Back again with chapter ten, this will make two chapters to go. And if I pull a five thousand worded chapter with this one then I'm jumping off a bridge. But anyways...

The next morning, everyone was getting ready for the party as Ra, Mantha, and Casper were getting partied up by Chloe who was a makeup artist for Gabe, Issac, and Abby when they performed as children.

"Incredible," Mantha said as Chloe smiles finishing Mantha up. For a zombie, Mantha was beautified while keeping the true zombie look. Mantha's hair was dyed a light blue in certain sections as Casper was blushing hard with Ra laughing. Issac came into the room wearing a colorful turtleneck shirt and white jeans and sneakers.

"Nice Izzy," Chloe said as Issac chuckles. Ra was wearing a gray t-shirt which surprisingly fit for him keeping the tunic on as he chuckle. Casper was a bit more difficult since he was a ghost; however, Gabe was able to fashion a ghostly t-shirt and jacket combo for Casper using his own energy to make them which Casper was very thankful for.

"Where's Gabe?" Ra asks as Issac chuckles.

"Still getting ready," Issac said as Casper and Mantha giggled slightly. Chloe eyed a pouty Ra as she giggles.

"Gabe always does this on birthdays," Chloe said, "He wants to impress everyone since he's a fashion diva."

"And you two give me hell because of it," Issac said as Chloe looked at her older brother.

"You've worn turtlenecks for how long now?" Chloe asks as Issac opened his mouth then closed it, "Thought so."

Issac shook his head as Casper, Ra, and Mantha were laughing. After a while or so, The five got up and began heading towards the main foyer already hearing music and people laughing. Once entering the main foyer, Casper, Ra, and Mantha were in awe at all the teens that showed up.

"Every teen is pretty much our friend or friends of Chloe who we allow to party with us," Issac said as Chloe smiled taking over her purple robe wearing a two piece lilac colorful party dress. Her hair was in dual ponytails as she bounced down the stairs joining her friends on the dance floor after putting on fingerless gloves.

"Wow!" Some of the boys about Chloe's age said as Issac sighs.

"Chloe's the eye candy in her age group?" Mantha asks.

"Unfortunately," Issac said as Mantha giggles. Abby walks up to the group smiling. Her hair was now black and pulled into a ponytail. She had a black leather jacket on over a white Rock Band t-shirt and a black short skirt on and calf high dancing boots on. She hugs Issac who looked at her gawking.

"You approve," Abby said kissing Issac leaving black lipstick on his lips, "That's good to know."

Abby smiles at Ra and Casper who were blushing wildly. Mantha punches their arms as they yelped in pain.

"Gabe will be out here in a few minutes," Abby said as she grabs Issac and drag him to the dance floor. Ra, Mantha, and Casper were running behind them as the five began dancing having fun. Miranda walks out wearing an one piece blue dress and high heels as her hair was left hanging passed her shoulders. She had a mic in her right hand watching everyone as Gabe walked over to her. Gabe wore white skintight jeans and a white undershirt with a rainbow colored sparkly jacket on around it smiling. The golden halo floating above his head glowed gently as Gabe smiles. His hair was dyed half black on the left side and half white on the right side hanging off both sides to about his earlobes. His eyes were a vibrant purple from removing his contacts as he watched Ra, Mantha, Casper, Abby, and Issac dancing and having fun.

"I'll miss this when I'm gone," Gabe said as Miranda hugs Gabe frowning slightly.

"You know your father and I never wanted you to end up with Shadow Demise," Miranda said as Gabe nods.

"I know, that's why I want to live my life to the fullest and enjoy my time with everyone, especially Ra," Gabe said as the last part was said with a loving sigh.

"He could make a great King by your side," Miranda said jokingly causing Gabe to blush harshly. Gabe coughs chuckling tugging on the tanktop shirt collar slightly. Miranda hands Gabe the mic smirking.

"Good luck, birthday boy," Miranda said as Gabe chuckles. Gabe walked towards the stairs smirking. Most of everyone turned to look at the other birthday boy as they whistled or cheered. Issac and Abby turned to look as they were cheering. Casper and Mantha looked as Ra kept dancing. Mantha pokes Ra as Ra looks at her then turns to look at Gabe with wide eyes and gawking.

Gabe wore white jeans that had slits on the outside of the sides for dancing purposes. The top comprised of an blue tanktop with a hieroglyph on the front meaning "Demon" and a white jacket over it. Gabe's hair was spiked up near the middle and fell to the sides of his face slightly.

