The ride home felt longer then an hour unlike the ride there. I had trouble falling asleep, so I was in a half awake and half asleep state the whole way. The boys were talking amongst themselves quietly, which I appreciated. At least they were trying to not wake me, even though I wasn't really asleep.

"Jess we're here." Niall said gently shaking my shoulder.

"I'm awake." I opened my eyes and sat up.

"Oh okay." He said looking surprised.

"Yeah, I was half asleep the whole way it was torture." I mumbled rubbing my eyes and blinking to get adjusted to the light.

"Oh that stinks I was awake the whole time." He said climbing out.

"Fun." I got out behind him and shut the door. The car was empty so I guessed everyone except Niall and I had already gone inside." Can I just fall asleep now?" I was so tired and felt I might fall asleep walking.

"No... When we get inside though." Niall said laughing at my sleepy voice.

We got inside, I managed to stay awake yay for me, and walked upstairs. The other boys weren't downstairs, and Louis was probably too tired to be loud so it was quiet.

"Good night Jess." Niall said when we reached my door.

"Good night Niall." I said looking at him for the first time. His blond hair was messed up, and he looked sleepy, which made him look super cute.

He stepped closer and leaned down to peck me on the lips. He pulled away smiling and went into his room.

I was still smiling from his kiss, if you could call it that, it was more of a light peck. Whatever though it still made me happy.

I took my clothes off and threw them in my hamper before jumping into bed. All I had on was my bra and underwear, but who cares it was hot in my room anyway. I fell asleep a few minutes after I had pulled the covers up.

"Morning sunshine." Niall said, I could tell from his accent, which in the morning was cute. I felt the bed dip were he sat.

I opened my eyes and was met by his smiling face.

"Hey." I said softly.

"How did you sleep?"

"I slept great! What time is it anyway?" I wondered.

"It's 9:00."

"Really? Wow I really slept in." I was surprised it felt like 7:00 still.

"Yep you did." He said chuckling.

"How did you sleep?"

"I slept decent, I was up at 7:00 though and couldn't fall back to sleep." He sighed and I saw how tired he looked. His eyes were rimmed in red and it looked as if he was trying to stifle a yawn.

"Aww. Is anyone else awake?" I felt bad that he hadn't gotten to sleep well, we all hated nights like that.

"No, not yet. They probably won't be up for a while."

"You wanna watch something?" I said moving over.

"Sure." He suddenly looked down and blushed.

"Wha- oh gosh sorry." I said blushing bright red. I had forgotten I didn't have a shirt on. I quickly pulled the covers over my chest. I know some people might be fine in their bra, but I certainly wasn't.

"It's okay you want a shirt?" He asked his face still flushed.

"Yeah could you grab one out of my drawer a pair of pants too please. Sorry, I was super hot last night, and too tired to put clothes on." I laughed at the last part of my sentence.

"Sure." He went over and opened my dresser while laughing." This good?" He was holding up a Pink shirt, and a matching pair of sweatpants. I had completely forgotten about that outfit, I wasn't even sure it still fit.

"Yeah it'll be good. Mind turning around?"

"Yeah, here you go." He tossed them to me and turned around so he was facing the door.

I got out of bed and quickly slipped on the clothes. They were a bit tight, but other then that they were comfy.

"Okay I'm good." I said laying back down in bed.

"You look nice." He came over and layed beside me.

"Thanks." I blushed, I really didn't though, my hair was probably a disaster.

"Your welcome."

"What should we watch?" I grabbed my remote and turned on the TV.

"Doesn't matter whatever's on I guess."

"Okay." I flicked through the channels until I found a good show. I ended up turning on a rerun of Downtown Abby." Have you ever seen this?"

"Yeah, it's good." He looked over and smiled when I caught his eyes.

"Okay." I set the remote down and leaned into his side. He wrapped his arm around me and I could hear his heart beating steadily in his chest. It was a reassuring and calming sound.

We ended up watching the rest of the show, which was about thirty minutes. I shut off the TV and got up immediately missing the warmth from being so close to Niall.

