and spacious and can accommodate five people comfortably. Access to the vehicle is through a door located between the two front wheels. From there it is possible to go to the front cabin, or to the rear section which has storage units and limited accommodations. As well as exploration, the Bison can be called on for backup in a military situation.

Armed to the teeth, the Bison features missile racks, pulse laser cannons and a SPIKE electron grenade launcher. It is ready to defend its occupants and any base it is stationed on in a heartbeat. Should things go wrong, though, the cabin features ejector seats for a quick escape.

it has machine gun and missile

.

Skyrider

The Skyrider is a versatile, short-range sky bike that can be used to carry one person, whether they are on Earth or in other locations, such as Mars.

Its small size makes it extremely maneuverable and the rider can easily zip around obstacles such as the tight setting full of skyscrapers in New York City. It is controlled much like a standard motorcycle, using the rider's weight to help it negotiate tight turns. Its high-precision laser cannon can do some serious damage to an enemy or buildings - don't let its small size fool you! The chassis is sturdy enough to withstand heavy impacts and will protect the rider should an accident occur.

it fried machine guns

.

Hummingbird Helicopter

The Hummingbird is Spectrum's versatile and multi-task helicopter.

It can seat a pilot and four people in comfort in a cabin that can be configured so that the seats are all facing forward or with the front seats facing backwards to form a small command center equipped with a complete computer system constantly linked with Skybase. Capable of landing on virtually any type of terrain with its standard, wheeled, retractable undercarriage, it can also land on water if need be, thanks to retractable floats within the nose and side engine pods.

The Hummingbird is used mostly for carrying passengers and for reconnaissance work, but it can also be used to carry loads with the help of grappling hooks on the undercarriage. While not as equipped as the Falcon interceptor or the Albatross, it is not defenseless, as it is equipped with a high-power Gatling gun in its belly.

While standard helicopters are limited by altitude and air thinness, the Hummingbird can count on jets in addition to its blades to reach Skybase. They offer superior air agility and ascents and descents that are faster than any other known helicopter. The Hummingbird has a dedicated landing pad identified as 05, right underneath the Skybase Central Control tower.

it has a machine cannon that can be deployed

.

Albatross Transport plane

The Albatross is Spectrum massive deployment aircraft, equiped with VTOL (vertical take off and landing) capacity. Skybase carries two of these, which are used to carry vehicles - mainly a Rhino - anywhere it is needed around the world. It can carry the most heavy weight, putting it down or pick it up on any ground, and in almost any conditions.

Even though it is so massive, the Albatross nevertheless has remarkable swiftness in flight. Powerful pivoting twin multi-directional XBurn engines, set on each side of the craft, give it lifting capability, maneuverabilty, and in-flight velocity, even with carrying the heaviest of load. While most craft launch from the Flight Deck, the two Albatross planes stored within Skybase's hangar drop from the base's underside, through a large door situated approximately in the middle of the base (This door can be seen on the picture above, showing the bottom of Skybase).

When needed for launch, the Albatross is lowered down to its launching bay, to rest on massive supports which hold it from under its tail and belly, and from under its nose. The door underneath opens, and the pilot powers up the thrusters. The Albatross pivoted into V.T.O.L. position. When the craft is ready to take flight, tthe pilot releases the clamps. The Albatross drops out of the hangar from underneath the belly of Skybase, several meters before the thrust of the engines, acting as reactors, stops its fall. The engines act as reactors and the Albatross is manoeuvred out of the hangar, and finally leaves base to carry on its mission.

The Albatross works on a unique deployment system. The cargo doors under the belly of the craft open, and unfold to form the landing feet. Then, the vehicle it carries is lowered by a lift from the Albatross's cargo, just at its finishes its landing procedure and approach. The Rhino can be deployed at the same second the Albatross makes its landing, and once it is out, the craft can take off immediately.

This 'drop-and-go' deployment, helped by the SlyFOXX anti-detection shielding with which the Albatross is equipped, makes the Aircraft perfect for covert operations. However, due to its massiveness, it could attract visual attention, and therefore, the sturdy craft has been equipped with anti-missile Acoustic Disruptors - which makes it a hard target to hit, despite his size.

.

Rhino

The Rhino TRU (Tactical Response Unit) is an heavy-duty attack vehicle, with an ultra-tough full armour. The Rhino is capable of high speed with the help of twin ram air booster jets at the rear; supplied with ten wheels (two front sets, three rear set), as well as with variable ride-height suspension, it is equipped with a multi-wheel steering system, which makes this cumbersome-looking vehicle surprisingly easy to maneuver, on any kind of normal roads as well as giving it good off-road performance.

The Rhino is a sealed armoured vehicle, which access to the cabin is gained from the hatches on the vehicles sides. The Rhino is waterproof; should it fall into water, the crew has a limited amount of air, and its electronics will still be working, at least long enough to find a way out or to wait for help.