"How are we doing tonight?" Gabe's voice rang through the mic as an uproar of excitement resonates back causing Gabe to smile nodding, "Good. Who wants to party hard?"

Everyone screams harder as Gabe chuckles a bit. Gabe removes the jacket placing it on the railing sighing. Gabe points to the DJ who nodded.

"Well, we got Gabe giving us his Poker Face tonight," the DJ said typing on the computer as Poker Face by Lady Gaga plays.

Gabe began shimmying slightly as the intro plays. The mic goes to his lips for the first lyric.

Gabe smirks walking down the stairs in time with the rhythm. Once reaching the floor, Gabe jogs over to an empty table jumping onto it. Gabe spins dancing and singing the pre-chorus and chorus.

I'll get him hot, show him what I've got

Gabe jumps off heading to the center of the dance floor. Abby and Chloe smirked heading towards the center also. Once reaching the center, Abby, Chloe, and Gabe smiled then jumped as the beat started the drop. Then, the three began dancing in sync smiling.

Ra was gaping as Mantha and Casper were dancing laughing at Ra's and Issac's expressions. Gabe   snickers a bit as Chloe runs over to Issac, Ra, Casper, and Mantha leaving Abby and Gabe to the second verse.

Russian Roulette is not the same without a gun
And baby when it's love if it's not rough it isn't fun, fun"

Chloe grabs Ra's, Casper's, and Mantha's hands while Issac jogged to the center. Chloe releases the three then joins the audience cheering and clapping. Ra, Casper, and Mantha quickly figure it out as they walked over to Abby, Issac, and Gabe dancing with them while Gabe sung.

"Oh, oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh-e-oh-oh-oh

The six jumped then began break dancing slightly. Ra mimicking Gabe, Mantha syncing with Abby, and Casper following Issac in the dancing which everyone was cheering.

The song ends as everyone cheers  with the six in the center laughing. Gabe catches his jacket putting it on as everyone continued dancing. Ra and Gabe were break dancing smiling as everyone was watching them. Then, as if by some outside force everything stops.

"...Have you ever wished you could tell someone something that would impact them for the rest of their lives?" A voice says, "Well, that was me at that moment."

Gabe's body tenses up mid dance as his eyes rolled back. His body fell backwards as Ra's eyes widen and his mouth open trying to scream which sounded silent to Gabe. Upon landing roughly on the ground, Ra slid to Gabe's side shaking him. Issac and Abby were sprinting over after everyone heard Ra's scream. Issac crouches next to Gabe listening to his chest.

"No. No." Issac said and began chest compressions. Miranda ran as quickly as she could kneeling next to Gabe.

"We need to take him to the hospital," Miranda said as Issac picks up Gabe. Him, Abby, Miranda, Chloe, Ra, Mantha, and Casper ran towards the hospital in worry. However, in the distance, a male teen wearing purple mage robes began laughing in victory.

"The last Descendant falls..." The male said before disappearing.

(Timeskip)

Everyone waited in the hospital waiting room as Ra was pacing around the room.

"He'll be fine, Ra," Mantha said reassuring as the doctor comes in.

"Noctis?" The doctor said as Issac and everyone walked over, "Follow me."

The gang walked into the emergency room listening.

"Your son's condition has worsen, Miranda," The doctor said sadly, "He won't make it through the night and unfortunately Gabe's in a shutdown like coma."

"What do you mean 'won't make it through the night'?" Ra asks as everyone stops. Casper sighs looking at Ra.

"Gabe's dying, he told me when we were decorating," Casper said sadly as Ra began trembling slightly with tears forming in his eyes.

"B-but why couldn't he tell me...?" Ra said as his body jumps slightly crying. Issac walks over placing his hand on his shoulder.

"The same reason we didn't say anything," Issac said, "We knew how much Gabe cared about you and never wanted to cause you any pain."

Ra began crying harder as he nodded. The doctor points to a door as everyone enters staring at Gabe who was hooked to life support as well as a breathing tube. Ra walks over placing a hand on his forearm.

"Thank you for protecting me," Ra said quietly, "I know it was hard for you to keep your condition hidden. No matter what, I still love you, Gabrial."

Everyone nods agreeing with Ra as everyone said their line and headed for mansion. Ra, Casper, and Mantha stayed the night so they could head back to scare school with Issac. With everyone going to live on in Gabe's memory.

Sorry to cut this short, I'm working a crazy shift this week so writing will be a little tedious. I'll be ending this story in two chapters but still have a surprise for when we get closer to Halloween. So with that being said, Peace out, people!
