Tera announces as they pull up into the apartment complex, "Only a few hours until guests will be arriving. Have you told the doorman about the party?"

Stormy shakes her head and pulls into her spot in the parking bay.

"How about you take everything up stairs and I will go and see the doorman?" asks Stormy.

Tera nods and starts to grab as much as she can from Stormy's car. She gets Stormy to give her the car keys and heads off to the elevator. Stormy jumps out of the elevator on the ground floor and Tera begins her way up to their level. Once there she bangs on the apartment door until Bailey comes and answers it.

"Hey girl, drop them there and I will bring them in while you go and get the rest."

Tera drops the bags down and rushes back to the elevator.  She stops on the ground level to see if Stormy was done.

Tera can see her sister still chatting away to the doorman.

She walks over and over hears her sister, "So if you could just let all the people upstairs for the party, you would be so amazing."

She giggles and twirls her hair. Stormy blows him a kiss and batters her eyes, as she walks away.

Tera follows her back to the elevator and says, "Did you have to act like that with him?"

"Like what?"

Tera nudges and mimics her, " So if you could just let all the people upstairs for the party, you would be so amazing." She twirls her hair as she pushes the down button.

Stormy pushes her and retorts, "I didn't sound like that."

"You like so did."

The elevator reaches the car park and the girls rush back to Stormys car. Tera grabs the last of the bags while Stormy grabs the only things she truly cares about, her alcohol.  The girls quickly take everything up to the apartment. Bailey is waiting at the door to take some bags from Tera. Tera places all the groceries on the ground near the bench whilst Stormy starts to pack their cruisers into the fridge. Stormy looks out to the deck and sees Jake setting up.

"Yo, DJ boy. What up?" Yells Stormy as she rushes out to the deck.

Jake rushes over, picks her up and spins her around.

"Long time no see shortie," tantalizes Jake as he puts her back on the ground.

She smiles, "I know right. Is this your costume for the party?"

"No, I will be getting into that just as guests are arriving. You going to help me on the decks tonight?" Questions Jake.

Stormy laughs and shakes her head.

"I'm sure you will. Better let you get go back to setting up," announces Jake as he walks back to his set up.

Stormy smiles and walks back into the kitchen, where Tera is taking the groceries out of the bags.

"Who wants to get ready first?" Asks Bailey as she starts putting chips into containers.

Tera looks up and asks, "Storm, do you want to?"

Stormy shakes her head and looks at Bailey, who also shakes her head.

Tera smiles, "I guess I will then."

Tera races up stairs, slams her door and chucks her French maid costume on to her bed. While Tera is getting ready, Bailey and Stormy start placing chips in bowls and begins placing them around the apartment. Along with the chips, the girls place some random dips with them.

"Jake, chuck some tunes on," yells Bailey. He nods and plays "I'm Sexy and I Know It" by LMFAO.

Tera has put her French maid costume on and is now searching through her shoes to find her cute black peep toes heels that have little bows at the end of them. She finds them at the back of her shoe pile and chucks them on. Tera looks at herself in the mirror and takes out her fishtail braid. She brushes her hair and lets her hair full on to her shoulders.

There was a black headband in the shopping bag with a black bow on it, she puts that in her hair and ruffles up her curls from the braid. Staring back at her in the mirror, was this very outgoing confident girl. Dressed in a French maid costume, that has two white garters with black bows on them and a fluffy duster.

I look amazing, and so hot. The one night other than our birthday, Halloween, where it is acceptable for me to dress like this, thinks Tera as she smiles at her reflection.

Tera can hear the music already pumping downstairs and rushes back to her sister and best friend. As she walks downstairs, she watches Stormy and Baileys mouths drop open in shock.

Stormy whistles at Tera, "Oh baby, you are smoking hot!"

Bailey nods eagerly.

Tera blushes, "Stop it, I look alright."

"Don't be modest, you look so sexy and naughty right now," says Stormy as she fans herself.

Tera laughs and heads over to the fridge. She pulls out a red cruiser and begins to drink.

"That a girl," says Bailey.

Tera shakes her head and drinks her drink.

"I'm going to go and get ready now," says Stormy as she runs upstairs.

Tera and Bailey finish up putting the food out. Bailey gazes at the clock on the wall and rolls her eyes.

"Only half an hour until everyone will be here," declares Bailey.

"Just go and get ready Bails," says Tera as she takes a seat at the bench.

"Are you sure?" asks Bailey. Tera nods and Bailey runs upstairs.

Stormy was busy getting ready in her room, when her phone started to ring. She looked at it to see Connor calling her.

"You better not be calling to say you aren't coming," answers Stormy as she puts her phone on loudspeaker.

She puts on her black mini skirt and the police shirt from the costume. She makes sure that her boobs are practically bouncing out of the shirt by leaving a few buttons open.

"No, I would never cancel. Just checking to see if you were dressed in something naughty yet?" Asks Connor.

Stormy laughs, "Yes but you will have to wait to see it."

"Be there in half an hour to see it," responds Connor as he hangs up the phone.

Stormy releases her hair from the braid and it falls onto her shoulders. She puts on her police cap, places her fake gun in the top of her skirt and chucks her handcuffs down her bra. She does a quick mirror check and notices how hot she looks.

She walks down stairs to her sister and Tera says, "Fuck me, you little minx."

She laughs, "Stop it," as she flicks her hair back.

Stormy steals her sister's drink and gulps it down.

"Hey, get your own one," says Tera as she slaps her.

Stormy shakes her head and grabs Tera another drink out.

