"There!" I exclaimed setting my pencil down and tilting the picture towards Niall. I had just finished the drawing and I loved how it had come out. It perfectly captured the joy on their faces, and made you feel hopeful.

"Wow. That's amazing! You are so talented Jess." He said his eyes wide.

"Thanks, I'm not that good though." I said blushing.

"Your welcome. Yes you are!" He argued.

"Whatever you say." I waved my hand dismissing it.

"Are you ready to go back?" He asked totally changing the topic.

"Uh... I was actually going to stay a bit longer."

"Okay! We can stay, actually. Do you want me to go pick up some lunch or something?" He fiddled with his car keys from nervousness I assume.

"Sure! That would be fantastic." It would be nice to have a picnic with my favorite guy.

"Okay, I'll go get something see you." He smiled and leaned down to give me a little kiss.

"Bye." I smiled as I watched him go. He looked back before getting in his car and gave a smile and wave. I returned it and went back to my drawing once he had pulled away.

This time I drew a tree, boring right? There was bird perched on one of the highest branches and I made sure to include it in the drawing. I hummed a little while I sketched to pass the time, and before I knew it I heard Niall's voice calling.

I flipped my sketchbook closed and walked over to where he was laying out a blanket for our picnic. I set my stuff down and helped him because he wasn't getting very far. He would lay a corner down then a breeze would come.

"Thanks." He said once we had layed it out and quickly sat on it so it wouldn't drift away in the breeze.

"Of course, now what did you bring?" I asked with a smile. Hopefully nothing with to many calories I thought.

"I brought us some Chipotle!" He picked up the bag and showcased it in front of me.

"Yumm!" I exclaimed, I had to admit Chipotle was one of my favorite restaurants, not that I went out to eat much. But when I did venture out.

"Thought you would like it." He said with a chuckle.

"Well you were right." I laughed along with him.

He got out our burritos and placed them on the blanket. I took one and opened it up, the smell was absolutely heavenly.

"Mmmm this smells so good." I said letting the warm smell fill my nose.

"I know it does." Niall said opening his burrito also.

I took a small bite to see what kind it was. It was my favorite chicken and rice. How he knew, I have no idea. Since we had never been to chipotle before.

"This is amazing." I mumbled around a mouthful of burrito.

"Yes. I'm glad you like it." He said barely understandable around his burrito.

I nodded as not to interrupt my eating for another word. we munched happily on our burritos in silence.

"Want to head back?" Niall asked after crinkling up his wrapper and throwing it in the nearby trashcan.

"Sure sounds good." I smiled and did the same with my trash.

"Okay let's go." He smiled and grabbed my hand.

We folded up the blanket which he then layed over his arm, and I gathered all my things. We walked over and got in his car.

"Why'd you bring your car? I just walk here." I wondered setting my things on the floor.

"Oh, I don't know. Wasn't really thinking about walking."

"Oh okay." I smiled as the radio started playing one of my favorite songs. I turned it up and started getting in the groove.

"Man, we got here to soon." I said laughing as we pulled up.

"Sorry, we can have a dance party later." He said with a smile.

"Of course! Do you have any other plans for the day?" I questioned, trying to figure out what to do with the rest of my day.

"Not really, I think me and the boys have a interview tonight, but other then that not much." He shrugged as he said it, and I nodded.

"Maybe we could do something together." I suggested.

"Of course." He smiled and opened the car door reminding me we had arrived at the house.

I got out and pushed my door shut behind me. I slung my bag over my shoulder and walked in the door.

"Hey Lou." I said waving towards Louis who was sitting at the kitchen table.

"Hey Jess. How was the park?" He asked smiling.

"It was great. See what I drew." I pulled out my sketchbook and flipped it open to the page. I showed it to him and his eyes widened.

"Wow! I didn't know you could draw like that. That's amazing Jess." He took it from my hands and looked at it closer.

"Thanks." I said blushing at his flattery.

"Of course. It's true, you should enter an art contest or something." He was being totally honest I could see, and I was kind of surprised. I had never thought of an art contest, but maybe I could. I doubt I would get that far considering other people's talents.

"Maybe." I murmured pondering the idea.

"Well here you go laddie." He said in a Irish accent.

"Thanks." I said chuckling at his imitation of an Irish accent, it was quite good to be honest.

I put all my stuff upstairs wondering where Niall had gotten to. He was there one minute gone the next. I knocked on his door on the way down, but to no response.

I went downstairs and spotted him talking to Harry on the couch. I smiled and walked over to them. I had decided to keep my sketchbook with me to show Harry and Liam wherever he was.

"Hey boys." I said plopping myself down beside Harry.

"Hey Jess. May I see this famous drawing?" Harry asked.

"Famous? Oh come on it's not that good." I said rolling my eyes at Niall who obviously told him about it.

I showed it to him and he actually gasped. It was a few seconds before he spoke, I didn't think it was that shocking.

"Wow." Was his only word.

"Good wow?" I asked though I don't see why he would think it was bad.

"Yes. That's amazing."

"Thanks, Louis was saying about entering it into an art contest." I said with a shrug.

"You definately should!" Niall exclaimed.

"You think, of course  you should Jess." Harry said beaming." You are a real artist."

"Thanks so much." I was smiling widely also I was so happy that they thought I had a talent.

"Now we where just going to go to the mall for a bit if you wanted to come." Niall said throwing a questioning look my way

"Of course I'd love to come." I hadn't been to the mall in a while, and I could use a new pair of jeans mine were starting to get worn.

"Okay, we'll leave in a few minutes." Niall said getting up.

"Okay." I headed upstairs I needed to change. I changed my outfit into something more fit for going out in, and added a touch of mascara to my lashed before heading back downstairs.

We all four hopped in Niall's car and he drove away to the mall.

"Where's Liam?" I asked the question that had been bothering me since I had come in the door and not seen him anywhere.

"He went out a little bit ago, I'm not sure for what though." Harry said from the front seat.

"Okay, just wondering." I said smiling.

I pulled out my phone and tuned out their chatter. I sent a quick text to Liam asking where he was. He responded within the minute saying he was out for a run. I laughed to myself and replied asking him how he could run and text. He responded saying he was on a break.

I laughed to myself and some may have gotten out loud because Louis gave me a weird look. I pointed to my phone.

"What's so funny?" He asked a smirk on his face." I have to know the joke."

"I just texted Liam and he said this." I showed him the phone and he burst out laughing a few seconds later.

"That's good." He said between laughs. Apparently it had tickled a funnier bone in Louis then in me I thought smiling. The front two were oblivious as to what we were laughing about, and apparently they didn't care because they didn't ask.

We spent the afternoon just chilling at the mall which was so much fun. It was a nice way to spend a day and not at all stressful. I loved how carefree I was now with the boys, I was proud of myself for coming this far. I really had been through a lot, but the thing is I kept going and soon I'm sure I would be back to normal.
