Sorry it was from a movie that I watched all long time ago and I forgot the movie name.

A lady was arrested for killing a young boy after laughing at one of her puppet shows and took out his tongue and turned him into a puppet. A few decades the old lady is a ghost and remove the tongue of everyone that screams at her sight. Instantly killing them. Here is the poem:

Beware the stare of Mary Shaw
She had no children, only dolls
And if you see her in your dreams
Be sure to never, ever scream
Or she'll rip your tongue out at the seam.
