I was beaming with joy. I finally had my Son and the woman I love with me. I knew about Scarlet's problem with Jon. I knew she would find a way out of it.
I walked to the stage and got into places. Now tonight would be special.

We finished Act one and now it was Intermission. I found Scarlet in her Dressing room admiring all the Flowers she had so far. I came up behind her and kissed her on the cheek then pulled a rose and handed it to her.
"I love you"
"As do I"
She glanced at a bouquet of flowers. They were sunflowers. There was a note.
"It's from Jon" she said as she opened it, skimmed it over then tossed it in the trash.
"I don't love him."
"But weren't you engaged to him." I ask
"I left it at his place for safety." She answered
"But I'm not marrying him.I rather marry you." She says.

I was shocked. She wanted to marry me.
I want her to marry me.

The places for Act 2 were called and with that we didn't say anything else.