"I'm gonna hop in the shower you're welcome to stay if you want." I said grabbing my clothes and heading into the bathroom.

"I'm going to go get changed actually." He said giving me a wave.

"Okay see you for breakfast."

He walked out and shut the door. I closed and locked the bathroom door and took my shower. I relished in the warmness a few moments before shutting off the water and hopping out. I dried my hair and wrapped it up in a towel. I slipped my clothes on and walked out. I did a little makeup and unwrapped my hair. My hair as thin as it was, was only a little damp. I brushed through it, and braided it to the side.

I headed downstairs into the kitchen. There was some banging of pots, so somebody had to be up. I walked into the kitchen. Niall was standing by the stove with a pan in his hand, and a carton of eggs beside him on the counter.

"What are you doing?"

"Well I just got down here a few minutes ago so I didn't start the eggs yet." He said turning the stove on so the pan would warm up.

Breakfast was good, like always, and afterward El and I decided to hang out at the park for a little bit. Considering this was her last day here. I was getting my shoes on, while feeling so guilty. I knew I had to tell her before she left, I just couldn't find the words.

I laced up my last shoe and went downstairs to wait for her. Only a few minutes later she came down the stairs laughing at something Louis, who was walking beside her, had said.

"Hey El." I said as she reached the bottom.

"Hey Jess! You ready to go?" She grabbed her purse off the table and I heard car keys jangle in her pocket.

"Yep, as long as you are."

"I'm all set so let's go." She hugged Louis and gave him a little peck on the cheek.

"Bye girls." Louis said normal volume for once.

"See ya." I called out over my shoulder as I walked towards the door.

El walked beside me and when we got to the car she went to her side and I got in the passenger seat.

"Ready for the last time for a while?" She asked with a sad smile.

"Yeah, I'm really gonna miss you." I replied mirroring her expression.

"Actually, why don't we walk there?" She asked. And I guess she was right I'd walked there with Niall before and it wasn't that far.

"Okay let's." I got out of the car and met her at the front.

We walked to the park, which didn't take long, chatting about random things. It was different come to think of it me and El had never talked much to each other about our childhoods.

"Can I tell you something?" I said fiddling with my hands. It reminded me of when I told Niall I only hoped she reacted like he did.

"Of course anything." We sat side by side on a bench.

"Well I cut myself." I said in one big breath not meeting her eyes.

"When and why?" She asked sadness obvious in her voice. She turned over my wrists and pushed up my sleeve so she could see the cuts.

"About a week ago or so and I've been doing it ever since I was 14 or so. Why? Because my whole life, I'm always being told I'm not good enough or I'm not pretty enough, and after five years of that, well longer actually, it sort of gets to you."

"Jess, thanks for telling me, but please promise me you'll stop." She pleaded looking at !e with sad eyes.

"Okay I promise." I said. I wasn't sure it was a promise I could keep, but I would try my best to.

"Thank you." She hugged me tightly.

"Your welcome."

"Have you told everyone?" She asked me with a raised eyebrow.

"No, I told Louis, Niall, and you. Liam and Harry don't know yet. I'm scared to tell them." I bit my lip nervously.

"I see, well I'm sure they'll be okay. You should tell them soon."

"Yeah, maybe later today. So your leaving tommorow right?" I said changing the subject although her leaving was no better really.

"Yep my flights at 6:30 in the evening so I'll have most of the day free."

"Okay. Good I didn't want to take you away from time with Louis."

"What? No, Jess its all good." She said with a pat on my shoulder." You want to walk around a bit more?"

"Sure let's go."

She grabbed my hand and pulled me along with her as she skipped through the park.

It was fun spending time with her, and my confession changed absolutely nothing between us, which I was so glad for. The rest of the morning I spent with El, after our time at the park we went to get soft pretzels and smoothies at the mall.

All in all it was a great time. We got home around lunch time, and went inside to see where the boys were. I was still finishing my smoothie, and El had just finished hers.

"Here I'll take that." I said taking her cup and throwing it in the trash while she set her purse on the table.

