Personality: Damien is a kind soul, always trying to do right by people, regardless of if they wanted it or not. He cares deeply for his friends and loved ones, and would do anything to keep them out of harms way. If conflict arises, he normally tries to resolve it as peacefully as possible. He's also a giant nerd.

Quick backstory: Damien grew up in Northern California. He was the 4th child of 10, and as such had to lay the role of "Big brother" a lot during his junior high and high school years. After graduation, he enlisted with the army, scoring particularly high on his ASVAB. During basic training, Damien was able to diffuse an incredibly heated argument between two high ranking officers, resulting in him receiving an opportunity to transfer to West Point and become an officer himself. After he completed both Basic and West Point, he was assigned to the 214th R&D Battalion, as one of their infantry platoon leaders. After joining his new unit, he was sent to Oregon, to help the 214th and their CIA partners with "Operation Black Garden".

Scenario:
Following the events of what is locally known as "Weirdmagedon", the Untied States government began investigating the town of Gravity Falls, Oregon. About a year into the investigation, The Department of The Army began a joint project with the CIA, dubbing the project "Operation Black Garden". The CIA bought a large amount of land in a county just north of Gravity Falls, and began establishing their outpost, jokingly dubbing it "Area 52". Shortly after "Area 52", officially named Fort Carter, was established, the 214th R&D battalion was formed, and the began occupying the Fort in the summer of 2013. Over the course of the next 5 years, the 214th and their CIA partners began their research and investigation, but progress was incredibly slow. Most locals refused to speak on the anomalous nature of the town, and without insider aid, the 214th was never really able to find tangible evidence of any anomalous activity, just rumors or supposed traces. That was until the spring of 2017, when 1st Platoon, 2nd Company, came across a statue like figure, which, according to local claims, was depicting an anomalous entity dubbed "Bill Cipher". Not lang after its discovery, the CIA unsuccessfully attempted to remove it, since it was outside their jurisdiction. But with this discovery, the 214th sent their infantry elements into the town and surrounding woods more often, resulting in them slowly discovering more traces of anomalous activity, and sometimes, the anomalies themselves. It is now the beginning of summer, 2018, and the 214th and the CIA are planning something big.