"Here you go," as she hands the drink to Tera.

Bailey walks down stairs in her cute schoolgirl outfit, with her hair in piggy tails and her skirt just below her bottom.

"Holy crap, you look hot Storm," says Bailey as she notices Stormy.

Stormy winks at her and grabs herself a vodka cruiser out of the fridge.

"Bails, you look so cute in your schoolgirl outfit," says Tera as she takes a sip of her cruiser.

"Come here my sexy best friend, let's get this party started, " says Stormy as she hugs Bailey.

Tera hears a knock at the door and opens the door to find Seth and Toby. Seth is dressed as a firefighter and Toby is dressed as an army man.

Seth says to Tera, "Wow baby, feel free to give my pipe a cleaning later."

Tera winks at him. Toby and Seth walk inside; Tera leaves the door open for any other party goers, who will be arriving soon.

"Thanks Seth, do you like Toby?" She asks.

"Yeah you look hot, where is your sister?"

"I don't know where she is, but you want to dance with me?"

"Sure but I thought you would like to dance with Seth."

"I do but I would like to dance with you first," as she grabs Toby by the hand and pulls him out to to the deck; where Stormy is making her fire and Bailey is chucking clouds in the pool.

More people are starting to arrive in their costumes.  Oscar is one of them and he is dressed up as a doctor. Connor walked in behind him and Stormy had to do a double take.

"Hey Connor, you and him look alike," says Stormy, as she points back and forth between him and Oscar.

Connor and Oscar laugh at each other. Connor replies, "That's my twin, Oscar. He works with your sister."

Stormy smiles and gives Oscar a hug. She looks back to Connor and asks, "What are you meant to be? I get that he is a doctor, what are you?"

"I'm a sailor, forgot to put my hat on," says Connor as he puts his sailors hat on.

She smiles and hugs him.  Stormy invites them in and tells Oscar, "I think Tera is out near the deck."

Oscar nods and starts to head out there. Oscar finds her dirty dancing all over Toby. Stormy looks around for her sister and sees Seth all by himself with no Toby. She finds Tera on the dance floor with some guys hands all over hips. She goes over for a closer look and finds Toby's hands on her sister's hips.

"Toby what are you doing?" Demands Stormy as she pushes him away from Tera.

"His dancing with me, got a problem with that?" Bitches Tera.

"Actually yes I do, now get away from him."

"No I can dance with who ever I want," as she pulls Toby in close and kisses him.

"You bitch! You know I like him," slaps Stormy.

"Look, you told me to have more fun. And that's me having fun. So deal with it," as she starts to dance all over Oscar.

"All of a sudden you have turned into a little S-L-U-T."

"And you aren't?" Yells Tera as she drops it low on Oscar.

She waves for Seth to come and join her. Seth walks over and Tera places his hands on her hips where Toby's hands were.

Stormy grabs Toby by the arm and leads him away from her sister.

"I'm so sorry about that Toby. I don't know why she is acting like that. That's not how she really is usually I promise," as she sits down on the stairs.

Toby takes a seat next to her, "It's ok. I know she is not really like that. I didn't really like the kiss she gave me. I didn't mean to dance with her, she just made me."

"Yeah, I hope she stops acting like this," as she gets up to grab another drink. She notices Tera guzzling down drinks.

"Where are you going?" Asks Toby.

"I'm going to grab a drink. Be right back."

She picks up a drink out of the fridge and notices that Tera was now dirty dancing all over Seth and Oscar. As she was about to walk away, someone stops in her way.

"Move," screeches Stormy.

"That's not how you are supposed to treat a guest in your house," teases Connor.

"Connor, don't be like that right now," as she hugs him.

"If you say so, dance with me?" Asks Connor as he points to the dance floor.

Tera notices that Stormy was looking at her and the boys; so she gives her a little wave and makes the tap in the sink start gushing out water.

"That bitch."

"Huh?" Queries Connor.

"Oh nothing," as her powers make the lights flicker on and off.

Tera makes all the chips scatter across the floor and makes the upstairs bathroom start to overflow. Somebody upstairs screams, "The tap is overflowing."

Tera walks over to her sister, "Why are you staring at me?"

"Tera, why are you acting like a massive bitch?"

"I'm sick of only ever being seen as the goody two shoes little innocent girl. It's time for me to have some fun with these powers off ours, don't you think so?" Asks Tera as she twists her hand.

"Not tonight, any other night yeah but not tonight. Stop it Tera before someone gets hurt!" Exclaims Stormy.

"What you can use yours? And I can't; pay backs a bitch Storm," as she gets another drink.

"Whatever I'm not scared of you Tera. Get away from me; I don't want to see you right now. I hate you when you are like this," as she walks away towards Bailey who is talking to what looks like, Connor.  Tera watches her sister walk away from her. She guzzles her drink and grabs another one.

Stormy notices Bailey twirling her hair and touching the guy. The hair twirling and touching up the guys arms is Bailey's go to flirting moves. Bailey goes in and kisses the guy. He kisses her back and wraps his arms around her waist.

"Bailey, what are you doing?" Yells Stormy over the music.

Bailey turns around and stares at Stormy. She cuffs her hands up to her ears to symbolize that she can't hear her.

Stormy walks over to Bailey, "I said, what are you doing?"

"Oh, flirting with the guy I was telling you about," replies Bailey as she pulls the guy around.

"Connor?" As she looks at him.

Bailey looks at Connor and then back at Stormy.

"Wait, you know each other?" Probes Bailey.

"He is my boss Bails," as she storms away.