Retractable seats will face the opening to receive either the driver and/or passenger and then get into position in front of the controls panel. The vehicle can be driven from either side, the steering sliding into position to whoever wishes to drive it. Other hatches are situated on top of the vehicle and underneath it.

The driver's cabin has a number of control screens, which act as the driver's eyes. Equipped with all manner of computerised equipment needed for Spectrum work, the Rhino also comes with a security device allowing the driver to lock the vehicle capacity by password and voice-command, thus avoiding the Rhino to be stolen by an enemy if it should be left by itself.

The Rhino is armed to the teeth with an impressive arsenal: two front mounted twin cannons, with explosive tipped rounds, armour piercing missiles, harpoon guns and magnetic clamp guns. There are also extendable battering rams on the front and rear. It is also equipped with evasive action anti-missiles which can be launched from the rear.

Whenever a Rhino is needed on a given mission, Spectrum will use the Albatross to transport the vehicle. The Albatross will landed - using VTOL capacity and the hatch beneath will open, a lift lowering to the ground to deposit the Rhino - with driver inside - ready to perform its mission.

the Rhino has many weapon from a battering ram, missile launchers, machine guns all shorts

.

Swift Passenger Jet

No agency of the size of Spectrum would be complete without some form of passenger-carrying plane and the Swift executive passenger jet is an excellent choice for this purpose. As this is the primary air shuttle to and from Skybase, it was designed to be able to reach altitudes of over 60,000 feet and is equipped with both standard landing gear and a magnetic system similar to the Falcon Interceptors so that it can land on strips 03 or 04 on Skybase. The Swift's unique design means that its whole body acts as a large wing to improve aerodynamics and fuel efficiency, both important to travel at such altitudes. The cockpit seats two and benefits from a clear view from the front, sides and even top through the one-way tinted portholes.

Once landed on the ground or in Skybase's Hangar Deck, the Swift does not require any external access system, as the stairs are deployed when the door opens. The Swift may seem diminutive compared to the Albatross, but it can carry up to ten people in comfort thanks to a highly-configurable interior. The basic configuration has single seats on one side and double seats on the other, with the middle seats facing each other around a collapsible table.

The tables on both sides also have integrated computers linked to the Spectrum network and wi-fi access is available from any seat. Various features for the passengers can be accessed on the moveable armrests between the seats. The configuration can be quickly changed so as to create a fully-operational command center directly linked to Skybase or any Spectrum ground facility. The Swift also features a fully-equipped galley to prepare in-flight meals or refreshments, and a lavatory.

info on the Thunderbirds

Thunderbird 1

The craft is known as Thunderbird 1. It has a sharp red nosecone, along with a cylindrical silver body, and a powerful blue engine. It also has a pair of small sweep wings on the sides of the craft, and the cross shaped bottom is positioned in the manner of a plus sign. It is 80ft tall, with a 20ft (26 when the wings are extended) wingspan. It has a definite underside and topside when flying horizontally; the underside has four VTOL jets, a large glass window for the pilot, and bay doors in the midsection, while the topside just has "THUNDERBIRD" written down it, completed by the "1" painted on both sides of the blue coloured section. The interior goes from the nosecone to the wings. The pilot's chair is located at the front, near the nosecone, where the windows are. There are no front facing windows with the aerodynamic nosecone taking up the entire front. The windows can open up, and the chair can be carried outside via a robotic arm, providing swift entrance and exit.

.

Thunderbird 2

The craft is none other than Thunderbird Two, the giant transporter ship. The ship is 31ft tall (57 with its telescopic legs deployed), 112ft long from nose to thrusters and tail, with an 82ft wingspan, and a body weight of 406 tonnes. It is a giant, wide-body, green coloured, somewhat blocky plane with small forward-swept wings, a massive rear tail spoiler and large rectangular engine intakes on either side. Despite its bulky appearance, the two rearward engines are powerful enough to allow it to fly at supersonic speeds nonetheless. It is capable of vertical take-off and landing, through the use of 4 large jets tucked underneath the craft's sides, close to the intakes. The VTOL jets can tilt forwards and backwards for slow and steady flights in all directions. The wings can fold upwards when not in use, allowing for easier landings. Two means of entrance and exit can be found at the crafts front end; a manually operated hatch on top, and a platform that can be automatically lowered underneath, and both lead straight to the cockpit. TB2 is designed as a freighter in mind, with the middle of the craft hollowed to carry one of the many modular containers carrying gear for different kinds of rescue missions.

.

