I was walking to my friends birthday party, when I totally forgot to bring a present

A shit, what do I do now

I looked around to see if I could make something really quick, but obviously I was outside so there's was nothing, until I noticed a small teddy bear that read in the back

'Home is where the heart is'

Oooook that's not creepy at all.

I quickly went rushing back to my house and grabbed a bag and stuffed it with some colorful paper. Then continued my journey to my friends house. I got there and I put the bag next to all the present and went to go party with my friends. Then After an hour or more, the party ended and we all went home.

The next morning everyone was panicking and rambling about last night and how a girls heart was carved out of her body. I turned on the tv and IT WAS MY FIREND!!

I quickly rushed to her house and saw her parents crying and her body being carried away by the ambulance. I rush to her when I hear her mother call out

"YOU KILLED MY DAUGHTER!"

"W-what?!"

"YOU GAVE HER THAT BEAR. SHE DIED NEXT TO IT. HER HEART STUFFED IN THE BEAR!"

She then started walking towards me like a psycho when her husband held her,

"SHE KILLED KILLED DAUGHTER DAVID!" She said crying onto her husbands shoulder

After the situation finally calmed down the police arrived at our house,

"Evening officers how may I-"

"We're looking for you daughter, someone filed a murder saying that your daughter killed Mr and Mrs Waters daughter later yesterday night after her birthday party"

"My daughter was here all night after the party ended"

"Well we have reason to believe that your daughter did kill Mrs Waters daughter because of the bear that she gave her that night"

"Impossible let me speak to my-" They cut off my mother by shoving her and heading up stairs towards my room, but before they could find anything me I quickly packed some clothes and made an escape through the window.

"She's headed for the woods, we need some backup!"

I made my way rushing to my tree house that my father built for me as a child but I never really played with it as I grew older.

When I finally lost them I climbed down from the tree and found the most strangest thing. The bear I gave to Zoe that night at her party only this time it was red and in the back it said

'Am watching you'

I quickly dropped that bear and ran. I ran as fast as my legs could carry me not looking back, but I kept hearing whispers and voices saying

"Home is where the heart is!" Getting louder and louder as my speed kept increasing

"HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS!!"

I finally came to a stop and the voice went silent. When I see a figure coming from the  darkness

"H-hello?"

"Home is where the heart is" It said faint coming closer

"W-what?" I said stepping back

"Home is where the heart is" it said a little louder taking another step forward

"..."

"HOME IS WHERE THE HEART IS!!" It said inches away from my face grabbing my neck and pulling me up

"P-please.....p..put me......d...down" I say struggling as I feel my throat shutting out on me and it pulling on my chest ripping my heart straight out, and I taking my last breath.

It then dragged my body to my house down to my basement. Piles and piles of bodies, it then chopped my body up into little pieces and grabbed a bear and stuffed my remains in it. Then grabbing a jar and putting it inside the bear with my heart in it. Cutting up the middle of the bear so it could be see through. My heart showing and in the back saying

'Home is where the heart is'
