*September 2021 - Hudson, New York*

Study Hall teacher Alice Stewart left the house to prepare for school after she came in on yesterday's first day of work. She is on her way there. Before driving to school, she went to Dunkin' Donuts to get some coffee.

Alice: *parking on the spot outside the school and getting out of the car to begin walking inside the hallway while everyone gathers in there as well*

Zoe: *walking around with the bag; she stops walking until she unzips her bag to look at the paper schedule while searching for the first class* Where the hell am I?

Travis: *reading the book while walking in the hallway on the way to the first class*

Kholi: *walking around and looking at Deion and Xavier talking to each other in the hallway*

Later that day, Alice writes something down on the paper while the students chatter around until the gym teacher, Tobias Menziel, enters.

Tobias: How's your life? *arrives*

Sidney: Hey, coach!

Tobias: *waves his hand and comes over to Alice's desk*

Alice: What is this about the time of your life?

Tobias: The first day was rough. I felt like I couldn't take it today.

Alice: Students need to do something for a precious lesson.

Tobias: My boy and I went to the mall yesterday. He could grab many clothes for a lot of money.

Alice: Sheesh, this looks so familiar when he spends expensive money.

Tobias: Lord, have mercy.

Alice: *giggles softly*

Tobias: I'm pretty sure your husband hasn't been banished yet.

Alice: He's still acting like a little worry or...bitchy. *quietly*

Tobias: *hearing*

Sidney: *looks around while the students talking to each other*

Alan: *looks at Sidney* Hey, girl. Don't you want to sit with us?

Sidney: *looks at Alan and his boys* Very funny.

Alan: *smiles softly*

Sidney: *sighs and writing on the list*

In the hallway during the five-minute recess before the next class, Maggie looked at the next class on the schedule while strolling until she got bumped into someone.

Travis: Hey, watch where you are going, girl.

Maggie: Sorry I didn't see you.

Travis: You looked like a professional, dressed up for the first day of school; I'm kindly being experienced as well. I'm not the reason to talk very tough; I'm staying my business.

Maggie: *hearing* What are you talking about?

Travis: It looks like you have lost something. *looks at the schedule paper*

Maggie: Sorry, I got this one.

Travis: I don't feel you don't want to be late.

Maggie: I certainly don't.

Travis: What class do you have next?

Maggie: Literature.

Travis: Holy shit, I got the same.

Maggie: So, do you know where it is?

Travis: I'll follow you. I saw it earlier after I came in here.

Maggie: Wish fulfillment. *follows him*

Travis: I'm trying to give you credit.

The next night at the amusement park, Deion and Xavier enjoy their time while walking around the park and looking for the ride after Xavier gets some popcorn.

Deion: How many times have you been getting to buy this stupid popcorn? You've already ordered this piece of shit for last summer.

Xavier: No one else is saying I have eaten the popcorn yet.

Deion: You're about to get broke, asshole!

Xavier: *hearing*

Deion: Wanna ride with this? *points to the other rollercoaster*

Xavier: I'll stay there and wait.

Deion: You are so lucky. *walks into the ride and sits right next to Veronica*

Veronica: *looks at him*

Deion: There are no more seats. It's packed in this bitch.

Veronica: *hearing*

Deion: Besides, are you scared of this ride?

Veronica: A little bit.

Deion: I'm not afraid of it. I'm right here.

Veronica: *hearing*

Deion and Veronica enjoy the ride while Xavier waits for him as he looks at the phone, texts someone, and sees them come out.

Xavier: Give me a break. Don't tell me you bring some girl.

Deion: Some girl? *looks at him* My apology. He's my crazy-ass friend, Xavier. Xavier, this is Veronica. *looks at Veronica*

Xavier: *nods softly* What's up?

Veronica: What's up?

The next day in high school, the Reading/Writing teacher taught the students to review the same lesson from the first week and continue. Liliana is still listening to the teacher while looking at the book to find the chapter, while Zoe is in the same class as her. She had something going on with her mind as she was still teaching a good lesson.

Zoe: *while listening to the teachers taking out the notepads in her bag to put on the desk right next to the reading book and thinking about her brain to figure it out to write it out when it comes to the next idea*