Thunderbird 3

Thunderbird 3 is 179ft tall, with a wingspan of 70ft, while having a maximum acceleration of 10Gs (over 30,000mph). The drive system is an Ion-drive particle accelerator, with a hybrid electromagnetic/rocket motor. The vessel is in bright red with a white 'THUNDERBIRD' leading back to the dark grey fan-like structure in the middle of the vessel, with three arm-like protrusions on either side of the craft's body, which link up with the three-engine base of the rocket, the number 3 in white on the base. The cockpit is located in the upper-middle of the rocket's body and it has 4 seats, making it the largest cockpit among all the Thunderbirds. Windows form a ring all around the fuselage, and the cockpit can rotate so that anyone can see all around the outside.

Although capable of agile atmospheric flight and handles well in situations where gravity is significant thanks to its powerful thrusters, TB3 lacks wings to generate lift and is primarily designed for space rescue missions, usually only flying straight upwards to space after launching. It can move very freely in space using vernier thrusters built around its whole body to perform delicate maneuvers. The engine array at the base of the rocket includes an incredibly powerful central ion engine for extremely long distance space travel, and three rocket engines surrounding it. Three grapple arms connect the middle of the ship to the three rocket engines, which can be deployed for various uses. The cavities where the arms sit has nozzles, allowing the engines to fire frontward when the arms are deployed. TB3 has highly advanced heat and radiation shielding, allowing it to get very close to the sun without suffering meltdown in its systems. Its ion engines allow travel to other large nearby celestial bodies in a relatively short time. The rocket can travel to the sun in a matter of hours and Jupiter, within a few days; both of which could take months when done conventionally.

Thunderbird 4

Thunderbird Four is the smallest Thunderbird of them all and one that is designed to withstand immense deep sea pressures; this helps grant its immense durability and capacity to explore undersea caves, but it also means it is far from convenient enough for the yellow submarine to go to the danger zone by itself, due to limited range, low speed, and complete inability to travel unless submerged underwater. The craft is 10ft tall, while being 32ft long (34 with the robotic arms), while being 15ft wide. It's cruising speed is 184mph, with a maximum speed of 287mph. Thunderbird 4 can be entered via an underside hatch, which leads straight to the little cockpit (designed for Rin to control), and a door at the back where rescued people and equipment can be put. Bright lights emit from the very front of the vehicle, allowing Rin to see in the deepest and darkest of waters. Thunderbird 4 has many small windows on the sides and underneath the cockpit, and even the backdoor has transparent surfaces, further adding to the freedom of exploration. Thunderbird 4 has a flexible fin and two small engines at the back which allow for surprising speed and agility.( may add more later on)

Thunderbird 5

thunderbird 5 is International Rescue's monitoring satellite space station, moored in a geostationary orbit 22,400 miles above the Pacific Ocean, directly above Tracy Island. Manned by Lily , it has two major roles: the first is to monitor the planet for potential disasters and receive distress calls when these arise, and as such, TB5 is equipped to scan the planet's surface in real time and listen-in on radio chatter regardless of language and location

TB5's utility does not end once a rescue is set in motion, since the satellite's second role is to provide oversight and technical assistance during operations, hacking into and taking control of data networks and their stored information, vehicles and other machinery involved in or vital to the rescue. It also serves as logistical support with John and EOS pulling out whatever information or contact field assistance related to the current mission.

To this end, TB5 is equipped with powerful solar-powered supercomputers with holographic interfaces supplemented

The most unusual and unique Thunderbird, TB5 is not a hands-on rescue machine as a matter of routine, but is nonetheless one of International Rescue's, if not Earth's, most useful and powerful machines. TB5, unlike her sisters, was not designed and built for direct participation in rescues, so when she is called on to do just that, it is often a sign of desperation and just how bad the situation has gotten.

Though not a vehicle in the conventional sense, TB5 can, like many other satellites and space stations, move under its own power. Thrusters allow TB5 to raise or lower its orbit and then resettle into a geostationary situation behind or ahead of its normal mooring point above Tracy Island, allowing John Tracy to better observe a particular point of Earth. Smaller RCS jets allow the satellite to alter its attitude or to move to any point above the Earth.

TB5 is, however, typically in a geostationary orbit directly above Tracy Island to facilitate the best contact with International Rescue's headquarters, and thus it primarily acts as a housing for the powerful digital technology necessary for International Rescue to even function as a lifesaving organisation.

While the full extent of TB5's abilities is unknown, it is clear that it can access the Internet (or 2060's equivalent), digital archives and communications and affect machinery remotely. Its sensor arrays are powerful enough to allow the satellite to receive distress calls from as far as Jupiter. On certain occasions EOS will caution that such actions are violations of one or more codes or laws, and it is a capability open to abuse in the wrong hands. However, TB5 is only ever shown to use such abilities if the outcome saves lives. As such, TB5's systems are never shown to disrespect day-to-day privacy.