"Thanks." She pulled out her phone and tapped it a few times." Well looks like the boys went out for lunch without inviting us." She put her phone away and sighed." What do you want for lunch?"

"Oh how nice of them to wait for us." I said sarcastically." Well we could go surprise them at the restraint. Where did they go to eat anyway?"

"Where do you think?" She asked and I immediately knew it was Nandos. If Niall had any say in it it was always Nandos he was a bit obsessed with it.

"Well want to go surprise them?" I asked.

"Sure why not, and of course we'll grab a little something also." She grabbed her purse again and we walked out to the car.

We drove to Nandos and walked in. I looked around and immediately spotted the boys in their normal corner. They were being quite rowdy to, so this is how they acted when us girls weren't around.

"Let's go scare them." El said with a laugh.

"Okay let's go."

We snuck up behind them, which wasn't hard they were so focused on eating and chatting they didn't hear or see us.

"BOO!" El said placing her hands on Louis' shoulders.

"AHHH." He screamed jumping and dropping whatever it was he was eating.

"Well it's nice to see you girls." Liam said continuing to eat.

"Yeah, I can't believe you went to lunch without us." El said crossing her arms over her chest with a pout.

"Sorry, we thought you were going to lunch together." Harry said.

I looked at Niall and, as I guessed, he was to busy stuffing his mouth to speak.

"Sure." El said sarcastically I knew she was just kidding around. She wasn't that upset that they hadn't invited us.

"Well care to join us since you're already here?" Louis asked craning his neck to look at El and me.

"Sure may as well." El said sliding in the both beside Louis.

"You can sit here." Niall said patting the empty seat beside him.

I sat down and looked at what Niall had left on his plate. Surprisingly he still had pretty much, I guess he hadn't been eating long.

"So how was your morning?" He asked looking at me while shoveling in the food.

"It was good." I said quietly, I didn't know why, but all of a sudden I felt really shy and insecure.

"That's good. You want something to eat?"

"Nah I'm not hungry, I just had a smoothie and pretzel I'll eat a little something later." I said fiddling nervously with my hands.

I wasn't listening to the rest of the conversations going around me and Niall. So I had no idea what they were laughing at a few moments later. I looked up and Liam, Louis, and El were laughing and looking at me.

I immediately looked down, I guess they thought I was just stupid and something to laugh at. I got up and went towards the bathroom trying to hold the tears in.

"Where you going Jess?" Niall asked concern in his voice.

"Bathroom." I managed to get out. I walked quickly the rest of the way there and locked myself in a stall. I started silently crying my face in my hands. I hated getting all insecure, and I know I could be wrong,but it seemed as if they were laughing at me.

I wiped my eyes and nose and took a few deep breaths to calm myself. I unlocked the door and walked out. I looked in the mirror and leaned over the sink. I splashed some cool water on my face and dried it with a paper towel.

I smiled at the mirror making sure it looked genuine and walked out. I took one last deep breath and headed back over to the table.

Everyone looked as I sat beside Niall. I immediately looked down uncomfortable because of their looks.

"Hey Jess." El said.

"Hey." I said without looking up.

"You sure you don't want anything?" Niall asked as he finished off the last few bites.

"I'm good." I replied.

"Okay well are we ready to go?" Liam asked.

"Yep." Louis said excitedly apparently answering for everyone.

We left and I still had the feeling they had been laughing at me, but I was to shy to ask. I rode with Niall in his car, apparently they had all taken different cars. For who knows what reason.

"Hey are you all right?" Niall asked as we drove on the highway.

"Yeah." I said barely above a whisper.

"Really? You don't seem yourself."

"I'm fine really." I said more firmly.

"Okay, just please don't shut me out when I try to ask what's wrong." He looked over at me and I saw the worry in his eyes.

"Okay, I won't." I lied I didn't want to tell him how I was feeling. It was dumb I was being insecure for no reason whatsoever.

He didn't say anything, but placed his hand over my smaller one keeping one hand on the wheel. The small gesture made me smile. He was such a sweet guy, maybe later I would tell him. He definitely deserved a better girlfriend then me. That's for sure.
