We went to the auditorium and sat down.

The lights dimmed and fell in the centre of the stage.

A lady came in front.

"I welcome all of you new students for a new semester year. The Shouko Academy is always been reputated and one of the best magical institutions to harbour and process best men and women every year in the magical society. We have aimed to produce the best people every year. And when they graduate they get to work for societal peace. I am Mrs Kindel. I am the vice principal here. I also handle disturbance between student. if get caught then the punishment will be severe. Thank you."

Olivia leaned in and whispered," she seems strict. More like tight ass" she joked.

I giggled.

"On point. Have to steer clear from her." I said.

She chuckled.

"Shh please " a girl behind us gave us the stink eye.
Olivia rolled her eye.

We diverted our eye on the stage again.

An older man joined Mrs Kindel on the stage. "Now Mr Erick Ford. Our principal would like to say a few words to our new joiners."

The mam took the place in the podium," I welcome you all to our university and you all were chosen because you all have a special skill which needs to be polished and put to good use. Here you learn to control them and flourish it.
Learn from us and also have fun. And last but not least take care of yourself you all"

Everyone clapped.

"He seems kind and nice," I said to her.

"I know"

"Now a word from our student president and student Vice President and lead counsel member."

All eyes turned to two boys and 1 girl. They made their way towards the stage.

The lights fell on them.

Everybody gasped. They were handsome. Wait why do I feel like I have seen them before.

It's Noah and I think I know that other guy...

"Omg! They are sooo hot!" All the female student whispered to each other.

The student president took the mike. " I am Alexander Ford. The student president of this university. I am in 2nd year. I will be dealing with student affairs..." he kept on speaking.

"They are a hottie!" Olivia said to me.

Where did I see him?

Where? Where?

Wait!

Coffee! Arrogant jerk.

"That jerk!" I said.

"What?" Veronica asked me.

"Nothing, he is just a jerk"

He is a senior? I didn't realise. Moreover a student president. I guess I had a bad encounter with him this morning which may cost me. He stood at the side of the stage.

I hope he hasn't held a grudge against me.

He caught a glance of me from the stage. I tried to give a weak smile. He gave me a sharp look and turned away.
I spoke too soon...
I guess he does have a grudge against me. I signed.

".... okay thank you all." He finished talking. "Now the Student counsel will give a few words."

The guy beside him took the mike. Its Noah.

He smiled and started talking," Good morning everyone, I am Noah Rold. A second-year student. I handle student relationships and guidance..." his eyes found me in the middle of the auditorium hall. He smiled at me. I blushed. "And I am here if you have any problems..." he continued speaking.

"Did he just looked at us? "Olivia asked.

"He is soo cute and handsome both!" All the girls squeaked.

He is the guy whom I attacked in the morning by mistake! He is a senior? He looked like the first year.

He finished his speech and the girl beside them came up to speak. Her name was Naomi Dane. She was a very fashionable and high standard girl as far as she acted. I could help but notice she was the daughter of the business tycoon Dane LTD.

Everyone here is someone of high and mightly. I am nothing compared to them.

The ceremony ended. We made our way towards the food area.

"Well, that was a long speech," Olivia complained.

"I couldn't agree more" I relaxed my neck muscles.

"Let's get something to eat," she said.

We made our way to the table where the juice and snacks were kept.

I poured some apple juice in my cup. Olivia was stuffing the cakes in her mouth. I chuckled. I took a handful of cookies 🍪 on my plate.

I hurriedly turned to join Olivia but bumped into someone.

"I am sorry..." I looked up to see who it was.

It was a guy around my age, tall and silver hair.

"It's okay." He was going away when I stopped him.

"Wait! the juice stain from your clothes." I told him talking out my handkerchief.
I must have spilt it on him when I bumped into him. I hope it's not an expensive jacket.

I moved forward to wipe the stain from his jacket. He immediately moved away. "Its ok no need"

"At least let me clean the stain" I took a step closer to him.

" no need. " he removed his jacket. " don't touch me" he gave me a sharp look.

"I am sorry I didn't mean to...."

"Just stay away from me!" He said in s cold voice.

I was startled.

I moved back.

He turned around and left.

Olivia came up to me. "Hey what happened?"

"Nothing I just bumped into someone..." I tried to smile." Let's eat"

The rest of the day was okay and now we bid our goodbyes and made our way towards our dorm rooms.

I reached that mansion and went in.

"Welcome home!"Noah cheerfully welcomed me.

"Hey Senior!" I joked.

"Please call me Noah."

"Okay Noah, I didn't think you as a senior, you look more like a junior"

He chuckled.

"He gets that a lot" a voice from behind him.

I looked and its that guy! Who saw my undergarments!

" You!" I was shocked.

"Hey, thong girl..." he came close," my name is Ryan Hardy. I am a 2nd-year student."

"Why are you here?" I asked him confused.

"I live here. So obviously I will be here" he smiled.

I was so confused right now.

"Allow me to explain..." Noah said.

You will be living with me and Ryan here. We both are the second year. Also, another second-year Alex Ford. "  he pointed out to the guys sitting in the dining room. They all had their eyes on me. "Plus two first years, William and Max." I looked at them. They are the once's I met during orientation!
Not a pleasant encounter. Just my luck. I thought to myself.

He continued," my room is on the ground floor with Max and Ryan. Your room is beside Alex and William."

I couldn't process what I was hearing.

"Um... so, I will be living with 5 guys!" I asked

"Exactly."

I remember this time what the administration of hostel warden said something about sharing the mansion with others. What I never thought that it will be all boys no girls.

"Don't worry my cara, we are all gentlemen. You don't have to be afraid of us. We won't trouble you unless it's necessary " Ryan winked at me.

That is not promising.

Alex got up and came my way," you better stay out of my way!" He gave me a sharp look and went to his room. Slammed the door.

William didn't say much just silently went to his room. I wonder if he still mad about that juice stain on his jacket.

"Living with a girl!? What the heck."Max agitated went away to his room. I suddenly remember his grip from this morning.

"Don't worry my sweetheart, you can come to me anytime you want if you have any problems "Ryan winked and walked pass me.

I signed.

It a rough start when people don't like you living here.

Noah came to me," Don't worry they will warm up to you soon. " he gave me his warm sunshine smile. "You have me to help you in any way possible. And don't feel alone you're my friend now too"

"Thanks, Noah." I smiled at him.

I took a deep breath in.

My new life began here. And I am going to make the best of it! I looked forward with determination. I have an aim in mind and focused future.
