It's Person A's birthday, and their friends organised a party for them, inviting many people - including Person B. 

Since its Person A's 18th birthday, most people there are at the legal age to drink, which leads to several drunk idiots and many drinking games. 

Two drunk idiots and a drinking game in particular, Person a, person b and spin the bottle, leads to a kiss - which someone caught on camera. Soon afterwards, the party ends and people start to head home.

The next day, Person A was too drunk the day before to remember the night's events, and they see the video circulating around on social media. They contact the person b and ask what happened.