The central structure of TB5 is shaped rather like a microphone. Around what would be the "grill" is a toroidal structure containing most of the station's rooms and facilities. This ring spins around in order to generate artificial gravity, explaining how John is able to remain in space for extended periods without suffering the musculoskeletal degradation that can be caused by extended spaceflight. For unexplained reasons, the ring can rotate at a much faster speed than is needed to generate 1G of gravitational force, allowing it to easily go above 25g, and EOS, while hostile, abuses this facility to subject John to extreme G-forces in an attempt to kill him.

Space Elevator and TB3 Docking Port

The outside of the ring is also the place to look for Thunderbird 5's Space Elevator, allowing John to visit Tracy Island at will provided TB5 is in geostationary orbit above the island. This means that the satellite is equipped with (and can store) at least 22,500 miles of cable. EOS comments that this cable is incredibly thin, though John expresses faith in its safety given Brains' tendency to over-engineer everything he designs to ensure near-absolute safety. It is likely, within the 2060 context, that the cable is some form of carbon nano-wire or some material of similar traits or strengths.

Thunderbird 3 is also capable of travelling to and docking with Thunderbird 5, with the TB3 dock at the center of the gravity ring. Three secondary docking ports allow TB3's arms to secure the ship in place more firmly.

The elevator is surrounded by several small boosters and has a claw on the end, allowing it to directly interact with large objects in space (or far down below on Earth) with precision should it ever need to. While its primary purpose is to connect the satellite with Tracy Island, allowing John to easily travel to and from Earth as well as deliver supplies to TB5, i

pod Maker

Pods are small vehicles used by International Rescue that are built with more specific purposes than the Thunderbirds.

There are at least five in total and two carried by Thunderbird 2 within Module 2 and 3 (can be stored in other Modules) one for the cargo bay of Thunderbird 3

While on-board Thunderbirds 2 and 3, robotic arms customize their appearance and abilities by taking off and attaching on various tools and wheels (or other means of mobility) so that they can "become" different rescue vehicles for different uses. These combinations, all uniquely named, tend to have one form, but some may also use different attachments if they require the abilities they grant for a rescue mission. Thunderbird 2 and 3 may also have their own version of the same vehicle concept.

Without attachments, Pods are a rough cylindrical shape and, They can be entered from above by opening the glass roof. Their interior is very small and contains just two seats; one in the front for the driver, and one passenger seat in the back that is big enough to be inconveniently shared by another. They also have on-board computers capable of both taking commands without a driver required and giving commands to a Thunderbird craft. However, as of season 3, the pods used from Thunderbird 2 are green, the pod in Thunderbird 3 is Red a , making the pods the same colour as the Thunderbird that they are associated with.

It can be used for heavy lifting and for fixing airborne machinery. It's also known as the 'Aeronautical Repair Pod'.

.

The Gecko Pod

The Gecko Pod is a land-based repairment vehicle. It sports four (or six) legs that allow it to climb vertical surfaces, and uses small underside arms to fix damages. This combo was also called the 'Repair Pod' by Gordon in Weather or Not.

.

The Foam Stabilization Pod

The Foam Stabilization Pod has the ability to shoot a powerful adhesive onto structures which are about to collapse or are broken. It uses two foam mounted guns on its side to shoot the substance and contains it with four silos at the rear. It has been built with both rotors and caterpillar tracks, for use in the air and on land (the foam works in water as well, seen in Power Play).

The Mountain Pod

.

The Cargo Pod

The Cargo Pod, built with six large wheels, a mechanical arm, and a rear-mounted cargo bay, is capable of transporting equipment to, and evacuating citizens from, danger zones. It's also used by Grandma Tracy for shopping.

.

The Submarine Pods

The Submarine Pods consist of two underwater vehicles with aqua-jets and two robotic arms; they are essentially back-up vehicles for Thunderbird 4 if the former is either out of action or undergoing repairs.

.

The Sherpa Pod

The Sherpa Pod is like the Mole pod, but built with snow in mind. It has a 'heatbank' on its front with tracks at its sides, which enables it to dig very deep inside avalanches. Also, like the Mole pod, it has tracks to carry it to its destination.

.

The Dragonfly Pod

The Dragonfly Pod is a mechanical version of a dragonfly, which enables it to fly into much smaller spaces compared to Thunderbird 2's enormous wing-span. It also capable of flying underground.

.

Thunderbird 3's cargo bay carries one Pod, and it can fly through space using multiple jets fastened to its body, but whether or not it can be driven on the surfaces of planets and moons remains unrevealed.

The Rescue Pod

The Rescue Pod sports a circular docking mechanism on the roof, making it useful for evacuating people from a spaceship and taking them to Thunderbird 3. It can also be equipped with a front-mounted robotic arm that can be used for welding.

.

The Explorer

The space variation of the Explorer is equipped with the Portable Debris Defence Module, which is a laser cannon powerful enough to decimate meteoroids, allowing it to explore extremely hazardous areas.
