Mitch's POV

I'm sitting on my bed scrolling through Tumblr as I heard the front door open and slam shut. I walk down stairs to see that it was only Scott. He finally comes home after two hours at Avi's apartment. Something's up with Scott though. He has this huge smile on his face and he's so full of energy. He could practically skip around the apartment like a little 7-year old girl.

"Hey Scott. What's got you in such a good mood?"

"Oh nothing" he said with a big grin on his face.

"Oh nothing" I repeated mockingly. "It's definitely something Scottie Boy 'cause I haven't seen you this energetic for months now. Oh trust honey, something must have happened to you. Whatever it is, I'm gonna get to the bottom of this whether you want me to or not."

"That's what I'm afraid of" Scott whispered.

"What was that?"

"Nothing nothing" he said again. I started to give him the 'I Know You're Lying' look but I quickly brushed it off. "So what have you been up to since I left?" he asked, trying to change the subject.

"Oh, me and Kirstie went shopping and I bought a new Acne jacket."

"Aww!! You didn't buy me one??" Scott asked me like a child.

"I didn't think you wanted one. But, next time, I'll but you one. Is that ok?"

Scott nodded his head like a child and walked over to the kitchen and got some water out of the refrigerator.

"Sooo, what happened at Avi's? How's he doing?" As soon as I finished my sentence, I looked over at Scott. He was blushing so hard right now. "Are you ok Scottie? You're blushing pretty bad right now" I asked with amusement. Scott's eyes widened to the size of sea dollars as he slowly placed his hands to his face. I couldn't help but to laugh at the sight of my best friend/sister blushing. I have a feeling something happened at Avi's.

"Avi is doing better like I had said before...and we didn't really do anything we had some breakfast and watched the SpongeBob Movie" Scott says with a smile on his face.

"You watched the SpongeBob Movie without me?! How dare you??" I sassed at him with fake shock.

"I'm sorry Queen. Next time I'll bring ya. Ok?"

"Ok" I said as I smiled at my bestie. Out of nowhere I started to yawn. (A/N just typing that sentence made me yawn lol :-)) I checked the time on my phone and it said 2:45 p.m. I don't know why I'm so tired all of a sudden. Maybe I just need to take a quick nap or something, I thought to myself.

"You're tired already Mitchie?"

"Yeah. I think I'm going to take a nap."

"Ok Mitch. Sleep tight."

"Thanks Scottie." I walked quietly to my room and I thought to myself Something definitely happened at Avi's...but what could it be? I have this feeling that Scott has a thing for Avi. Could I be right? I don't know. Maybe I'm just over-thinking their relationship. They are good friends. You know what...I could be over-thinking things. I slowly got in my room and got in my bed. Within minutes I was knocked out.

A/N - I know this chapter is short.  I'm trying to create a smooth transition in this story. But I'm trying my best to continue this story is my spare time. School is not doing this story any justice. I'm thinking Avi and Scott's "secret" should be found out by a certain person. What do you guys think??
